Although there are signs instructing visitors to report to the office, there are no clear or specific instructions regarding food or grocery deliveries. The resident confirmed deliveries are allowed and that the office drop box is intended for UPS/FedEx only and not suitable for groceries. Management should clearly clarify delivery policies to prevent confrontations with delivery drivers.

Side note- this place is not nearly as "crazy" as it used to be since the main tree over the water has fallen. The Volleyball Net has been down for a long time And families used to bring their small grills to cook for everybody out there for free. It was more welcoming, and I have watched it slowly turned into what it is now. Everything a gift from God and I wonder if the ownership realizes it's steady decline.
