Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I'm on the road 7-10 months out of each year. I tried to checkout early, but the owners yelled at me and said there's no refunds. I felt like I was trapped in a section eight housing unit with no escape. My rate through Expedia was $65, so I expected something nicer than this. "Just so we're clear," the manager said, "you want service every day?" I replied with a yes, yet we came back at 6:30PM after being gone all day to a room that hadn't been cleaned. His excuse was that he was with detectives all day. We had cockroaches in our room, and mice. There was a good 1/4" of dust under the beds, and in the soap dish. We had to ask for towels for 4 hours, and still never got them until the next day. When I talked to the owners about this, they said they've stayed at a Holliday Inn, and didn't get towels... instead of just getting me the towels. At first I sincerely felt bad about this place, and wanted to at least see through my reservation so they could hopefully use the funds to make minor improvements... but by the end I can just say, "you reap what you sow" and these guys are in for a serious reckoning of karma. The manager asked if I'd like them to spray for bugs in my room. I told him that I didn't want to sleep in a room that was just sprayed... he said, "I understand, but I always ask first..." Obviously I'm not the first to complain about bugs. It would take 17 pages to explain every horrific thing here, but you get the point. It was torturous... awful, disgusting, and should be condemned, moved out of, and burned to the ground to prevent the spread of disease. The owners should be put in jail or deported. read more

One of the reviews I have read said sleep in your car not this place.... . You have to see it to believe it. It is just as bad maybe worse than everyone describes. I assume it just gets worse by the day, didn't check my ID, room was all sorts of run down, I usually can make it work.... No way. Burnt out light bulbs, duct tape holding carpet down, mold on ceiling, stains on everything dear lord... broken door locks. Mind is blown! read more

Being a very optimistic person I struggled to find anything positive about my stay here. I had to harass the front desk to get clean towels, not to mention room service. The "free breakfast" advertised was not served in the lobby where the breakfast bar was located because and I quote the front desk teller "too many of the residence would eat it." They instead delivered the breakfast to my room, which was cheerios and cheap powdered donuts in styrofoam bowls stacked on top of each other. My friend who was staying in an adjoining room had his USB phone charging cable chewed through by a small animal. If you are a gambler you can play the cheap electronic gambling arcade, which the prizes range from credit towards your stay or food... As far as hotels go this place provided the bare essentials as far as a roof over your head. Everything else the owners could care less about. Received room service and clean towels two days out of the five and when I brought a complaint to the owners they told me they would not stay here and were surprised I was still here, no refund or discount. The photos I saw on Expedia made the place look amazing, nice beds and accommodations; perhaps in the 70's this place was the place in FT. Smith. Today, however, it is a run down has been hotel and is nothing more than a money grab. Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can. There are way too many details to list here, take my advice find someplace else. I switched hotels to the Holiday Inn Express not too far away and am much happier. read more

Don't let the phone fool you, the is NOT the Crown Plaza. This is the worst hotel or motel I have ever stayed in. Terrible customer service. As in the worst possible service ever. Filthy, broken down, and poorly run. There are more residents than guests- most of the residents are drunk and stumbling around. The front desk guy is a stoner. Saw a cockroach. Mice ate through my USB cable. The Internet did not work most of the time. The fountain is not working and the lobby has a dozen old slot machines. They advertised breakfast, but you have to ask for it and the the front desk brings you a bowl of cereal and doughnuts to your room. I moved rooms, but the second one was just as bad. No refunds. The owner said if we didn't like it to check out - but he would not refund the money. Oh and you don't get your room cleaned unless you ask for it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! read more

My daughter was homeless due her having to take chemo treatments and her partner passed away after she was layed off from her job ..she paid for a week there and the manager (bam) offered her a job to pay for her room. She worked a couple days cleaning bug infested mildewed rooms ....worked the front desk for 14 hours waiting on someone to come and relieve her finally she had to go wake them up to come to work then that morning about 5 a.m. the manager bam came knocking on the door telling her to leave because she would not have sex with him in the honeymoon suite he asked her to make a p**** with him in the jaccuzi....when she said no he went and convinced his wife that my daughter had done something wrong and put my daughter and her dog and all her belongings on the curb with nowhere to go and did not pay her for working. read more

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars because this motel doesn't even deserve 1. I went downstairs to ask for a towel and instead of getting a towel I get attitude, but whenever I do get a towel it's covered in holes and semen.. This motel is unprofessional. All the staff is rude beyond belief except for one but I don't know her name. At night the lobby reeks of cigarette smoke because the woman that works down there disregards the "NO SMOKING" sign on the front desk. The woman that works the night shift is beyond lazy, she makes you wait about 5 minutes until she finally gets up to help you. Now let me tell you how the rooms are. The bathroom was filthy when I first checked in.. There was dirt and mold under the toilet seat plus there appeared to be feces in the toilet itself. The shower curtain had green and blue mold on it. Don't buy anything from the snack bar because everything is overpriced it's costs 2 dollars for a $1.49 bag of chips. read more

I would give this place negative stars if possible. Stayed for 10 minutes and checked out. Absolutely deplorable. I took a shower and there were no towels. Then the OWNER had the audacity to get an attitude with me for having to basically plead for a clean towel. He argued the towel was clean and actually put his face in it to smell it, and told me not to get an attitude with him. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Terrible, awful, horrible, disgusting. read more

It's ok for like a week mostly because it's like 500$ a week but when you go to the lobby they say there's breakfast lie you have to ASK for your breakfast one good thing is they have a indoor pool but it's mostly closed because it needs to be cleaned same with the hot tub but kids ain't allowed WAT that does not make sense but some parents don't care they let there children and the office doesn't care they are to lazy to come over to the pool and tell grown adults to get their children out of the hot tub they are sooooo lazy if someone robbed the place it would take 5 days for them to tell the police they are really lazy I had a broken door a water pipe showing wow 5 star rating NOPE read more

Sadly I didn't check out the reviews before I made a reservation. I've stayed at some horrible places, but this one is beyond anything I've ever seen. The hotel lists truck parking (as in semi truck).....of course there was no semi parking. Luckily I found a place to park reasonably close and walked back to the hotel. The desk clerk couldn't find my prepaid reservation - after we worked that out she told me I had the choice of 3 rooms which I had to view and approve of because there was no refunds or room change after I picked one. When we inspected the room she suggest I check the bed for bugs (totally serious). After settling into the room I placed an ironing board in front of one door that barely locked and two chairs in front of the other door. I was going to take a shower and noticed I was missing towels - the woman at the front desk told me that they didn't do laundry that day so there were no towels - she said if I gave her and hour she could probably come up with a wash cloth. I thought I would just air dry until I pulled the shower curtain back - the most filthy shower I have ever seen. I'm amazed that any booking site would have this hotel on their system & am shocked the health department allows the property to remain open. read more

It's funny how bad this hotel is. The day I was there, they were zip tieing a chain link fence around the pool to keep residents out, and I had to ask 3 times to use the hot tub and they finally turned it on at 9 pm. There was a man smoking the lobby of the hotel, it rank of cigarette smoke. There was a car robbed in the parking lot. There wasn't a breakfast because the cashier/resident was to hungover to even check me out. Me and my buddy rented a room to stay one night before our licensure exam for school so we wouldn't have to drive and actually found this hotel relaxing just because of the pure amount of laughing at the thought of how this hotel could be so bad. A movie could not describe it. There was a patched wall in my hotel room that was a board nailed over the wall with little nails bent out of it, there was a old rusty screw in the toilet, the mirrors were cloudy and dirty, the shower was not cleaned, there were hairs and eye lashes in the sheets, and the desk was sticky under the tv and it wasn't glue.. The cashier/resident told me to be quite while she spelt my name "Casey" and spelt it wrong 3 times while reading my ID. Then went straight back to the slot machines after checking me in for the entire evening. But the pictures on the website are true. The inside of the hotel lobby is amazing, it has amazing brick walls and fake trees and a awesome (nonstocked) bar. But couldn't put 5$ into each room. But a friend came to visit us and called me while walking through the the hotel and his exact words were "this hotel is awesome man" then he saw the room. And it was 5 minutes of laughing later that we decided to go out and eat and get out that sticky hotel room. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Sleep in your car instead of this hotel, your more likely to have a better sleep. read more
