Rented a car from Kelowna Airport Enterprise car rental in April 2025 when visiting my daughter. I was assisted by Ramandeep K. at the counter and turns out she was the person who also took my car back at return. She even gave me a business card in case I needed anything during my 4 day rental period. I rarely write a review for car rental, but Ramandeep was so helpful that I wanted to give her credit for my rental in 2 weeks happening strictly due to her excellent service in April. read more

Worst rental company ever. We rented (almost rented) a car from here year and a half a go. Called them to let them know we are flying from Calgary to Kelowna and the flight is delayed for about 1/2-45 mins due to de-icing. They said no problem. they had our flight number too. We arrived a half hour late and their kiosk was closed, so no car for us. Luckily Budget was open so we booked a car through them, they informed us that Enterprise does this all the time to people, they basically must be running a scam because this happens a lot. I figured I would just cancel the reservation and that would be it. I called them the next day and they wouldn't cancel it and charged us anyway even though we didn't even pick up the car. Took me 3-4 weeks of many calls to get the head office to return our money. So being stupid, a year and half later we forgot about it (I am an emerald member so figured it was a one of) I booked again. My wife picked up the car, she was about 20 mins early so they said she had to wait until her reservation time as they had to clean the car and they said they would call her. She saw the car they were talking about and no one went to it, they never called so 45 mins later she went up to the counter and they said yeah the car will be ready soon, still no one went to the car. They then gave her the keys, she went to the same car that was still sitting there, it was pouring rain and when she got in the car it was still full of dirt, dirty floormats, dirty cup holders and garbage in the doors. As she didn't have time she left, while driving in the pouring rain the drivers side windshield wiper flew off so she couldn't see anything. She managed to find the wiper on the side of the road in the rain, clipped it back in but it was clearly broken and hanging on by a thread, after driving with the wipers on low to prevent it from flying off again she managed to get to the house without really being able to see. Called the Kelowna airport enterprise dealer, they told her to take it in to Kal Tire to get it fixed the next day. She had to drive 20 mins (each way) on her weekend off to Kal tire, sit there and wait for them to fix it, but they did say it would be "free of charge", how nice of them hahaha!! So burning gas, wasting time, horrendous customer service etc etc. I have been on the phone with enterprise again for now a total of 2 -1/2 hours over two days trying to get some kind of a retribution/discount/ complete refund for the rental and the gas, but have been only "escalated to higher customer service". Still no call back yet, will see......stay tuned I guess. Avoid renting a car from this place like the plague, Kelowna Airport BC Enterprise. I have rentals in BC and I make sure none of my clients use them when they are flying in from around the world. I want their experience to be a good one when they come to Canada, would hate for it to start like this for them. read more

horrendous experience. Our car dealership rented us a car from here as they did not have any loaners. It was snowing and they provided us a Toyota car with now winter tires and no all wheel drive that was excessively damaged and smelled of cigarettes. We traded the car in the next day for an suv with still no winter tires but had all wheel drive. We went to Costco and did a grocery shop and then dropped the vehicle off. We realized when we got home we forgot the groceries in the trunk but they were closed. So we called first thing the next morning and mysteriously the car was already cleaned, re rented out and nothing was in it. We insisted that it must have been missed as it was in the very back and impossible to miss If it was cleaned and requested they call the current renter to see and they refused. They said they would call us back multiple times and have been giving us the run around since. So either they didn't clean the car or they stole our Costco shop. Not only did all of the above happen they also have billed my credit card for the rental even after multiple calls from the dealership and myself as the dealership has paid for it. If you have the choice, it's not worth the massive headache to rent from here. total incompetence and horrendous customer service read more

You wouldn't think one rental car firm would stand out over any other, but we had a great experience with Enterprise at the Kelowna Airport on our January 22 visit to my wife's aunt. Much (if not all) of the credit goes to the agent on duty then, Deepak Shahi (I took his card). We were given the SUV of our choice, and when another couple walked up to the counter and heard that we had been given their favorite brand, Deepak switched cars around to please them and please us at the same time (with his substitution of another, equally-nice, upgraded SUV). It would've been normal for a counter agent to just say "Sorry" to the other couple, but his desire to please really showed, and in this industry, he deserves special mention for his professionalism. We will return to Enterprise the next time we travel to Kelowna. read more

Be very wary of enterprise Rent-A Car. When I picked the car up in Kelowna airport we were told the car was in good shape at the counter and at an eye glance view seemed correct. At the time of returning the car in Vancouver the agent goes up to the front bumper and pulls it and claims we damaged the cars front bumper clips plus we put chips in the windshield. We were not in an accident or bumped the front of the car which seems very fishy. I received a bill from Enterprise for $1333 for damage, loss of use, administrative fee's and taxes which are unbelievable. I will never use enterprise again and being I work in Hotel Management for one of the largest hotel companies in the world I will will steer anyone, hotel guest or employee's from using them. read more

We never had a this much worst experience from enterprise. Today we booked our car from them and went to airport location to pickup near 1:25pm. The two girls were working there was too much rude to us. We are from Prince George and always booked our car from enterprise. This time we booked it in Kelowna my dad had heart attack and we were in town for his surgery. The two girls were really really rude to us,first of all they told us the car we booked they don't have it and we have to wait an hour or hour an half for our pick up. When we told them we need it by time that's why booked it ahead time coz we have patient with us we want to reach to our destination on time . She replied she can not do anything. After 15 minuets they told us they will not be able to clean car if we want it at time . We agreed to take Car without getting it clean. Even then they did not give us our car on time. They were so rude to us when we asked them what's going on she told me really rudely that they don't have keys yet when keys are here I will let you know . Finally when we got our car keys they did not tell us that they parked our car on other side it's not in the enterprise parking. We walked about half an hour in enterprise parking looking for our car. There was a guy in parking lot we asked him where is our car parked he tried to find it and when he couldn't find it he said sorry I am from budget car rental ( what a great service ) he knew that we booked Car from enterprises , still helped us . Then we called them and they told us that we forgot to tell you that it's not in our parking it's infront of departure gate. She did not even apologize for that and hang up the phone . So we walk towards our rental van. As we started towards hospital we figure out that there is no gas in van , they marked on papers that it's full tank. So again went back there and the girl was so frustrated on us she just marked on papers and throw paper towards me. I really feel sorry for my brother that he is working in company where there is no value for their Customers. He is employee with enterprise . We will never rent a car from enterprise again and not even let any of other family members and friends book from enterprise again. It was really really bad experience for us. we (mr and mrs)are working in customer service from last 10 year's and always think our customers first. I think their (enterprise Kelowna airport)staff don't like there job. People who don't like to help people they should not be in Customer service ever. Really worst service from enterprise ever.
