I figured that maybe the marina had a second listing just for smaller boats and not houseboats which is NOT TRUE. I was mislead the entire time thinking that I was renting DIRECTLY from the marina and not some fly by night company falsely advertising their location. After speaking with the marina I was told that they do not allow any rentals from anyone other than themselves and they have no knowledge of this company. Upon speaking with this company at the 800 number listed here, it turns out that they are calleInvert Sports I was never told that I wouldn't be dealing with the reputable marina like I had done in the past and was quoted a much higher price than I paid before so I decided to do some more research. Luckily I did, you can find this actual company, Invert Sports, online where they have other terrible reviews. This company has shady business practices and is advertising to be something they are not. Beware. Update: after several failed attempts to get my review removed for various reasons the owner has now resorted to saying I work for the company. I do not. If you read my review it states that I have rented from the other company before and had fabulous service. If you'd like to stop falsely advertising your business you would not get a negative review from me. It is obvious that we are dealing with children here who can't accept that someone didn't like their business. Yelp is about positive and negative reviews - kinda like your other ones.

The day before the pick up of the jet skis we heard on the news that there was going to be very high winds on Friday and there was a high wind advisory. I let Jon know if it was possible to change days and it was agreed upon. The day came for our rental to be picked up and we didn't hear back from Jon. We attempted several calls and text messages but he never responded until 11pm at night by text. We never got our rental even though we planned far in advance with Ski Donkey, no return call or text at an appropriate time. We are very confused because we thought this was a good professional business according to the reviews we read on line, but we we're very wrong. We had family in from out of town that was looking forward to the jet ski rental. It was a complete let down. We had to rush that same day and book with Skiwi. Luckily Skiwi came thru for us and we were still able to entertain our family on their vacation. We did get our deposit back from Jon, but we won't ever do business here again. His passion for geology and history came through and we learned about rock formations and the history of the area. He provides plenty of water and an assortment of food courses. We got fruits (grapes, nectarines, apples), salad, corn on the cob (with flaming hot cheetos - Mexican style), turkey hot dogs (he's able to accommodate if you're vegetarian or vegan), and s'mores! Oh and can't forget about the drinks. We spent about 2-3 hours at the campground enjoying some stories under the bright strawberry moon lighting up our night. Or else it would have been super dark! We saw so many stars and enjoyed the stillness of the water and the sounds of nature. The kayaking back was so peaceful and smooth. There something so eerily beautiful about kayaking in the dark. It was long and epic and full of amazing surprises along the way, including spelunking, hot springs, streams, bouldering, a family of goats, turkey vultures, many birds, and some renditions of Disney songs by the group. Our guide (who has a 9 yo daughter himself) was super communicative the day prior, including a checklist of items to bring with us, temperature checks, and clear instructions on where to go. He also make the trip very flexible and regularly gauged how everyone was feeling. Towards the end, he helped tow the little ones when the wind was strong and they were pooped out, while allowing my husband and i the opportunity to kayak together. He also took 500+ photos and videos for us so that we could just focus on the experience. The bus ride there was great as our guide was able to share many things with us in the surrounding area. It was also cool to cross state lines to Arizona and even have a time difference change. The actual ATV itself was maybe an hour long, which I wish it was a bit longer. This is my third ATV tour in the last year and I have to say that, I don't know if its because the group we went with was more experienced riders, but they rode so fast. So fast in fact that I fell off the ATV and tumbled onto the ground. I did appreciate that they had me riding up in the front and slowed down the pace a lot more, but I wish it was a bit slower so I could actually enjoy the desert views a bit more. I also thought the 10 minute break for pictures was not super necessary, 3 minutes would have been enough. Overall, great ATV tour when in Las Vegas. I would recommend not booking this place if this is your first time riding an ATV and are a bit nervous about the pace. Of course the guides will accommodate, but they will ride faster than normal.

It was a thirty minute van ride from the strip Meetup point to the atv site and we were taught to drive the atv and Kobe was a great guide. Straight to the point. We did two test rounds and then went on the road. I have a very short thumb and so it was kind of tiring for my hands to drive the atv. But otherwise it was kind of fun. Since the atv site was next to an Air Force base so we saw a thunder spike so that was pretty cool

They rent out EZ-Up tents, water shoes, goggles, sun hats, and sells all types of sunscreens, and a whole bunch of other useful items. It made our trip so much more convenient because we were able to grab some of the things we were going to Walmart to pick up after we left there. I really appreciated their customer service. While we were out at the lake, I noticed the license plate on the trailer was coming loose and looked like it might fall off. I called to let them know, and within a short time, one of their in-house mechanics actually came out to the lake we were at and fixed it on the spot. That level of service is hard to find these days. I couldn't be happier with their prices, the quality of their equipment, and the professionalism of their business.
