From the first day and on I have had nothing but the best customer service especially from Ryan and Brianna. These people are all about customer satisfaction, and do everything in their power to make sure that their customers are satisfied and their product is safe. This hasn't always been my experience with other car rental companies and other locations, but I promise if you're looking for a good trustworthy, rental car company then look no further. I made a reservation a couple weeks in advance. Car was not there, and they had no others available. Several hours later, still nothing. Made a horrible start to our vacation. Ended up driving to Olympia to another company. Another family was waiting in the lobby for the same reason. Made a reservation, and no car. She reviews her spy cam like a detective and will interrogate you if you return the car one minute late. She should worry about why her lot is full of cars not being rented and less about a loyal customer who sometimes returns cars a few mins late. Excellent customer service! When I dropped the car off I was offered a ride home. I had set up a ride because I didn't know this was offered. Jesse helped us and he did really well making sure we were satisfied with our experience! If you are thinking about renting a car for a road trip it is a lot cheaper the earlier you book! read more

Pickup was great! The website was malfunctioning, so I had to call the location directly and they were more than hospitable. All three gentleman were great, but I'll mention Anthony by name because I have his card and hence, his name. They were friendly, timely and also helpful. They waived a portion of the deposit for me. In a strange turn of events, returning the car has become an issue. I called about 5 times today and wondered if this location was possibly closed due to the snow we're having. Once, staying on hold for over 10 minutes before being disconnected. Not wanting to be charged an extra day, I fueled up the vehicle and drove it back. My car is broken (which is why I needed the rental) and I'll need a ride home.. but they have the door locked for lunch at 2pm. I understand small business and lunch times, but it would have been nice to know they were closed for a solid hour mid afternoon before I showed up. Luckily, I have the time to write this review as I stand in the snow waiting. And they are all watching. So lame. read more

The service was okay, just dont like it when they charged me another hundred dollars for deposit.... $ 208.00 all together going to tri cities for one day and it took them a whole week to return the $ 100 dollars back. With life so hard lately who can afford that? Some people will need every dollar they have to buy food or pay bills. Second I asked them where can I return the car in the tri cities that will give me a ride back home... I told them I am on schedule and I have an appointment and need to be somewhere before 5 pm. The first address they gave me is the airport and we have to park so far and walk to the front desk just to find out they cannot give us a ride. That time it was almost 4 pm. So we had to walked back to the car and went to another enterprise only to find out no one is there. I called the number on their door and they said they just left. Told them I am returning a car and need a ride back to my place. They said they are coming back. By the time they went back it was almost 4:30. I got home @ 5:07. I missed my appointment. For $ 108.00 I dont think I should have that much trouble. I will not use Enterprise again. I used Enterprise many times and this is the first time this happenned. i am so dissappointed. read more

My husband, daughter, niece and I broke down on our way to Portland from Seattle. The tow truck could not fit the four of us so Brandon picked us up. The tow truck arrived almost a half hour after Enterprise closed. Brandon waited with us until the tow truck arrived. Not only was Brandon professional, so was the rest of the Enterprise staff. Brandon's kindness and service was impeccable. In an unexpected car break down on a road trip it sure is nice to have a reliable rental car service. Called enterprise at 9:30 am this morning... they said they would pick us up in 35-40 minutes.... it is 2:46 pm We are still waiting. I am traveling with an elderly person person that I was taking to get meds... This has been a very rough day on us both. We called Hertz about 15 minutes ago... they are on the way! Don't trust enterprise... they were never rude ... I was never rude ! I understand things get busy... Enterprise left for lunch at 1pm after knowing we were waiting since 9:30 am.. I did not trust them to not leave us sitting after business close... Not nice at all!! Could have at least been honest. I could have called hertz 6 hours ago !!!! read more

If we need a car to drive to the airport or distance driving (so our personal cars avoid suffering from road rash, etc), we make every attempt to get a car from Enterprise. Reasons being: the cars are newer, nicely maintained and the selection might be the best of all rental car companies out there! The staff are college educated, car savvy and personable. Haven't met "an attitude" yet. Someone from the location will pick you up and drop you off, within a reasonable distance and time frame. All in all, needing a rental car, Enterprise is money well spent. This particular branch in Centralia, WA has an exceptional manager in Jesse Novak. Again, I mention personality plays a big part in their hiring process. But Jesse leads his team with hospitality, humor, efficiency and a fun atmosphere. Kudos to Jesse and his team! I showed up one day simply because it was the nearest car rental place and I needed a car desperately to head up to Wenatchee for a family emergency, a distance I very much doubted my old beater would survive. Despite being completely unprepared with various ID, reference numbers and credit cards, these guys got me on the road quickly with just my driver's license and a $100 deposit from my PayPal debit card. I could not have asked for greater service or compassion given my situation. My deposit was returned just two days after I returned the car. I would go out of my way to use these guys again over other options. I only wish they'd keep a few smoking/pet cars in stock! read more

I was staying in Chehalis for a little over a week and needed a car for one overnight. They were pretty good, picked me up on time, and didn't charge any ridiculous fees other than what Washington State mandates for silly fees on rental cars. Had a nice clean car that was easy to use. read more

Made and appointment to rent a car because I was hit. With 2 weeks advance they tell me all I need is a deductible and that was all. I go in and they tell me I can't get a car without full coverage insurance if I'm not over 21. You'd think they'd let me know that the three times I spoke on the phone with the prior to coming in. First of all forewarning: rental location is bit over a mile from the train station. Thinking my girlfriend and I could walk it, we came to find out the location is a bit hard to get to by foot with luggage in hand. By calling the enterprise location, the manager on duty was more than kind enough to make it a priority to pick us up. I can't say how much we appreciated her going the extra mile. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent, as it sure seems like care about their customers. read more

Called a month ago to make a reservation for a minivan so we could pick up family at the airport. Went there today and they are closed due to it being New Years. Whatever idiot setup the reservation should have caught that. Now we have no way to pick them up, which is awesome. read more
