So not…read moreonly were we treated with complete disrespect at Budget, but it turns out you're not even saving money to endure such poor service. --- I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the unprofessional behavior I experienced at this location. A staff member, Anwol, was shockingly rude and condescending. At one point, after I walked away, he was overheard speaking negatively about me to my husband. While Danielle was completing our reservation, Anwol continued to make unnecessary comments. When I asked him to stop, he said, "You know what Danielle, cancel their reservation." She complied. I then asked for the contact information of another manager, which Anwol refused to provide. I eventually spoke with Christobol Garsus (236-457-3785). After hearing my concerns, he was unapologetic and stated he would not assist with our reservation either. It is astonishing that a global company--especially one operating in Canada, where customer service is typically exceptional--would allow this kind of behavior at an airport location, where travelers are often exhausted and simply seeking a smooth experience. This is not the standard anyone should encounter after stepping off a plane. I will not be using this company again. In such a competitive industry, this level of disregard for customers will make it very difficult for your business to retain loyalty.

This amount was the difference in the prepaid price from the initial SUV reservation to the standard car. The bottom line is NEVER do online "prepaid" reservation with a second or third party!!!!

    We had a terrible experience with hertz in Kelowna airport. First they gave us a car with the…read morepassenger front seat broken. Then we got a new car and all seemed fine till we dropped it back off at the airport on the Monday afternoon. We were meant to be flying the evening but our flight was cancelled so we ended up having to stay another night in Kelowna. We got a call from hertz a couple hours after we had dropped off the keys to say there was a chip in the windscreen and they would send over photos and need to see how much the damage is. We then never received the photos as well as the original invoice (they got our email wrong) and tried to call them back and get in touch all night and couldn't get through to a single person. Even their roadside assistance employee said they are notorious for being unreachable. Luckily we came back to the airport the next day to argue about the damage as we had taken photos before and after. They were trying to tell us they would assess with their mechanic and let us know in a day what it would cost but we refused and asked to see the car right there now. Lucky we did as we saw the tiny chip and saw it on our photos from before we took the car. They obviously have sent this car out before with the chip and do this to multiple. Absolute scammers!! Do not use them!! This was all because we declined their insurance as we had insurance with our credit card.
