From the first day and on I have had nothing but the best customer service especially from Ryan and Brianna. These people are all about customer satisfaction, and do everything in their power to make sure that their customers are satisfied and their product is safe. This hasn't always been my experience with other car rental companies and other locations, but I promise if you're looking for a good trustworthy, rental car company then look no further. This enterprise location and the staff that work there are incredible and I highly recommend them.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever had…read more I reserved an automatic transmission compact model, and when I arrived they didn't have one available. Already off to a terrible start. They told me that one would be returning in three hours, and that I could either wait for that one or I could pay an extra charge for a premium model. I made it clear I was not happy about the situation, but I was in a hurry and could not sit around and wait for my vehicle. Now I've requested a refund of that extra charge, and I am being told that because I eventually took the premium model that I "accepted" the additional charge and they will not refund me for that. It's not a lot of money (about $25 total), but I think that just shows how horrible their customer service is. They screwed up by not having my car, and now they're willing to alienate a potential repeat customer over $25.

This is the WORST business ever! I rented a car from there online and was supposed to pick it up…read morethe following morning at 10am and return it 3?days later. They took my credit card payment and the following morning I took a cab to pick up my car. I arrived and was told they did NOT have any cars available to rent!! This is the 3rd time I've attempted to rent a car there and they did NOT have any vehicles those times either!! I told their employee how upset I was about this and he agreed and thud me he actually only has ONE RENTAL VEHICLE!!! I suggested they don't advertise rental cars since there aren't any and furthermore their website needs to tell the potential customer they do not have any rental vehicles instead of charging your credit card and leading you to believe there's a car waiting on your arrival!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and lame all the way around!! I'd rate them a ZERO if possible so don't waste your time with BOGUS BUSINESS!!!!

I made the rental online. Didn't have to jump through any hoops or be a "member" to rent. When I arrived, I was given a choice of two cars, Toyota or a Dodge. The Dodge had just come in from a previous rental and it hadn't been "cleaned" yet, but I took it anyway. I was told I could take the Toyota if I wanted a "clean" car. Well, the previous renter only had a minor amount of dust and stuff, so I said ok. Pretty much "ten minutes" and I was "outa there." If you book online and have AAA discounts, the promotion code didn't work online. So I didn't think I could use AAA. But the nice gentleman happened to ask anyway, "Did I belong to any group that had discounts?" I mentioned AAA and voila, I was given the discount! I asked if this office was a "franchise" or "corporate." I was told it was a "franchise." Why is this question important? Well, I have learned from experience that "franchise" offices don't tend to sell your name to junk mail lists, whereas, "corporate owned" stores DO sell your name to junk mail lists. This is important to me. The only bad thing about renting from here is that the rates, initially, may seem ok, but this franchise has to charge ridiculous "fees" such as "facility resource fee" and other "what the heck for" fees along this line. It ends up making the rental almost double what you think it should be. And that's if you don't order any "extras" like insurance waiver or Sirius Radio! But I think this is the only game in town for rental cars, so what can you say. I rode public transportation to get up here and get the car.

He took all personal information to rent the vehicle. Well, guess what! About one minute after ending that call, the "local" Enterprise location called us. They have NO VEHiCLES available for rent all week. She admitted Enterprise Rental Agents you speak with haven't a clue what's available and lie to get information. So, the first Enterprise Rent A Car agent just lied to me to get personal information. If a business lies to customer to get personal information, they have no ethics & poor business management, IMO. Agent at Gig Harbor location suggested we look around at much farther locations since they have Zip, Nada, Nothing to rent all week...after we supposedly have a reservation. Guess it's their switch & bait reservation policy. Actually sad to see a once great business now not caring about customers.

I was from out of state and pulled into Centralia to pick up our new puppy. I noticed the car was…read moregetting hot and pulled over to discover a coolant leak from one of the hoses. Called on one shop who did not answer and then called Auto Care Center. I explained our situation and was told they would look at it and although busy if simple they would fix it. The heater hose was diagnosed, a new part ordered and when cool was fixed. It only took a bit over two hours and the cost was very fair. I was impressed by their courtesy and professionalism and absolutely would recommend them to anyone in need.
