Her body language and tone were unacceptable. They provided me with an awful car that was not only very small but also filthy, with stains everywhere. The air conditioning barely worked; it was hit or miss. I requested to speak to a different manager, but she insisted she was the manager, leaving me with no option but to accept the car since I had plans to take my son out for the weekend. This company needs to ensure their vehicles are properly maintained and meet customer standards.

But T was very understanding and helped me get the perfect car to haul all of my family's belongings back home after the RV we rented from another place broke down and was no good. T is that girl: patient, kind, funny, helpful, the whole package and more!
