Forgive me but this will be a very lengthy review. I made a reservation a month in advance to do the Polaris RZR Tour with my boyfriend. We came from over 300 miles away, so I called the day before the reservation to confirm. When I called, the owner's wife sounded surprised and stated there were no reservations scheduled. I provided the booking # and she called back 20 minutes later and apologized mentioning a "glitch in the system." She could not find any tour guides on short notice so she offered this: Not do the tour and get a full refund, or, We would be taken directly to the owner's storage lot where they kept the vehicles and be guided by the owner himself. We would take the trailer straight from that location. Since the Hoover Dam checkpoint does not allow trailers, we would have to skip this part of the tour ( I was disappointed in this, but wanted to still take part in the remaining portion). So we continued with the tour, all was good while heading to see the Colorado River. When we were done observing the view, we were going to head to the gold mines, and our vehicle wouldn't start. The owner jump started the vehicle and it started running. We started driving but this only lasted a few minutes. It got slower and slower until it finally just shut off. The owner said he needed to head back to the staging area and pick up a towing rope. He took me back to the staging area, where my boyfriend was left for approx 45 minutes in the desert by himself (since the owner's vehicle only sat two people). The owner then had to leave me by myself in order to retrieve the vehicle and my boyfriend. The owner said "there won't be any cell service so you won't be able to get a hold of us," which was upsetting, but I had already figured. He was gone for approximately an hour and a half and I was beginning to worry. Eventually they came back and we loaded up everything and returned to the hotel. It had taken 8 hours total instead of 6 hours and we didn't even experience the entire tour. If everything had gone smoothly, including the Hoover Dam, I would have given this tour 5 stars but unfortunately I can't. The owner stated he would provide us a refund, and I was surprised it was only a $100 refund, as we paid $421 total. He said he would schedule the refund that day and should receive it three days later, on Feb 15th. When Feb 15th came, I asked the owner why we had not gotten the refund yet. He then sent me a picture of the receipt, time stamped for Feb 15th, and then said it would take one day to process. We did not receive the refund until Feb 20th. The owner mentioned there is another company that does these tours on ATV's, so I would recommend doing your research to find that company, or I would recommend calling Adventure Excursions a week in advance before the tour to verify they have you scheduled. read more

I was just recently in Las Vegas for a girl's trip and we went on the ATV tour. Everything during this adventure was amazing! The tour guides, Hunter and Harry, were both very knowledgeable and took great care of my group & I from the beginning to the end. I had a wonderful experience in January for one week when I visited Las Vegas for the very 1st time The food there was awesome and the partying Night life was fantastic I got a chance to take a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon and around the dam and I also found this Awesome company who will take you on Razor and AC. Their tours Take you on scenic routes around the El Dorado Jeep Trail and you could see one of the biggest dams in the USA on your way there. Ee rode up to the Colorado river and back. Im so glad I went with this gem of a place. Yes, it is 7 miles away from the lake, but you will save greatly and it is 100 percent worth it. My partner was skeptical at first and very upset we were NOT renting from right off the marina but I am so glad we made it through the challenge. The owner and the staff are incredibly reassuring and beyond helpful. Service was quick and fast even in the 120 degree heat. We rented two jetskiis last minute for half day (1-4pm) because we got a late start and of course they arranged for us to use the truck to haul it complimentary. Next time, do FULL day (8am-4pm). I was so nervous about driving the big truck because I never drove a truck that big or long before yet alone with two huge jetskiis on the back. The owner and staff reminded me their 21yr old niece could do it, so I manned up and plunged to the challenge. It was a piece of a cake really, nothing much different than a normal car. You just drive careful and slow. The jetskiis ran great and I was able to go up to 50 mph. Granted we had grandma and my 6 yr old with me. The owner comped me on gas and is the sweetest man you will ever meet. I will def rent from them again! They made it fun. Great price, great quality and great staff! read more

First off let me say the customer service provided by Harry is second to none at adventure excursion! Harry took the time to go over how to use the Jet Skies and made sure my buddy and I completely understood how to work the jet skies as well as how to get the jet skies of the trailer as well as how to get them back on! We took the jet skies to lake mead and had a blast with them! We never had a single issue with the jet skies! When it came time to return the jet skies, mounting then back on the hitch was easy and Harry gave a quick but thorough inspection of the jet skies and was very interested in hearing how our jet skiing adventure went.
