Had an issue with my first vehicle; Mike swapped out for another without any stress at all. I realized a day or so later I left my garage door opener on the visor of the first car, and Hannah tracked it down for me. This is an extremely courteous and customer-service oriented business. I'd both use them again and recommend them to folks coming in for a visit to avoid renting at the airport. They overcharged me and will not return my emails. It's on my credit card now. 52 days of the daily rate instead of a weekly or monthly rate like most companies. That's awfully greedy to me. I will not use them again nor recommend them to others. read more

Thank you, Enterprise! You saved the day for us. We had booked a trip to New Orleans through CheapOair/ Spirit Airlines. Spirit had a car rental option so we did that in advance for a Thrifty Car rental. We filled out all the paperwork on line, did on line check in and a car selection was supposed to be available shortly before our pick up time. To make a long, stressful story short, we were unable to get a car from Thrifty upon arrival at the New Orleans airport. So we went to the Enterprise counter, where we easily got a car for the week at a comparable rate and great service. read more

My experience this weekend with Enterprise was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I was in an accident and needed a car so reserved an "economy" class car for 3 days to get me through the weekend. The price was $149 a day for the very cheapest car (and boy was it cheap!). I picked it up and noticed loud rattling noises as I drove so I called and was told that was "normal". The next day, I had an opportunity for a much cheaper rental so I called and asked if I could return the car to a different location. I went to the Enterprise location in Watertown and was told I could return it early and at that location and would only be charged for the 1 day. The next business day I noticed that I was charged the $467. I called and was told twice that I would receive a call back, and never did. I called and asked for the manager and was told he would call me and got no call back. After repeated calls, I finally got a call back from manager Jim McElroy. He informed me he would look into it and would get back to me by the end of the day. 4pm still no return call so I called again. Was informed by him that they do not allow 1 way rentals. But they told me that they would allow it and accepted the return and showed me a receipt for $144 for the 1 day rental that would be charged to my account. I would not have returned it if I thought I would have to pay the three days. Mr. McElroy was condescending and unwilling to budge. I am extremely disappointed in the dishonest manner in which they do business and hope no one rents a car from them. read more

I had an awesome experience with this branch of Enterprise. As I didn't have anyone to drive me up to their location, they offered to pick me and drop me off too. They bumped me up from an economy car booking to a higher one without any increase in the rates. The car they gave me was almost new and very well maintained. I had to extend the length of the rental beyond a week due to unpredictable circumstances and they gladly changed the rates from daily to weekly which saved me a lot of bucks. I would definitely go back to them if I had to rent a car again. read more

I use rental vehicles several times a month all around the country. This Enterprise office is by far my favorite- they are always cheerful, friendly and very good at what they do. Only once was there an issue with a car I picked up...some maintenance lights clicked on and wouldn't go off. I called the office and the car was replaced immediately. Enterprise also provides pick up and drop off service so I don't need to leave a vehicle behind or organize a ride with friends or family. I rent a subcompact car there a few months back. I made a reservation online and then went their to pick the car. They gave me a car that with low gas warning on it, so I had to fill the tank myself first. The car was in a good shape. Only issue was that after a week without driving it, some of the wheels were actually stuck probably due to wet weather. Lucky, after a few tries, it worked again. Their GPS rent costed $10 per day. After I returned the car, they mistaken charged me some insurance fee that I never ticked but they refunded me for that eventually. read more

I have unfortunately needed to use enterprise because of car work from accidents and they have been very accommodating, but I also just need to use them because of other car maintenance not associated with my insurance. They were very much accommodating, had a car for me when I needed it (on a same day notice), transportation from my car shop was available, and the price was right. This is the first and only time I will rent from this branch enterprise rentacar. I usually use the Lowell branch and they are amazing!! This time I thought since I live in Chelmsford why not use the closer branch... Big mistake!! I currently am still using the rental right now. First off the car they have me had a bad odor to it, smelled as if the person before me smoked in the car.. Second there were nasty stains on the passenger side seat... I don't even wanna describe it on here... There were scratches and dents all over the car... And this car only had 26000 miles on it.... And to top it all of the right signal does not work!!! I called twice already and talked a guy by the name of "Andrew" who kept telling me they have no more cars and would call me when they got a return and promised to call me back.. That was on Monday its now Wednesday!!! So I'm still driving a car with a signal blinker not working!!! I will NEVER use this branch again and will deter anyone else from using them!!
