While the premises is in fair condition, portions of it are slowly becoming a bit out-dated. Regardless, check-in was quick and there were no major issues with the room. I was confused by the numerical ordering of rooms, so it can be a bit challenging to find where you're staying if you don't look at the map. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and was a bit squeaky and rigid to sleep on. The bathroom did look like it was relatively new, so it was very clean in there. Overall, the room was very limited without many amenities, not even any tissues to be found. The location is displaced several miles south I-40, so keep that in mind if you are traveling. While I don't think I would go out of my way to stay here again, I would recommend this Motel 6 if you need an inexpensive, safe place to stay for a night.

This is not how you do proper business. It was less than 24 hours notice that I tried to cancel because my plans have changed for a trip that was upcoming three weeks in advance. I would understand if the trip was the next day and take my losses, but this is BS. I will never ever stay at one of these hotels, and I will badmouth your company to everybody that I know. POS. Given the climate of the world and you're gonna be a scummy scummy company. Where is the customer service rating at a 3.5 it should probably be a two or one. You shouldn't even be in business.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I'm on the road 7-10 months out of each…read moreyear. I tried to checkout early, but the owners yelled at me and said there's no refunds. I felt like I was trapped in a section eight housing unit with no escape. My rate through Expedia was $65, so I expected something nicer than this. "Just so we're clear," the manager said, "you want service every day?" I replied with a yes, yet we came back at 6:30PM after being gone all day to a room that hadn't been cleaned. His excuse was that he was with detectives all day. We had cockroaches in our room, and mice. There was a good 1/4" of dust under the beds, and in the soap dish. We had to ask for towels for 4 hours, and still never got them until the next day. When I talked to the owners about this, they said they've stayed at a Holliday Inn, and didn't get towels... instead of just getting me the towels. At first I sincerely felt bad about this place, and wanted to at least see through my reservation so they could hopefully use the funds to make minor improvements... but by the end I can just say, "you reap what you sow" and these guys are in for a serious reckoning of karma. The manager asked if I'd like them to spray for bugs in my room. I told him that I didn't want to sleep in a room that was just sprayed... he said, "I understand, but I always ask first..." Obviously I'm not the first to complain about bugs. It would take 17 pages to explain every horrific thing here, but you get the point. It was torturous... awful, disgusting, and should be condemned, moved out of, and burned to the ground to prevent the spread of disease. The owners should be put in jail or deported.
