Found in my rental car. Smelled smoke beforehand. But this just confirms it even more.

12/27 - had reservation for 10 AM. Didn't get the rental until 2PM. I get it, it's the holiday season, but what's the point to the reservation time? After picking up the car and driving back home, I realize there is a strange smoke smell. I gave the rental agency a call back, they said oh it must be the new seats since the car is only at 800 miles. Given how long i already waited and the schedule delay, I didn't have time to do anything else. 12/31 - I cleaned out the car and found these two things between the driver seat and center console. Ironic that these two things were together: "extra confidence" placard and vape juice. I feel this is pretty confirming evidence someone smoked in here.

I rented a car from another location but had to swab the vehicle due to engine oil issues. I went into the enterprise location at Longo because it's the only one that's open for the weekend. Despite their lot showing multiple cars available, the branch manager Joey Wong refused to swab the same class of vehicle to me without giving a valid reason. I had a confirmed reservation, yet the representative was uncooperative and dismissive. This lack of professionalism and transparency is unacceptable. I wasted valuable time. I will not be going to this location again and would advise others to avoid their services as well.- also big LIES about those emailing them details about the experience because THEY NEVER RESPONDED !!!!!

Very poor service. Very poor communication. Even the managers are not articulate and service oriented. I would avoid this place

I'm a very step-by-step person, so understanding the process matters to me. Being told "we just handle the rental, the collisions department will handle it" without further explanation felt dismissive. Clear guidance would have been helpful. If you're not a people person, perhaps not work at a customer facing job? And the fact that she said mam to me was so rude. Mam you're older than me!!

She wanted to rent a car so I took her on Monday to enterprise since I had corporate discount I wanted to try and use. I had already downloaded the enterprise app and had made reservations to pick up a car at 12pm. There was two staff members working that morning. One was on the phone with a customer who kindly greeted us when we arrived and other was with another family. The guy with the 1/4 sleeve ended up helping me with my pick up. Asked me to verify that I work for the corporation since I used the discount. Tried to utilize my mom's debit card to pay for the rental but unfortunately their policy is no debit cards are accepted for out of state residence which I thought was weird but I didnt fight it. I ended up using my credit card to pay for the rental and there was an additional $300 deposit on top of the reservation that gets refunded when you return the vehicle. Viewed the car, signed off on it and sent my mom off to do her errands. She calls me later telling me that the AC in the car was not working and tried to go back in to let them know because she didn't want to be liable if she returns it and they thought she broke it. My mom doesn't speak english but luckily my grandma did but they said they were unable to do anything for her. Mind you it is high 80 degrees this week so I was upset that my mom got a vehicle that does not have AC. A random number texts me the following day to ask me of my experience from enterprise and kindly it was the store manager. I expressed my frustration that my mom was given a vehicle that didn't have working AC. He kindly assisted me and apologized for her experience. He allowed my mom to go in and exchange her car without me being present which turned my experience around with Enterprise. Overall, I highly appreciate Evan's time for reaching out and helping my mom. He was very friendly and knowledgable. Made me worry less for my mom so I appreciate his assistance.

I got there 20 mins early for my reservation just hoping we can at least get paperwork completed, I understand the car won't be ready until 10:30 but since I was there 20 minutes early she basically refused to help me & said she couldn't till 10:30. I told her that if there's anything we can start now so I can get on the road by 10:30 once the car is there and she said no , she refused to check , to ask or to even look at my acct. she also said I should've called to change it to earlier time ( which I did call 3 times but they didn't answer ) I told her that I did call and she was so smug and said " weird you must've not called I've been here all morning " I had to show her my call log for her to drop it. She was so smug and unhelpful . I have no idea why they would have someone working like that, what is there to be mad at so early into the day. It's so sad because I was going to rent my car for over a week but due to their employee I canceled my reservation and walked out.
