I wrote this review 2x already. It was removed the first time because I mentioned the agent's name and for some reason inexplicably the second time. We have been customers of Enterprise at different locations for many years. Henderson is the best location we have ever had help us. The agent went out of her way to make everything work for us. The agent was efficient and caring and thought out of the box. Enterprise offers good prices but the service at this agency made all the difference. read more

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!! Rent here with extreme caution. I was given a car that was already in awful shape -- dirty, dented, scratched, and missing exterior plastic. I asked about it at pickup and was told all existing damage was documented. After returning the car, I was suddenly charged over $300 for supposed roof damage. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told maybe it was a deposit ??? yet the charge still went through. No one could clearly explain what I was being charged for, and I received conflicting answers from different employees. To make matters worse, Enterprise says they cannot provide before or after photos of the alleged damage because the car is no longer on site. Charging a customer hundreds of dollars with no proof and no clear explanation is unacceptable. This entire experience felt disorganized and ridiculous. I would not recommend this location or really this company in general after reading other reviews of people having similar experiences. This seems like a big scam. read more

It was around 330pm and the First rental we "picked" we drove off the lot and within a couple minutes of driving, it started pulling to the right. We immediately turned around and returned it. There were maybe two other vehicles on the lot. We went with the Nissan Rogue 2024 that was setting there which had over 50,000 miles on it. We headed out for a short road trip and when we were returning, and about 1 hour and 10 minutes from home, multiple mechanical malfunction warnings went off on the screen, the vehicle lost power, and the whole thing began shaking. By the grace of God we were right before an exit that had one gas station and that was it. We were able to make it to an old gravel area safely thank God. The vehicle would not drive over a few mph. We called Enterprise to report the issue-all the while we had our dogs with us and it was beginning to get dark out. An employee by the name of Jamara assisted us with getting a replacement vehicle and a tow for their faulty vehicle. The problem we had with her was her lack of apology, lack of empathy, and her "I really don't care attitude." She kept telling us "you have to come to the closest location and pick up the vehicle since you're 51 miles away from the closest Enterprise and it will be 4-6 hours of a wait." It was her attitude needless to say. I was uneasy and upset while sitting in the middle of nowhere not knowing if she really set up a tow and a replacement vehicle as she finally stated she would while pretty much cutting us off and hanging up. Had she of been professional, I would have been at ease. We told her we were stranded- and we had NO way of getting to an Enterprise for a replacement vehicle. I think those people working phones should have to live a day as a tow truck driver OR be stranded to experience the fear of being stranded in a sketchy area. After 3.5 hours while now sitting in the dark in a broken down vehicle, we received a call from a tow truck driver named chuckie who assured us he was trying to help us by making everything smooth for us to get us home- and that he had our replacement vehicle. He was truly our angel that night. In the end we were rescued. It was a very frightening experience being out in the desert in a sketchy area, but I was thankful it took 3.5 hours and not 6 hours to be rescued. With this being said- yes we were stranded and we will think twice before renting another vehicle. I also researched this vehicle and it has many mechanical issues. read more

This Enterprise is a complete and total disgrace. They lie about inventory, then make the customer out to be the reason there isn't a rental. Take, for instance, this morning. My husband and I rented a passenger van, WITH CONFIRMED email that there was one available (confirmation 1774823945) We show up to get the van, because we're on a tight timeline we needed it first thing in the morning. The female customer service rep (I laugh because she has ZERO customer service skills, is RUDE, and incompetent at best) says they "don't have a Van for us (of which we paid for AND have a confirmation of reservation for). She then goes on to say she doesn't have us in her "system, my husband shows her the co formation email, she says she doesn't have us I her system, again. Then she says they tried to call, my husband shows her his phone and said, "no you didnt", she replies that his phone is "out of service" to which he replied, "NO IT ISNT, IT WORKS JUST FINE." She then goes on, rudely, about how the reservation isn't in the system, and she can't help. She never offered to fond another van I the local rea, she never offered to have it delivered to hour hose to make up for this massive error, let alone her HORRENDOUS attitude problem. How a company allows such horrid customer service, let alone NOT following through with a contract that WAS paid for AND accepted is beyond me. Seriously, what kind of manager runs a place that does this to their customers????? After this review, I'm writing to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and filing a complaint. I love this location. Enterprise is the only place I'll go for a rental. I'm currently using a knee scooter and crutches and this location has made my recovery a lot easier with this mini van. There's 3 managers that have been amazing, manager Dj, matt, and ham. Denise is also one of there best especially having the best customer service skills. this has been one of the best experiences I've had getting a rental car and I've had many. Dropped off my rental vehicle and got charged for 1 gallon of gas? You are told to return the vehicle with the gas gauge were it was did not know the gauge reads gallons? There was no rebate for the weeks prior rental were there was more fuel in the car. Enterprise does not put put fuel in the vehicle it is just there way of charging you more. read more

We booked a reservation and found ourselves in a dilemma. We needed a much larger vehicle at the last moment. Thank goodness for Josh and Abbey. These two people worked hard to get us a mini van at the last moment and made our trip so much better. They are a terrific team and help each other while providing excellent customer service to the public. Not sure if all car rentals are like this. But Enterprise really made me crazy changing their prices all the time depending on who i talked to. Flew to Vegas(Henderson)because my sister had heart surgery. So i didn't know how long i woukd need car. Price went from 250/week to over 500. This qupting issue happened multiple times as i tried to work things out. Next time, through another company, i would definately uber to car rental away from airport. This was clearly one of the issues. Then i would want price in writing AT A WEEKLY rate as this seemed to be best price if i would've handled it all differently. (Regardless if i stay one week or not) I must say though that on way to dr's appointment had to manauver around big pallet on highway. Eventually ended up with flat tire. don't rent here if you want to get charged and told that it was your bank and not them and not get any help because Kristian or kristin whatever her name is refuses to help you ! you tried to charge me once and it didn't go through so when we gave you permission to charge us the next day that went through while the first unauthorized attempt to charge us went through the following day, you could have admitted to us when we called you that you messed up and could undone the incorrect transaction she told us to call our bank and dispute the wrong transaction otherwise we would be sent to collections and put on the do not rent list because of her mess up $69.45 and $69.44 !!! could you imagine being on vacation and seeing these charges and being confused on why you had 2 slightly different charges and being told yeah that wasn't me that was your bank deal with them ?!?!?!? how do i fix this problem when you sent me 2 different invoices with the 2 different charges?!?!? i had to call a enetrpise representative to help me undo the wrong charge because i don't know what's right or wrong when i was sent both those charges through email !!!!! I wrote a lengthy synopsis's of Enterprise Rental Cars on Boulder Hway but somehow it posted under Rental Car CO's in Henderson or something like that. I'll try to copy and paste it here. Ah ha, here it is, found it and deleted on other car rental place-no idea where/what it is. The people that work here are always so helpful so nice so polite I can't say that enough. Not always the case with company's you deal with, often times you're simply a body that walks in and walks out. No one recognizes that you're even there. Today I have to say it was sweet CHRIS. Awful company to deal with I have been trying to get a car for a week now and have gotten excuses and bad customer service. No one has offered any problem solving solutions. It sucks that this company seems to be the only rental company that pics you up. If I was paying it would not be to them but unfortunately I must use this service whenever it finally becomes available. Well I was actually quite impressed the manager of this location just called me and heard me out. He sympathized and was apologetic and said that he will talk to his team about proper customer care. Normally I use the airport Enterprise and have no issues. I used my local Enterprise since I wanted something close to me so I could leave right after work. The office called the day before to confirm I was coming. I confirmed and said you will have that SUV car correct? They asked I call before I leave so I did and they left me on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up. I got there and they did not have the car. They had it down the street. I could go with them to get it. Above the clouds customer service car rental place I have ever been to. They always try their best to get the right vehicle ready for me. Even when they are booked and without cars, they will get me hooked up with something else. It's a life saver when you need a car and one is provided on the spot. Just what I want - a car rental company that leaves both you and your spouse on hold forever, then hangs up on you multiple times over the course of two hours while you stand stranded in 115 degree heat, far from home, after a horrible car accident. This is what happened when my husband and I each desperately tried to call to get a car so we could get home (almost 300 miles away) and get some help after being injured. We were finally able to convince one of the police officers to take us there, only 1.7 miles away, since they wouldn't pick us up and said they had no cars (kinda strange at the end of the day & after a long weekend, too). We had no other options though and it was almost closing time. When we arrived, Josh, the manager, told us he'd give us a car. Suddenly, he had cars available, even though 20 minutes earlier he said he had none. He was very unfriendly and said we had to wait until he cleaned all the cars. I'm still unsure why we had to wait 90 minutes for him to clean cars that weren't even being rented, but wait we did. The whole time he acted like he was doing us a favor - I thought that's what Enterprise did, rent cars. He then put a over $300 hold on our card even though it was going thru insurance. When I later called to follow-up, he was very rude and and kept insisting that we had the car for three days even though it was less than 47 hours from start to finish. He also implied that our accident wasn't that bad by saying we were in a one car accident. Excuse me? Actually, three cars were involved and it was the most terrifying thing we'd ever gone through. He then proceeded to tell me that I had no idea what kind of night he had. Uh, what exactly does any of this have to do with you overcharging me and having such a bad attitude? I then called customer service after he hung up on me for challenging the bill. Both them and the other location where we dropped the car wondered why he had added an extra day onto the rental (he even put back the third day after the other location removed it). I guess he thought we should be eternally grateful that he rented us a car after he told us he had none. Turned out he had a few available that day so not only was he extremely unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with, he was dishonest, too. read more

This is has to be one of most honest businesses in Henderson! When I arrived back from a late night trip from California, I left a very expensive pair of headphone in the enclose center council of my rental car. Why I left it there? because Enterprise rented me a car that had ready to go Sirius radio (the car was so new, that it had a full service for Sirius), and had a IPod input. It was understatement to say, I was dead tired from that trip, and I crashed hard for few days to get back into the swing of things. When I realize, my headphone were missing, I had to re-tracked my steps; then ran back down to Enterprise a few days later. When I got there, this Henderson location was busy, and I just waited a few minutes. When I got to the counter, the same dude who rented the car to me. Smiled, and opened a locked boxed, which had my headphone. I was stoked! and this should tell everyone that this location cleans their cars very well, and have very honest employees. read more

My rental car was perfect as was the staff. I was helped out by Amanda and Derrick. I was picked up when I rented the car and I was dropped off when I returned the car. I was about an hour late returning the car, but Amanda was nice enough to waive the extra hour so I didn't get charged an extra day. Thank you, Enterprise (Boulder Hwy - Henderson, NV location). I was in a car accident and my insurance Progressive, secured a rental with Enterprise. When I arrived through the door, I was greeted by a huge smile and very polite Jeremy . He asked if I was there to rent or return. I soberly told him that my insurance had called for me. He perked up and said "Sharman?" I was a little surprised.. Great Service! Our car broke down on our way out of town last Friday at 5 pm. Too late to have it fixed and we had to be in Flagstaff that night. We called Enterprise and they made arrangements to pick us up in Boulder City. Rob was there by around 5:20ish, and we were on our way back to their office. Unfortunately, we got stuck in traffic due to a semi truck fire.An hour later we made! Keep in mind they close at 6 pm and it is now 6:30pm. I felt so bad that Rob and Dale had to stay late in a Friday night. They both were nice about it and assured me everything was ok. I've rented from this location in the past, and it was like.... renting a car. Nothing special. I was recently looking at options for a rental and I noticed something. There are a ton of Enterprise locations around here, but the prices are a little out of line. Enterprise would probably be nearly sold out of rentals like the other rental businesses here if their prices were not outrageous... but they have a ton of selection because who in their right mind would pay these rates? When you can look online and price cars at 5 different businesses in 5 minutes, there is no reason to pay 40% more. Two stars for selection/availability, and negative three stars for overcharging. read more

I had to take my car into the shop last Friday and had originally made a reservation with the Warm Springs and Gibson location. Unfortunately that location failed me miserably. I called for a ride and they never came. I was waiting at the shop for over 2 hours. It was beyond frustrating. It wasn't until a worker at the shop contacted the Boulder Highway and Major location to have them come pick me up. They were there within minutes. Liz picked me up and was extremely nice and professional. She immediately helped me as soon as we got to the shop. She kept a smile on her face and upgraded my vehicle. The branch manager also apologized for the Warm Springs location never picking me up. I appreciated them acknowledging the situation and apologizing. I returned my vehicle today and Chris assisted me with the return. I needed a ride home as I lived 12 Mins away and he was quick to say yes. He was very friendly and professional. The return process was extremely easy. Another gentleman gave me a ride home but I didn't catch his name. This gentleman was very personable and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable. Reserved a car for noon. Showed up late (my fault) to find they rented my car to someone else; didn't bother to call me (their fault). Both employees were on the phone when we got there and didn't bother to acknowledge us for at least 5 minutes. They said they could get me another car from another location if I was willing to wait 45 min. So Make sure you call or show up on time because their inventory is like 2 cars. read more

Never again will Henderson Hyundai be giving me a car from this place. The car they gave me broke down in the middle of an intersection. I was leaving the vet and had to pull my dog out of the car in the middle of an intersection and wrestle with my phone and dog to get a tow truck out. We dropped the car off at the nearest Enterprise location and the lovely Mara White from this location told me she was going to charge me $60 because I didn't drop her broken car off at the Boulder Highway location where I got it. Excuse me after what I just went through..... I think the sign on the building on Fort Apache said Enterpries on it. The next day she had the audacity to call and apologize and say that they have had that same problem with that car and thought it was fixed. Good by Enterprise, National, and Alamo. Stay away. Manager will go out of his way to make your experience unpleasant. Asked for insurance policy number before renting 1st red flag. Pulled he was arguing with another older customer about scratches on a white car. Two of his staff stated that the damage to her car was already there before her rental. When asked for a ride home was ridiculed for renting from that location and not a closer one to my house. Was told that my vehicle had damage that was so minute I had to strain to see it. Pictures don't even reveal it. New policy let's make our customers file insurance claims for normal wear an tear on vehicles. What's more important. Repeat customers or blowing minor dings and scratches out of proportion. Horrible experience. read more

I had to fly a company helicopter to Henderson, Nv. and drop it off and rent a car to drive back home the next morning. My company uses Enterprise almost excusively and has a coporate discount with them. When I booked my trip, I saw that the Enterprise location at the Henderson, Nv. airport closed at 6:00 p.m. I would be arriving after 6:00 so I called them and specifically asked the girl who answered the phone " I will be arriving there after 6:00 p.m. probably around 7:00. If I rent a car from you. Will there be someone there to get me my car?" She said " Yes, there will be a person here at our counter to get you your car". I said "great, then I will set up a reservation to get a car from you". The next evening I had another pilot drop me off at the Henderson airport terminal and I arrived at 7:00 p.m. sharp. I walked up to the counter and no one was around. There was a sign on the counter that said something like " If the agent is not here we will be back shortly. We are assisting another customer". I figured the may be out in the lot getting someone else there car. So, I waited shortly. No one shows up. I call the phone number that was on the sign and of course it was a recording because they are closed. I hung up and waited longer. After about 20 mins. I walked over to the FBO desk at the airport and asked the lady behing the counter when the Enterprise agent will be back or if she knew where they were so I can get my car. She said " they are closed and will not be back until tomorrow morning". Many unpleasant thoughts went through my head at that moment. Mainly that I specifically asked them about arriving after closing and they saying " someone will be here". So they leave me hanging in a terminal without a rental car. The lady at the FBO counter said " I do have a couple of open contracts that Enterprise leaves her in case someone comes in and needs a car". I had no choice so I filled out the contract and gave here all my information and credit card info. I decided I will just call them tomorrow and deal with the issue. The next afternoon after a 5 hour drive home with the rental car, I called the Enterprise desk there in Henderson and the gentleman that answered the phone switched the contract and I believe applied it to my original reservation that was on my company credit card. I asked him " why did your other employees say they would be here for me after hours to get my car and you left me hanging". He said " I don't know". The reason besides the obvious that I am mad is because you accept the reservation knowing that I will be arriving after hours and still close and leave customers stranded. Less than 48 hours later I had another trip reserved arriving in Memphis, Tn. at 11:45 in the evening. I go to the Enterprise counter at the Memphis airport after getting my luggage and guest what?. Yep, the counter is closed and no employee there to get me my car. Again, stuck at airport with no rental car and them knowing full well when I would be arriving. Along the counter the other rental car companies had employees there waiting for there customers. I walked down the counter to Hertz and Avis. There employess kind of chuckled and said " they always leave at 11:00 closing time and leave there customers without cars". There was another gentleman behind me that I recognized from my flight and he had a reservation with Enterprise as well and could not get his car. So, it was either get a room for the night somewhere near the airport and come back in the morning then drive 2 hours to my destination or rent a car from Hertz or Avis. I rented a car from Avis and was on my way. Twice in 48 hours Enterprise left me stranded at an airport having a reservation with them and knowing when I would be arriving. Not sure if this is Enterprises standard procedure to close up the counter and go home when you have people depending on them for a car. I was impressed with the Avis agent who said that she stays when a customer arrives after hours and will call them to double check there status. I paid al little more for the same size car but well worth it if I know they will be there when I arrive especially when I have a reservation with them. Tim read more
