I reserved a Ferrari California T in advance for my wife's birthday. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle, I was told the vehicle was damaged the day prior and not available for rent. I was offered a couple other vehicles but not the one I wanted or reserved. When you spend $1,000 out of business you would expect to at least have the common courtesy to call you the day prior when the vehicle is damaged to inform you that it wasn't available so you can make other arrangements. This place is an absolute scam, DO NOT book a rental here. Read the bad reviews, if I had to bet the good ones are all them or paid. Last time we booked a Ruevelto ahead of our trip. It was 3 day rental and we got an uber from the hotel to come pick up the car. When we arrived they tried to get us into another car cause our car wasn't ready yet and wasn't even there. The worst part was the payment scam. The reservation was for around $6k for the 3 days. When we went to pay they wanted to charge $18k (300%) more claiming it was for taxes. After some time they refunded our deposit and we got out of there. Wasted $100 on two uber black rides and over an hour of my day. We usually rent an exotic car every time we visit and will never go back here again. read more

This place is a complete joke. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Read the other 1 star reviews! Liars, scammers, dishonest thieves. And that is putting it nicely. If you like the whole used car salesman experience, where they pretend to be your friend but then try to rip you off (paying triple the original agreed price), then this is your place. If you want honest, respectful, no games then don't waste your time here, go somewhere else. They took my deposit (he told me $400, but they took $500) but never sent me a receipt or invoice/agreement, which I thought was odd. But then when I got there I found out why. They tell you a cheap price with their "specials", but then when you get there they don't have that car (even though they took your deposit for that car weeks in advance) and act like they are giving a deal in a more expensive car. But there is no "deal", they will string you along for almost an hour before giving you the final price, and that's when you'll be shocked! Their "fees" are completed made up and fabricated but they act like it is from the state or city. a 40% luxury tax, 10% credit card fee, $200 for gas (for 4 hours), 20% convenience tax. Then you get to the more realistic fees, sales tax, city tax. My original agreement over the phone was $750 plus taxes for 4 hours. The price they gave me right after taking my credit card was $2380. He said "I'm giving you a great deal". When I questioned they price he told me the fees were out of his control, but when I told him I was no longer interested he magically unchecked some boxes and the luxury fee, credit card fee, convenience fee, $200 for gas, just disappeared. Apparently he does have control over that. But the overall cost was still double what was agreed upon weeks in advance. He kept trying to drop the price to get me to agree, but at that point he had wasted my time, tried to rip me off and lied to me. So even if they would have agreed to match the original price there was 0 chance I was going to give them business. And I had to take a taxi there and a taxi back, with my own money, though they "offer" to pick you up and drop you off. He said he would reimburse me for the taxi, but he didn't. All of that for nothing. Bottom Line: If you want to rent a fun car go somewhere else. You'll save time, money and most importantly spare yourself the stress and headache of dealing with liars and thieves. I have rented exotic cars in the past in Vegas from other reputable companies and the experience was effortless and enjoyable. This place will rip you off thousands of dollars. I just read some of the other reviews and my experience was WAY different. I'm a professional driver so when I nit-pick a vehicle it's a bit different than your "normal" driver. The vehicle was exactly what I had discussed prior to coming. My birthday was during/over my rental and they reached out today happy bday (simple touch but meaningful). The staff was very attentive. Did NOT get the "used car salesman" feeling at all, they were all very personable and professional. My only slight hang up was the mileage and pre-gas on the bill (I would've done the gas anyway), the total cost was a bit higher than the discussed price, however I did get the increased insurance because of where I was going, I spoke to the owner a few times, he's a great guy...the staff also was very personable and their knowledge of the area was impressive (like the actual "Vegas" interesting facts). For ME this was a worthy multi-day rental. My rating is a bit lower than what they deserve but at the same time wasn't 5 star service either...IF they did airport pickup, (they did take us to our hotel on the strip) , my rating would be a bit higher. I stand by the 4 for sure though, with a little room to improve. A huge thing to remember is these are higher end cars and the average renter does not treat it like their own vehicle, my insurance company treats me very well because I treat all vehicles I'm driving as my own, so just a side thought when you read the lower reviews...this is a business and they need to make their vehicle upkeep and staff. I booked w/ Dream Exotics expecting a high-end, bucket-list rental experience. What I got was a mess of lies, manipulative upselling, bait-&-switch tactics, & hidden fees--all wrapped in luxury branding that means nothing when the company has zero integrity. I reserved a Ferrari 488 Spyder & a Lambo Huracan for a 4 hr. rental. My original out-of-pocket expectation was around $1,500 for two cars, based on their quote & deposit. When I arrived, I was told the Ferrari was "in maintenance" & not available. They pushed me into taking a Lambo instead, claiming it was an "equivalent vehicle." This was an obvious bait-&-switch tactic designed to shuffle inventory w/out accountability. When they started running the numbers, my total shot up to over $4,500--triple what I was originally told. Between sneaky fees, "optional" add-ons, insurance pressure, & fuel charges, the price became totally outrageous. When I brought up the discrepancies in billing & questioned the added charges, I was met w/ vague answers like "that's standard". At no point was any of this made clear before the booking was performed. When I asked for a refund, they didn't take it well. Instead of addressing the dishonesty, they tried to manipulate me, saying "what would you like to pay?"--as if this was a negotiation. They refused to refund me outright and kept trying to salvage the deal by cutting down some fees. By that point, the red flags were everywhere, & I wasn't willing to risk getting deeper into a situation that was clearly built on lies. I was told there was unlimited miles but after i got the receipt for the deposit, it showed a 50 mile cap. I called & spoke w/ George, who told me the mileage cap "didn't apply." When I arrived, the blonde woman assisting me contradicted him, saying it absolutely did apply, and extra miles were $6 per mile. When I pushed back, she said, "I'll help you out & throw in 25 miles." What in the world! a 4 hr. rental w/ a cap @ 50 miles? Tell me its a scam w/out telling me its a scam! They asked if i wanted a second driver- I said sure with the assumption its free of charge. When it came to signing, the blonde woman indicated it will be an extra $250 just to add a driver so we declined. She again played it off & said I will help you out and charge only $50. That's not help--that's just spinning the lie to make it sound like a favor. We were told not to pump gas because the Lamborghini "requires 93 octane" that's only available at the airport. So instead, they automatically charge a $199 fuel fee, which was never disclosed in advance. There was also an unexplained $4 fuel charge just randomly added to the bill. The blonde woman also tried to push insurance, telling me "Nevada is a no-fault state." That's an outright lie! Nevada is a fault-based state, meaning whoever is at fault in an accident is financially responsible. She then warned if we drove to 7 Magic Mtns., rocks might hit the windshield, and if anything happened, we'd owe daily fees while the car is in the shop, up to the full vehicle value of $75k. All of this was an attempt to scare us into buying unnecessary insurance by exaggerating risk and twisting the law. FINAL THOUGHT: NOT WORTH IT. THIS COMPANY IS DANGEROUSLY DISHONEST. I was initially hesitant to rent from Dream Exotics in Las Vegas due to the bad reviews I had seen online, but I thought most complaints were likely from people who didn't have adequate insurance or didn't understand the charges. To ensure I wouldn't run into any issues, I called the owner directly before booking to clarify exactly what fees would apply at checkout. He explicitly told me that the only additional charge would be taxes of 22%, which seemed reasonable given my remaining balance of $2,498 after the non-refundable $500 deposit. My private insurance is top-tier and fully qualified, so I didn't need any supplemental coverage, nor did I require any pickup or drop-off services. Fast forward to the day of my reservation. When I arrived, I was blindsided by a slew of unexpected fees that ballooned the total to a staggering $7,400. I was shocked--this was nowhere near the $3,100 I had been expecting (balance + taxes). After I pushed back and said I wasn't going to proceed, the owner removed some of the fees, but I was still stuck with a total of $4,800. Among the ridiculous charges on the screen were a 37.2% luxury car tax and an 8.99% credit card fee, on top of other questionable fees. At this point, I felt completely trapped. This was my wedding weekend, and I had my heart set on a Ferrari for the big day. Unfortunately, renting another exotic car through Turo wasn't an option because I had already used my account to rent a Range Rover SVR for my fiancée. Feeling I had no other choice, I reluctantly paid the inflated $4,800. But the nightmare didn't end there. When they brought the car out, it was a massive disappointment. The convertible button was faulty, the frunk wouldn't open, and the interior looked nothing like the pictures online--there were cracks and wear and tear everywhere. On top of that, the brakes were squeaky and felt unsafe while driving. In hindsight, I deeply regret renting from Dream Exotics. I should have let them keep the $500 deposit and gone with Turo instead. My brother recently found an Aston Martin on Turo for $230 a day, and there are Bentleys for $299, McLarens for less than $600, and Lamborghinis as well--all in much better condition and with none of these outrageous hidden fees. The owner of Dream Exotics comes across as a slick talker, the kind of person who operates like a "wise guy." He lied to me on the phone, only to hit me with deceptive fees at the last minute, banking on my time constraints and lack of other options to force me into overpaying. It's shameful and predatory. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and financial hit--rent from Turo or anywhere else. Dream Exotics is a scam, and I'll never rent from them again. Here is my experience: An egregious and terrible bait and switch! Not sure if my experience is typical but certainly will ensure that I never set foot in their business again! In a nutshell I showed up to rent Mercedes S550 for advertised $299. I showed in person and asked about it and they said yes that is the price. They took $250 deposit and said the rest will be charged at the time of rental. Well on a day of rental they gave me a paper to sign indicating total amount for 1-day rental of $700+. I understand rental car companies charge fees but 130% markup from advertised price? Come on guys. Do I really look drunk or stupid? I refused to rent the car under that price told them how disappointed I am on bait and switch and asked for refund. At the moment of writing this review they have not refunded me the money so I will have to dispute with the credit card company. All in all-instead of enjoyable experience this was a headache. Besides bait and switch, these guys will call your insurance companies, increase your coverage in case that you crash their cars. Started out great!! I called 2 months in advance to rent a car for our trip in Vegas. We wanted a Lamborghini and I was told they had reserved a purple one just for us. I was quoted $799 and paid a $500 deposit. I asked about insurance and they told me my coverage would cover the rental. I asked for details bc I didn't want to run into any hiccups and they reassured me that my insurance plan. Would cover the rental and that they would verify again on the day of arrival. They also told me that they would arrange free shuttle to and from our hotel. I never heard from them so on the day of I asked how to schedule a pick up. They had a worker come and get us. 1st), upon arrival we're notified our purple Lamborghini had service issues. Not the end of the world --we just wanted a Lamborghini or Ferrari--but unfortunately they had none at all bc they were all being serviced. They said we could have a beat up Mc laden or a corvette LOL. So ok I guess mclaren it is... 2nd) they tell us insurance does NOT cover to cost of lost revenue should they need to have the car repaired. They estimated a daily revenue value of $1000 and could charge up to $75,000 should repairs take that long. That fact that all their cars were being repaired or serviced was a huge red flag!! 3rd) mileage is $6/ mile over 50 miles. Not terrible--I assumed we'd have to pay a ton on mileage. Our estimated trip to Hoover damn and back would cost about $600 with their mileage discount plan. Eh ok. 4th) they give me my final bill. So again over the phone I was told I would only owe the remaining $299 after by $500 deposit. They didn't tell me about their business fees totally an additional $1270. So in total it would be $1270 + $600 mileage fee, +500 deposit and about $200 in taxes totaling well over $2600 with basically no coverage if we get in a fender bender. We literally just wanted the car for like an hour for a fun ride. Lastly, The kicker. I asked for a discount bc it wasn't even the car we wanted AT ALL. I had no interest driving a mclaren. They said they'd give us $100 off. I declined and they kept our $500 deposit as expected. But then those MFers wouldn't even shuttle us back to the hotel! We walked half a mile and caught a cab. So so so dishonest and shady!!! These people are professional scammers. If it would been my purple mambo I would've paid all the extra fees but to put me in a car that looked scuffed and beat to hell anyways!? These people got some bad karma coming to them. read more

I called, booked a car, was told the price, asked to be emailed the price and balance for when I arrived, which they did, but then when I showed up, after a 30 minute taxi ride, they escalated the price over 3 times (116.8%) what I was quoted. I had plans for the day, to get lunch with a family member, and had no other option then to be forced into their "sales tactic". It was simply just unethical, unfortunately. In the attached photo I was told $299 for the rental. When I arrived, Aspen and the team said it was $1,140.38 for a 6 hour rental, which is no where worth the vehicles classification. There are many options out there and hopefully this does not happen to many other people and create unnecessary stress to the start of their day from dealing with this company. My experience: I submitted an online contact form with this company about 3 weeks in advance to my intended rental date. "Will you offer a discount if I rent 2 cars at the same time (one for myself, the other for my business partner)?" "What do the taxes and fees amount to?; basically what's my ALL IN price?" About a couple of phone calls and 2-3 hours wasted of my time and now only a week before my trip...mike "runs the numbers for me" and get this....$3,300 PER CAR!!!! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahaaaaaaa I was born at night...just not last night! I appreciate the communication eagerness but I don't agree with the dishonesty or the textbook bait and switch tactics. First time renting a luxury car like this. The website advertises a price and you pay that upon reserving. Then when you get there to pick up the vehicle there's all kinds of fees. I'm guessing this is standard considering the type of car you are renting but I am not sure. I would have liked to have known about the other fees (luxury fees, gas, waivers, etc etc) prior to renting. Anyway, I was there and wanted to get into a vehicle so I paid these extra fees. The guy who took care of me was very nice. Everyone was very nice there. They do not do pick ups or drop offs. Not sure why. I rented a Lamborghini for the day. Then when I got there to pick up the car they said my insurance minimum levels were too low and went through a bunch of hassle because of that gave me no warning up front. When we finally got to the point where I could rent the car they wanted to charge me another $1,200 over the 150. I already paid said it was because of taxes. To start this off, we had such a great time in the Rolls Royce Wraith we rented for 24 hours. The car was incredible and will always be a core memory for us. That being said, this place is without a doubt a scam. The price on their website is not even close to the final price you will pay, and they are very sneaky about not letting you see that final price until you're too far in to say no. They even sent us a receipt after paying the initial $500 deposit over the phone saying we would owe roughly $600, only to see that the final price was over $3900 after all their "fees" they add on. The fact that we had to pay well over double the cost of what we expected to pay is insane. We are prior military and when the owner found out, he made sure to make us feel "special" and thank us for our service, then proceeded to scam us directly after. Four star review because the car I had reserved and out a deposit down for was sent to the shop two days before my arrival and I wasn't notified of it's change in availability. However, the staff put me in a Lamborghini at a discounted rate for the scheduling issue. There was also some issues with the fees associated with the rental but in speaking with Jerry about the issues, he made it right with me and has taken steps to ensure it doesn't happen again to any future customers. Large selection of cars -although for me there was no other choice than the 2021 Black Lambo Evo spyder :) everything was explained to us- including the taxes and optional insurances (which do almost double the cost- be mindful of that). However, if you rent for multiple days they will give you a discount and throw in a few things (eg. Pick up the car from your hotel). Some cars are in better shape than others- but the one we settled on was near perfect with a beautiful v-10 that turned heads on the strip and at Red Rocks. My boyfriend and I loved our Lambo! This experience was surreal and we left saying that we can't wait to do it again! The owners were so nice and patient even though it can take awhile to verify insurance coverage. They offered us waters and cokes while we waited in the office. Dream Exotics has a large fleet of many different car selection and colors (see my pics). Call ahead and book an appointment for the specific car you want, then arrive about a half hour early to do the insurance coverage phone calls and paperwork. It would of been 5 stars if it wasn't for the pure shock of the actual rental cost vs the estimate they send you after the deposit. The price on their website and the "invoice" they send you is not even a quarter of what you will actually spend when you get there. I rented a Lamborghini that was a blast to drive! The guys were very nice to deal with but they put a $100 hold on on my fiancé card because they said since I was adding him as an additional driver they needed a security hold which wasn't a big deal since they said it would be refunded...I was charged the full amount PLUS his $100 that they never returned. It was a great experience with the car driving around Vegas and to Hoover dam but would of been better if I knew what I was actually going to pay for the rental at the time of making a deposit. read more

mazing place. Customer service is one of a kind. The owner is very helpful and real down to earth kind of guy, told us to drive the car and told us places to go, he said do to red rock and enjoy. The sales staff was great and Doren the guy that explains everything about the car is very professional he even gave us a ride back to the hotel in a very nice Escalade. Highly recommend this place, I called at 4 on clock and took a taxi there arrived at 4,30 and by 4:45 I was already driving, yes it is that fast of customer service. read more

I spoke with and Rented through Jerry Rispoli back in may on the 7th and I can't express how AWESOME my experience was. When I got there that morning I met with one of his co workers and they treated me with upmost respect! The service was absolutely wonderful! I rented the car Tuesday to Thursday and during the time I had the vehicle specifically the "Lamborghini Huracan" I felt great! The car was in pristine condition and was worth every bit. When I returned the car I met with a lady who AGAIN treated me with the upmost respect! She was a great way to end my experience with this company! The whole team is great!
