I flew into Boise and decided to rent a car. I literally rented the day before and I thought they would over charge. As soon as you get off the plane walk down stairs the car rental is right there. It was literally so easy to get to. The plain landed at 11:30 pm and they were still open. This was the fastest experience I had. The guys checking in were so fast and efficient. They explained everything and it was like a 3 minute process. I was beyond impressed. I rented a small car from Thursday night to Sunday at 2:30pm for $145. This was the best car rental experience I've ever had. Highly recommend. If you sign up online you get points towards a free rental.

I needed a car last minute for a Funeral & Celebration Of Life in New Mexico, & I have never been. So I needed a GPS with my rental Margarita helped me so much she was amazing in dealing with all my questions. I mean I rent all the time right but unfortunately I was in a state of sadness & panic & Margarita dealt with my state so well that it was calming how she explained everything a couple of times for me to make sure I was comforted. Then even wrote the number to get to her directly if I had any other issues after taking off on a very long long long car ride from Boise that night. Then when I returned the car to Enterprise Rent-A-Car return at the Airport I was helped by Jaden first & then Trina came to assist him because I was explaining the tire's weird build-up on the rims. After all, we had been dropped in the middle of a freak extreme storm of snowfall in Provo Utah. Trina was so helpful in answering my questions along with Jaden who after explaining my very scary highway drive where the GPS unit turned off. When I pulled over to try to fix it with my sister. We got it to start up again only to have it take us 49 minutes away from our destination & then eventually told us to do a U-turn to set us on the right path. That was one of many issues I had with the GPS unit. So Jaden was quick to take the fee of the GPS rental off. I get it tech can have kinks to work out when it's a new app or whatnot still a bit scary for me though at the moment. Jaden & Trina along with Margarita made the experience for me. Because as bad as anything on my trip went it's amazing to come home & have the return of your rental be as pleasant of an experience as Enterprise makes it for you each time. At least that's my experience with Enterprise and why I always choose them whenever I need a rental wherever I am. Great prices - Employees - Car Selection - Locations - & Add-ons just to name a few things I love about Enterprise as a company.

Enterprise came thru with excellent service. I arrived in Michigan & was given the CHOICE of 5 Awesome SUV's! I choose the vehicle that best fit my family vacation needs & was off to a great trip! The vehicle was clean & roomy enough to handle our family & upon returning the vehicle the staff was a friendly as when we arrived! Great service, great vehicle...great Vacation! thanks Enterprise!

Reviewer no. 26 AIRPORT LOCATION Enterprise is my go-to place for car rentals. I am the type of person that likes to rent cars for any road travel as opposed to putting the miles on my car. When you're a member of their rewards program you get coupons for free upgrades and you earn points that you can put toward free car rentals. I can usually get a car for less than $15 a day. Sometimes I get lucky and get a truck or SUV for that price when you click the "we pick you pay" option. The airport is especially convenient because they're open rather late and super early. 6am-12am. You can do a 24-hour drop-off. They don't worry about you cleaning it, they'll gladly clean it for you. The staff is always friendly here. There is no hassles and usually no wait. Some important notes-- *You may have to provide a flight itinerary if you're from out of town. **You will have to walk to the cars. It's about a 4 minute walk, but if you have a hard time walking, I want you to know this. ***Parking costs-- each day you leave your car it costs. If you can get dropped off at the last door in the arrivals port downstairs. ****You're full coverage on your car covers you. They try and make money off of you for $44 a day on insurance, but really you are already covered. Unless you like double coverage there is no point. If you only have liability then you must take this insurance to protect yourself. *****You can opt-in to pay for fuel in advance at a lower rate-- I don't do this because I usually only have to fill up 1/4 of a tank or so and not returning a car on empty. Have a great day! I am writing this review as I watch the 2017 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on NBC. I am thankful for my YELP family and friends!

Disgusting

1st, immediately after driving off the lot the steering wheel was shaking and a warning came up saying, "malfunction, check user manual." I've never even seen that before on a vehicle. I drove it back right away, maybe 5 minutes. The attendees said to restart the vehicle, which I did, the message was gone. However after a few minutes the car said the same message and they couldn't turn off the message or stop the vibrating steering wheel. I requested a new vehicle, they asked if I was sure and that another vehicle may cost more. I assured them I was t paying more money for this type of error. They proceeded to have me wait another 30 minutes to figure out whatever they needed to get me another vehicle. The new vehicle came, smaller and older vehicle and there was trash and dirty masks in it?!?! I showed them the issue and all they did was grab it up quick and throw it away, so much for their "Complete Clean Pledge." Awful customer service and even worse product!

I went back to address the price discrepancy and the workers were beyond disrespectful and took no accountability for adjusting price without communicating the change to me at checkout. I then sat there for several more minutes until my exact checkout time hit on the clock so I could get my car at the price I signed in the contract. In addition to the horrible customer service, they don't have a selection of cars to choose from at pick up for President Circle members, and they're are all very basic and seemingly old vehicles. My assigned car was a Toyota sedan without Sirius XM. The one good thing was that the cars were onsite at the airport, so the pick up and drop off was quite easy without having to shuttle anywhere. Though I will maintain my Hertz loyalty because my experience is much better elsewhere, I wouldn't rent from this location.l again.

Even though there wasn't an associate at the Alamo counter, another counter associate motioned me over and was able to help me. My reservation was confirmed and I was assigned a car that happened to be the same make and model of my personal vehicle, that was super convenient! I was given the keys and sent on my way. Be aware that the signage over the BC door as you exit the terminal states that you need both the keys and the contract, you don't. The contracts are emailed to you at a later date. (It has been 3 days since I returned the car and I still don't have it) There is no intervention with anyone out in the lot, you find your car from the letter and number on keyfob, check the car for any previous damage, and drive away. I was able to get everywhere that I needed all weekend and that was awesome! Renting the car was less expensive than getting Ubers to get around. Returning the car was super easy as well, an associate verifies the mileage and confirms what you chose regarding gas, I took advantage of their filling option so that I didn't have to gas it up. At that point I was good to go! The process was very easy from making the reservation to returning the car, I would highly recommend it!

Called when the car broke down and they said the tow truck driver would take two people to the rental company to get a new vehicle and then hung up on me. Tow truck driver said he was only taking the vehicle to a different state and was not authorized to give anyone a ride. Customer service hung up on me three times when I tried calling back to get a ride or a new vehicle. First customer service person said they would send an uber then hung up before I could ask any questions, but instead sent a link I could not use because I had very limited service at the location, with no internet service. Second person said there was nothing they could do, I needed to call 911 for assistance, then hung up on me. Third customer service representative said if I didn't have service to get a link to request an uber there was nothing they could do. On the fourth call I finally got someone that helped: she requested a ride but then called me back saying because of my location (on the side of a highway) they would not pick us up, that I needed to get to a safe location for pickup (closest town was many miles away on a 2 lane highway). Thankfully we had family that could drive the 1 hour each way to get us, and they had to take 2 trips for the 6 people and our luggage, and take us to our Airbnb. We went to the air bnb rather than a random drop off as it had already been 3 hours of dealing with the runaround and I did not want to be stuck again at a random place with no means of travel. Once at the Airbnb we called again for them to send an uber and was told I was outside the 50 miles they would cover and I would be required to pay out of pocket. When I declined they figured out a way to get a new rental to me that evening, with the new tow truck driver having to also fight on my behalf to pick up the new rental, as Alamo was showing I had already gotten the car. My first call when the vehicle lost power was at 3:25 pm. The first tow truck driver came and took the broke down vehicle at 5:00. The first helpful person I was able to speak to was at 4:45, and 7:30 for the person that finally set up the car to be delivered to me. The new vehicle was delivered at 11:30 pm. We were fortunate that we had family in the state that could assist or we would have been stranded on the side of a highway for 8 hours and would have had to walk many miles along a two lane, windy highway to get to a place to be picked up, with two seniors, two little children, along with our luggage and car seats. Of the seven customer service representatives I spoke to, four were very rude and hung up on me, only three actually helped and were responsive. We were in town for a wedding we were in and we missed the wedding rehearsal and dinner. I understand vehicles are unpredictable, but as a business that it's sole purpose is vehicles, the way the situation was handled was unprofessional, rude, and caused a lot more pain and suffering than should have ever happened
