I rented a van in Jackson tn. They were fantastic. The drop off in St. Louis went perfect. Couldn't be happier

Fast and easy. Smooth pickup and drop off. You could tell the workers were working hard trying to get people in their vehicles as soon as possible. Greatly appreciated. read more

Absolutely the worst experience trying to rent a car ever. I reserved a car 2 weeks ago and when I arrived the manager (with a total Napoleon complex) said it wasn't ready and they would go out and clean it as I was 20 minutes early. 2 1/2 hours later I find out they don't even have a car available. The manager told me so many lies he couldn't even get it straight. Save yourself the headache and rent a car anywhere else. read more

Worst people to deal with than any other enterprise. Had a reservation, was called BY Enterprise the day before to confirm for a Noon pickup. Next day I show up to pickup my rental, not only did they not have it, they said they couldn't get a rental till next week and denied any responsibility. Wasted my time, didn't even call to let me know my reservation got messed up. The manager was extremely rude on the phone. Jackson Enterprise is atrocious. read more

Love Enterprise!! Always a smile, clean cars, great price. The Plus rewards program is worth signing up for. read more

I no, the experience in Jackson Tn, is not good , everytime, you, go there, and get a car, they don't have one, have one, so why do you, have a rent a car place, if the cars, ever available?? if you, call, they never answer, so you have, to drive, there, and then, there rude customer service, like, they don't, want to be, there, smells like weed, when, you walk in!! Its sad, how employees, are , they need to be trained better!! thank you read more

These guys go above and beyond. I didn't know how crappy my service was with the other guys until I used Enterprise. The guy that checked me in new I was having a bad day because the airline lost my luggage. So while I was still on the phone he upgraded me for a luxury car for free. Also when I needed to return the car I had to take a flight out an hour and half away because that same airline canceled my flights. They let me drive down there and drop off for only $50 more. I will be using them again read more

The absolute worst place I have ever dealt with. I had a business trip to get to and they did not tell me I could not use my out of state license. I have rented from Enterprise before with no problems. I had a lot of paperwork with me to show my coverages, even my salary, and they still wouldn't. Little do they know but I will take this as high as it goes. I work for several attorneys and they have screwed up my whole trip! Our firm uses Enterprise religiously but no more. We will take our business elsewhere. read more

I can't believe how shady this business is. Their ridiculously high insurance is supposed to be optional, but I was not offered the option to accept or decline. Instead it was not referenced at all and added to my final bill. I paid and drove the vehicle for 1 day only to realize what happened. Im just really disappointed with these business practices. I really don't expect anything to be done about it since the reviews are so low for this location. Lacking integrity just seems to be a part of base operations. read more

I had good results at this location except for my last 2 rentals. Usually the holds on my credit cards will be removed in 2 to 3 days. This last rental was returned Feb 11, 2019. A $302.36 hold was placed at rental date 2.8.19. On the 11th while processing the rental they double charged my card the actual fee of $102.36. The manager Katy stated she would correct the error. She said it will be removed in 24 to 48 hours. Two days (48 hrs on 2.12.19) later the double charge had not been corrected and my cc app notifies me that enterprise just charged an additional $102.36 fee. I phoned enterprise at 45 bypass location and Katy said the error will be corrected. As of today those errors have not been corrected. One of the triple charged amounts has been deleted. My card is still being charged twice for one rental fee. When I call that location today the employees say Katy is in a meeting. ( For several hours now) I was assured she will return my call today. She did not. The national customer service rep says she will inform the regional manager and I should hear from that person in a "few weeks". Very Bad Experience. Waiting weeks for refunds of unauthorized charges or release of unauthorized holds is unacceptable. I have screen shots of my cc app and audio recordings of my conversations with enterprise employees to verify my statements. Update. As of today March 7, 2018, Katy (location mgr) has yet to return my call. read more

I made a reservation in advance. When I arrived, I was told there were no cars available and there would be a wait. The only vehicle available was a huge, gas hog pick up truck that I couldn't even get up into. The sales clerk suggested I go get breakfast while I waited for a car. 1. I have no ride to go anywhere 2. The location is in an industrial area and there are ZERO places to eat breakfast. read more

I have used Enterprise on 3 different occasion's and all 3 experiences were GREAT!! The customer service I rec'd from the 3 different employees was exceptional! Katie is the most recent employee I have dealt with & she handled my transaction with GREAT excellent care! she has the best personality & customer service skills are excellent!! I would recommend this rental car company over any other!! read more

My car needed to be fixed & I was leaving to go out of town. I walked in without a reservation, was greeted kindly & they had a car available instantly. Attentive & helpful workers that got a car quickly for me & made the process easy! read more

In all my extensive travels, I have never experienced a car rental place be so pushy about buying their insurance coverage.

Rented a vehicle in April, whoever took my CC info charged my card again in September, I caught it and Chase took it off, they managed to charge again.... not sure their employees are to be trusted. You might want to reserve online without handing them your info, and after I had my vehicle reserved for weeks, they managed to mess that up too. Worst experience ever renting a car!! Frustrating! read more

This location is our best option for renting a vehicle. However, the reservation system is flawed and/or the cars available for the demand at this location is lacking when you have to wait well over an hour for a reserved car! This has happened more than once and to more than just us. Good experience with the rental cars though. read more

Always helpful when rent a car .also needed a ride they took me back home . Good place overall.

I wasn't very pleased with the service I received , I had requested an Altima, but when I arrived they said it would be a moment, so I asked did I have time to go by the hospital to pick up my prescription , and was told yes, when I returned I was told they had tried to contact me , but did not receive a response, I understood and said I had plenty of time, they ended up having to rent me a small SUV (Fiat 500), which was still ok, but what has me puzzled is why didn't I receive the refund for the difference in price like I was told, I was even charged a higher price for the actual car that I was supposed to rent. I usually receive great service, from this location, maybe because there was a lot of new people, but being a Disabled Veteran or a limited income just doesn't allow me to just throw away money read more

I had a reservation for a rental reimbursement through my auto insurance company for a minivan after I totalled my car. Once I arrived to pick it up, Enterprise said that they "like to hold onto their minivans," so because my rental was likely going to be returned to another state, I allowed them to put me into an SUV. They failed to inform me that this SUV that I *settled* for, as a favor to them, was in a class above what my auto insurance would cover and that I would be stuck with paying $16/day "differences" for the 35 days that I had it. My credit card was charged nearly $600 the day after I returned the vehicle, even though the branch in AZ assured me that "of course" I wouldn't be charged that amount. I played phone tag with these Jackson TN Enterprise folks for a long time, and the last thing that I was told was that the manager would call me. He did not call me, so I wrote a letter to him explaining the situation, and I received no acknowledgement. My credit card fraud department has been alerted to the charge, and so far, I am still out my $600. read more

Your ads say we will pick you up. I asked for this and was told Enterprise Jackson, TN could not do this. I was put on hold and had to listen to the ads saying " we will pick you up." Then was charged a deposit fee that I was not told about. This was an insurance claim. Needless to say not a happy customer. read more

Experienced the July 4th weekend they overbook vehicles. To ensure the vehicle you request online is there get to site location early, witnessed many with reserves waiting for vehicles to get in. This could be a nightmare if trip is planned. read more

They should have taken me to Denmark out by the airport. I had to get family to do it they said they didn't but later said they do but don't like to go there only if we have to. I didn't know that I had to go out there vs calling them to keep the car.I was going to get it from Friday until Monday, but had to attend a funeral so I had to keep it until Monday. I went there on Thursday to receive a new contract, could not get the weekend rate cause i didn't reserve in advance. So be careful about calling you have to reserve in advance and go there even if you tell them I might need to keep the car a little longer. I ended up paying $300 dollars for a week. read more
