had amazing time doing the sling car rental, car was dropped off at location and everything was good from the beginning. very affordable and fast fun car to drive around in. it was nice having the stares from people in cars. if you like joy rides cruising around town and fast cars this company is for you. everything went smoothly from booking the car to drop off. very easy process will do it again :)

Great vehicle, lots of fun driving through Las Vegas and over to the Hoover Dam. The drop-off service was excellent.

The smoothest car rental experience I've ever had. Daleigh immediately greeted me when I got there…read moreand quickly got me into my car and on the road. When it was time to bring my car back, they had a driver ready to take me to my hotel and it was another smooth process. I'll only ride with Enterprise from now on.

I appreciate your "canned" response, telling me to contact you. I did, and I am. Just a few…read morequestions. 1. Is it your policy to lie to customers. When the manager told me they did not have the specific vehicle I needed and was CONFIRMED for, when they didn't have it, (or the customers in front of me too), why did he reference Formula 1 race that is scheduled for this weekend, as one of the reasons he did not have car available? Since mine was a 1 day rental, why did he lie telling me it was because of a race that is scheduled literally 1 week away? So was he implying it takes a week to clean a re-fuel a vehicle. Or, just lying to me? 2. When I told him that's BS, he them said we have a lot of vehicles that had recalls. Oh, ok. Well, when I called to verify my CONFIRMED vehicle the day before, why didn't he tell me then the vehicle I needed was in service. Ya wanna know why? Because it's the second lie he told me. Is thus standard procedure to lie to your customers when you screw up?? When I go to dinner, hair appointments, doctor visits, etc., I have appointments. Why is that not good enough for a car rental company? Why don't t you call customers in advance and tell them we don't have your specific vehicle. You sent me what seems like 100 emails and text messages reminding me about my car. WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL TO TELL ME YOU DD NOT HAVE VEHICLE? Crickets. By him not calling, I wasted 20 minutes of my time, and $20 in taxi fees, not to mention the $400 + I spent having to rent a van with no notice. Another suggestion was to rent me two vehicles. Let me make sure I got this right. It's a family trip to the Grand Canyon with my family. Are you suggesting we stop every few minutes to say to one another, "WOW, did you see that beautiful mountain range"? "Ok family, let's get back into our TWO separate cars and drive a bit further done the road and do it again. Beyond stupid. Or, are you suggesting we call each other while driving?? Finally, now you want me to contact you. Pffff. Believe me, you have my contact info. I have contacted at least two law firms. Perhaps this is a class action item.

The day before I got an email with instructions and you're able to checkin. This saves time at the counter. We didn't realize it at the time but where they park the cars is a small area. We came an hour early hoping to start the day early but our car wasn't there yet. I recommend when you are checking in online to set an earlier time if you need it. The only problem is you're only able to set the pickup time and cannot change the drop off time. Not sure if you can change that at the desk. Anyways, we were told to come back at our regular time as they had to get the car. We came back and everything was smooth. Remember to bring your passport if you are not from US in addition to your driver's license and payment cards. I declined their offer of insurance and so they asked about your insurance company and policy number. After that they went through where to pick up the car. It's a little confusing. You go out the doors, turn right and walk a few steps and it's on the right. It is a small area. Thankfully we had a small car as I had read some reviews where people had trouble dropping off due to limited space. Since there was no one doing a walkaround the car, I took pictures of all the scratches I found. Drop off is a little confusing to get back to the area as to enter it's behind the Planet Hollywood. Once we found it, there were lots of cars already parked. We had a small car so was able to fit into a little space. Then I dropped off the keys in the drop box by the desk where I came in the morning. All in all a good experience, just be prepared for the things mentioned above. It is super convenient having that in our hotel and we'd use Enterprise again.

It was ratty looking and unsafe to drive. It had scratches, dents old, cracked tires with hardly any tread on them. It was missing a hub cap on the front driver's side. This vehicle should be put out to pasture. I would be embarrassed to rent this out. So, we went in to exchange it. Sure, enough one was available but it's an upgrade. Basically, cost you more money. Fine try to stay positive on vacation here. So, we got a nice Nissan Sentra with California plates. Good tires, nice clean paint job and no noticeable dents on it. We hopped in and I noticed it had just over a half of a tank of gas. This is a first for me. I've rented cars before and always started with a full tank. Anyways apparently at Enterprise you must match the level of gas when you got the car as to when you return it. I returned it with more gas than what I started with. Do you think Enterprise with credit you? Not a chance.

Copy and pasted from their website: "Founder Jack Taylor…read moreselected the name Enterprise as a salute to the WWII aircraft carrier he served on, the USS Enterprise." Quality/Quantity - We always get the compact as we drive less than 80 miles per trip, but like and need the convenience of our own car rather than rideshare as we have meetings in several locations. Plus we prefer a car only for the day and do not want to worry about overnight parking on the strip. Lastly, because we always get the compact, I can NEVER get used to the amazing mileage we get on the car (yes, sadly all my personal cars use more gas than I would prefer) and I always end up giving them more gas than I use. Easy in and out; helps that we are very experienced. Atmosphere - In the back of the Westin Hotel, see other Yelp review. Tiny office, but more than enough for what everyone needs. Open 7 days a week from 8am to 4pm. Service - 5 stars, especially the person who we returned the keys to. First time they asked "how was the car," "what could Enterprise have done to make the trip/the car better," etc. Must have been a manager...? We have done the key drop off after 4pm in the past and had no issues either. Price - $60 a day. We decline everything extra, as we have our own rental car insurance on our policies and the location is surrounded by gas stations. I actually used the one on the same block on the way back here. When we went to pick up our vehicle at Caesar's Palace, Hertz counter. the counter was closed,…read moreduring the posted open hours. We tried to call Hertz corporate to no avail. Only got automated answering systems. With persistence, went through corporate operations and got someone, who could not help as they couldn't get an answer, either and could not get anyone in Las Vegas to help us. Said they'd have a supervisor call us back, of course never did. A couple of hours later, we noticed the Hertz stand was open. The clerk was rude, denied ever being closed until we showed him the pictures. Then he acknowledged he was "gone 10 minutes, cleaning 20 cars". Also acknowledged his signage could be better. Got our car, a few hours late and missed appointments. The vehicle was decent. Photos attached.

We came to pick up a car at 3pm, they were closed, saying they work only 7am to 1pm (in Vegas? Where ppl come 24/7?!) Nothing about working hours was mentioned in a confirmation of my reservation, had to use Uber ~6 times for that day. When we came to pick up our car the next day - the representative refused to give us a car saying they don't have a car anymore! I didn't cancel my booking and I have a right to pick it up whenever it works for me! Ridiculous! Never again will deal with Hertz. The worst experience so far. And it would be useful to clean your station, dust is everywhere. Close it if it's not that popular and save ppls time and sanity!!!
