When we pulled up we were greeted immediately, they looked up our reservation and shuttled us to the safety video. They gave us vests and proceeded through a orientation on the jet ski's that left no stone unturned. The craft were in great shape and worked flawlessly. The price was great for the time allowed, we called a couple people and most were way more for less time. Upon return they asked if we enjoyed the day and if there were any questions or problems. They unhooked the trailer, checked the ski's and returned our deposit , no BS. They invited us back and offered a discount on our return visit. We will definitely be using them again.

Everyone was incredibly courteous, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made sure we felt comfortable and knew what we were doing before heading out, and we felt well taken care of throughout the entire experience. The actual ride was SO much fun! We had a great time as a family, and our 11-year-old absolutely enjoyed the experience. The two hours felt like the perfect amount of time to really enjoy ourselves, take in the scenery, and make some great memories together. One of my favorite parts was the photos! They took beautiful pictures of us throughout the experience, so we were able to enjoy ourselves without worrying about constantly pulling out our phones or trying to capture everything ourselves. The photos came out wonderful and gave us some great memories to take home from our trip. The entire experience from hotel pickup to the tour itself was organized, fun, comfortable, and memorable. The customer service really stood out because everyone was genuinely nice, patient, and helpful. The day before the pick up of the jet skis we heard on the news that there was going to be very high winds on Friday and there was a high wind advisory. I let Jon know if it was possible to change days and it was agreed upon. The day came for our rental to be picked up and we didn't hear back from Jon. We attempted several calls and text messages but he never responded until 11pm at night by text. We never got our rental even though we planned far in advance with Ski Donkey, no return call or text at an appropriate time. We are very confused because we thought this was a good professional business according to the reviews we read on line, but we we're very wrong. We had family in from out of town that was looking forward to the jet ski rental. It was a complete let down. We had to rush that same day and book with Skiwi. Luckily Skiwi came thru for us and we were still able to entertain our family on their vacation. We did get our deposit back from Jon, but we won't ever do business here again. It was a bad experience with no communication.We were never given an explanation to what really happened so it made the entire experience very shady and uncaring. We dont recomend Skidonkey!!

Unfortunately the water level is declining and I pray for better days. The Marina was quiet on a Friday and took a walk on the bridge to the boat docks. There was a sign at the entrance of the cafe and the Friday special after 5pm was a "fish fry" for $5.95 hmmm? Interesting, so I gave it a try.
