And they have a drop off option where I can drop the keys off on a weekend instead of paying for an extra day. With other rental companies, I have received an email the day before a trip telling me they don't have my vehicle and my whole trip is ruined or altered. I was having my car repaired at a body shop and the insurance company set me up a rental at Enterprise which was convieniantly located adjacent to the body shop. I was given my reservation confirmation and date to pick up my rental, and then coordinated to drop my car off at the body shop that same day. Luckily the morning of, I called the Enterprise number on my rental confirmation, as I learned that I did not have a car ready, nor reserved, even though I had recieved the confirmation of that. Then I was told, well, sorry, but that's not how it works. Then proceded to tell me that I needed to speak with her directly to rent a car, and that then, I would be put on "the list" of when cars became available, she would let me know. At 56 years old, I've been renting cars for business off and on with all the major rental companies for around 20 years of my life. So I know how it works. But at Enterprise in Marshall, Texas it doesn't? I called the insurance company who had set all this up for me, and of course they said my car was confirmed reserved, so there was certainly a misunderstanding. So State Farm called Enterprise in Marshall with me on the line to straighten things out. Shockingly the insurance agent was given the same story frim the manager of Marshall Enterprise, making and recieving rental car reservations are not how it works. The agent and I were both done with this obsurd person and we reserved a car a few miles down the road at Hertz, in about 10 minutes, whole process. To Tra-Kaila, the manager at Enterprise in Marshall, Texas. It's now obvious why I now see the reviewers give Enterprise in Marshall bad reviews, poor service, many dropped rental confirmations, being treated rudely etc. Avoid this Enterprise location. Better yet, just avoid Enterprize as it's clear after reading the numerous complaints at this location, that they do not keep their locations in order. I hope this helps others.

Over the past few months, I've repeatedly faced issues trying to book one-way rentals from or to Shreveport and DFW. Despite being a paying customer, Avis continually blocks my ability to rent cars at these locations, forcing me to take my business elsewhere. Their claim of car shortages is unconvincing when the system clearly restricts one-way bookings, yet allows round-trip rentals. I've booked eight cars through Enterprise for the next two months because Avis won't let me rent from DFW to Longview, even though cars are readily available. This isn't a rate or availability issue--this is a systemic failure. It's incredibly frustrating to have my loyalty disregarded in this way. Avis seems to be driving away business, and I'm not the only one. Local management needs to address this or it's only a matter of time before this location closes due to lost business. Extremely disappointing and not what I expect from a company I've been loyal to for years.

I'm forced to use this location for business every month - often multiple times a month. This place has gone severely down hill. First, forget trying to get a car on short notice here even if your business demands you need a rental for travel. Even when I am able to secure a rental through the online portal in advance, they like to call the night before to let me know there will be no rental car available for me. My favorite is when they tell me they won't have one at 8AM but if I want to wait until 3PM the next day, they'll have one. Once, a coworker secured a car through the portal for the next day. She was called within an hour and told to drive to Kilgore is she wants a rental because that was the closest available. That's an hour away. I could not believer their gall to even suggest that. Sounds like very poor planning is occurring to make sure paying customers have the rentals they've already secured. I don't know if this location forgot how to clean cars, but I've consistently had really nasty rental. For instance: a half eaten box of triscuits in the back seat, sticky dried coke splatter on the driver side door/ceiling/console, what stains across the back seat, brown grease stains all over a truck interior, grass and gravel on the floor boards. My favorite (sarcasm) is when the car has an overwhelming fruity scent to cover up that the vehicle has been smoked it. I've pointed out these major oversights in cleanliness and been asked what they could do to remedy it, but as soon as they see it's a business account they stop offering any "remedy" to my poor experience. The cars are rarely refueled. The last thing I want to do when I actually DO get a rental from here is to see the gas gauge at 1/4. If I'm waiting up to an hour for you to just give me the car I already secured, then I really don't want to have to take the 30 minutes to sit at the long gas line at the closest gas station which is Kroger. These are cars that have been sitting on the lot overnight that should have been filled up before everyone left for the day the night before. This location is just a bunch of really lazy folks who cut corners and do the bare minimum. They'd rather put you in a dirty, unfueled car than take pride in their job and the company they represent.

We were running 15 mins late, so I call at 7:55 to assure them we will be there in 20 mins. We get there, the vehicle is there, but a woman drove away with the reserved vehicle. This is not the only problem we've had with this location, just the most recent.
