So not…read moreonly were we treated with complete disrespect at Budget, but it turns out you're not even saving money to endure such poor service. --- I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the unprofessional behavior I experienced at this location. A staff member, Anwol, was shockingly rude and condescending. At one point, after I walked away, he was overheard speaking negatively about me to my husband. While Danielle was completing our reservation, Anwol continued to make unnecessary comments. When I asked him to stop, he said, "You know what Danielle, cancel their reservation." She complied. I then asked for the contact information of another manager, which Anwol refused to provide. I eventually spoke with Christobol Garsus (236-457-3785). After hearing my concerns, he was unapologetic and stated he would not assist with our reservation either. It is astonishing that a global company--especially one operating in Canada, where customer service is typically exceptional--would allow this kind of behavior at an airport location, where travelers are often exhausted and simply seeking a smooth experience. This is not the standard anyone should encounter after stepping off a plane. I will not be using this company again. In such a competitive industry, this level of disregard for customers will make it very difficult for your business to retain loyalty.

The staff was very nice and respectful, and my key and paperwork were ready as soon as I got to the booth--super smooth process! I requested a small car and was given an Elantra, which was in great condition. At first, I was surprised by the amount of dust and minor scratches, but after driving around, I realized that all the cars in town seemed dusty--probably due to the local geography. Other than that, the car was perfect, and the sunroof made my trip feel even fancier and more luxurious. I was a bit worried about returning the car slightly late, as I knew there was a 30-minute grace period. I ended up being 15 minutes late and felt bad about it, but it turns out there was no staff at the return area--you just drop the key in the box, and that's it! If I had known, I wouldn't have rushed, but of course, it's still important to return the car on time. Overall, Avis is one of the best car rental companies I've used, with reasonable prices compared to others. If you're visiting Kelowna for wineries and want to explore at your own pace, this is a great option!

Rented a car from Kelowna Airport Enterprise car rental in April 2025 when visiting my daughter…read more I was assisted by Ramandeep K. at the counter and turns out she was the person who also took my car back at return. She even gave me a business card in case I needed anything during my 4 day rental period. I rarely write a review for car rental, but Ramandeep was so helpful that I wanted to give her credit for my rental in 2 weeks happening strictly due to her excellent service in April.
