Worst ever. First they claimed my reservation was at their other location. I finally had to ask if they expected me to walk there. Dont they offer. "Enterprise will pick you up"? Then they decided they had no cars anyways, despite me having a reservation and a confirmation number. Second time Enterprise has "overbooked" and stranded me. Then they stood there like deer in the headlights with no assistance whatsoever. Just kept repeating they had no cars. Didn't offer to help, didn't offer a ride... and then the agent decided to get "cute", called me a derogatory name and began taunting me because I had no ride. And I wasn't even angry, just insistent that they take responsibility for their error. Customer service definitely not in their business model. Nice work Enterprise! read more

Needed a rental car after my accident but all they had was a huge Wagoneer. My insurance covered it, but it was uncomfortable to drive as a short person. Well Paul, at the S Zero location, bent over backwards to find a smaller SUV. As soon as he did, he called me so I could swap it out. Additionally, Paul helped me to get in and out of the car and assisted with my rollator. This location has top-notch customer service, especially Paul! Promote that young man - he'll go far in any customer service position! read more

my husband went in to rent a car. The requirements are so strict, that we were not able to rent a car because we do not have a credit card and we have an out-of-state license. We have a debit card tied to our bank and they do not allow debit cards. read more

Literally the worst service i've ever encountered. I tried renting a car because someone hit mine and the lady who was at fault was gonna pay for it while my car is getting repaired. So no biggy there. I tried calling ahead to get the car. This is where it gets bad. NO ONE picks up the phone. Even after i called about 4-5 times. So then i go to the actual place to talk to them, there's 2 customers in there sitting down not doing anything. Like they were already helped/assisted. so i talk to the guy at the desk, tell him my name and why i'm here. He does his thing on the computer. I watch the phone ring and he instantly silences and lets it go till the machine hangs up. he did twice while i was there. After seeing him do that he continues to tell me they don't have a car available till Friday 3pm. keep in my mind my car got hit the Thursday before AND i have a priority pass. He didn't even try to help. So here i am, no care, no way of getting around town, NOTHING. They seriously need to retrain their employees with customer service. They have no integrity at the place. Highly do not recommend. Go to Hertz. they'll take care of you and are super nice. read more

I had a rental car reserved with Enterprise to be picked up at the Fort Smith airport several weeks before the coronavirus started shutting things down. My family and I arrived in Fort Smith on the last flight last Thursday night, and the Enterprise desk was closed, and the phone number to call had no one to answer that late, so we were stranded. I would have had no problem with the rental being canceled with proper notification, but I heard nothing. I had a hotel reservation I could not cancel at that point 2 hours away, but we had no rental car. I had to rent a hotel room in town, after using Uber to get there, and then Uber to the Enterprise location in town the next day. The entire episode cost me several hundred dollars. This was the worst customer service I have had in traveling over the years. This was my last use of Enterprise for rental cars. read more

The car rental.l of choice for my insurance agency. They did pick me up on time. The car drove well. I did find personal items from a prior renter in the storage on the back door as I returned it. The "agent" was pretty consistent that I purchase the additional liability insurance to the point of being a distinct irritation. The also tried to up sell menon a larger vehicle AT MY EXPENSE. THE RETURN TOOK TO LONG. I had called ahead to confirm my return and need for a ride to the body shop. I had planned it so I had plenty of time in order to be at work on time. I was renting a car to go visit my aging Grandmother and Relatives. I couldn't wait to see them it had been so long since I had. I reserved a car 5 days in advance and was told to bring a valid drivers license and credit card with a 600.00 limit. When I arrived at the office to pick up the vehicle I gave my drivers license to the clerk she said she couldn't read it. The lamination did come off but was still read able and had the same info in bold letters on the back as well. She called her boss and said she couldn't read it. She hung up and said I'm sorry I won't rent this car to you. I asked her if I could talk to her boss with her stating the boss doesn't want her number given out and was off today and couldn't be BOTHERED. I said you just called her/him could she put her phone on speaker and call back for me to talk to her/him? She said no she wouldn't and had to take care of the next customer. I asked again for her to call her boss. She told me no and to leave the facility, or she would call the local POLICE!! I along with the other Customers jaws dropped not believing what was just said. I'm still in Shock a week later!! I said ok call the POLICE with her picking up the phone and doing so. The POLICE OFFICER came ran my license and verified that it was me and that my Drivers License was valid. The CLERK turned to me and said Sorry I won't rent to you and to LEAVE. I said Thank You much for BUMMING me out and DISAPPOINTING my FAMILY and I left. I should of listened to FAMILY and FRIENDS and went with HERTZ CAR RENTALS. I WILL NEVER EVER TRY and rent a car with enterprise AGAIN and TELL everyone I know and meet my CRUMMY EXPERIENCE with enterprise car rentals. SO MUCH FOR THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT WITH enterprise!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR CALLING THE LOCAL POLICE ON ME clerk. read more

Do yourself a favor and rent from somewhere else. I was out-of-state for my son's graduation and needed a car rental when I called and received a confirmation for a full size vehicle. After I was driven to location for pick up of rental car just I approached the counter the have them say they will not honor the confirmation due to the woman on the phone should have never gave it to you. To make matters worse, they pointed me to Avis where they substantially increased the cost because they knew I was backed into a corner. Had to pay $321 and change to rent a lesser vehicle for less than a day. Disappointed... Confirmations mean "nothing" to enterprise. Caveat emptor... THIS IS MY ONLY NEGATIVE REVIEW. EVER! read more

Bar none the worst customer experience I've ever had. Has went down down hill fast. My Dad has had a corporate account for 8 years. Spent countless amounts of dollars here. He gave them 2 weeks to have a van ready for a 30 day trip. Not only did they not have one. They told him "You can just leave" when he questioned (not even rudely) why it wasn't ready. Two agents were rude to him not just one. Like a couple of teens teaming up on someone in junior high. One of them refused to give him his name like a coward. I'm not that surprised them being rude to me but an extremely loyal customer like that? That's ridiculous. I've heard of several terrible experiences from multiple friends as well. We worked mostly with J.D., who never failed to be prompt,patient, and courteous through a frustrating time for us. Everyone else who I came across and spoke to either in person or on the phone showed the same level of professionalism. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent a car. read more

Worst experience ever. Needed a car called was put on hold fit 15 min finally hung up called back to find out they were closed. Lazy people terrible service. I received a car with a light on that said the tire pressure was low. I was told to ignore it, the tire was fine. Turned out not to be the case. I had to trade it in in Dallas. When I got back to the Fort Smith rental location on Zero Street I told Amy the problems I had. She made it up to me by waiving the several extra days I kept the replacement. She was very kind and professional and has assisted me since. In a day when merchants ask you about your experience, you tell them it was bad, they act like they care, say they are sorry and than charge you the full amount, I appreciate what she did to make it right.
