It was latching but not fully closing. Realized this mid errands and panicked and looked for the shop closest to me with the best reviews. I came into B&B Automotive in a panic. The man at the front desk was so kind and promptly asked one of his mechanics to come out and take a look. The mechanic was amazing and kind and messed with the latch a bit and got it to work! He mentioned how it can get rusty and to WD40 it to avoid this in the futures. Quick, easy and so helpful. Often, as a woman, I get talked down to or ripped off at places like this but I was treated with so much kindness and respect. Would highly recommended.

I just bought a first generation Prius 2003 Prius. It was used. It was 3900 and I am so thrilled with my purchase. When I was driving home with the vehicle I test drove it and everything was fine when I was driving home to check. Engine light came on because the coolant was low, but we didn't know that was the reason and Tyler, the young man that sold me the car took care of it right away and was very helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough. These guys are great. Actually Tyler is great, I don't. He's the only person I met actually. But it was a good experience for me and I hope you have a good experience if you go there too. It only took two hours for the front windshield. The owners are super cool and laid-back. The type of people you can sit down with and have a really good conversation. Coupled with the quality of their work I am very happy and I recommend to anybody who needs car tint.
