Unfortunately I can't even stomach leaving you one star I booked a car rental on October 10th, on October 15th I receive an email and a text message at 8:00 a.m. for early check-in, I didn't think that was necessary so I didn't bother, four short hours later I received a phone call, from a gal who was wonderful definitely not her fault, stating that they wouldn't have a car available, and with the up and coming MEA break you can't rent a car any place else, needless to say I couldn't be less impressed with Enterprise, this is our first time using Enterprise normally we go through somebody else unfortunately we'll stick to what we know, maybe you need to go down to the car dealership and buy some more cars, or don't let clients book rentals and then leave them hanging.. the representative on the phone that I spoke with that works at your store deserves an award for having to be put in the position to call a potential client and tell them that they can't no longer rent a car because you don't have any... read more

I contacted a number of Enterprise locations in that area. Makayla from the Blaine location went above and beyond to get me the proper vehicle and accommodate me quickly. Makayla appeared to be quite busy, yet she remained kind and professional. All of the personnel were really helpful, making pickup and return very fast and quick. Rented an SUV a month in advance went to pick up rental and they had given the SUV to someone else. Alex did not apologize for the inconvenience and there were no other SUVs available in the metro area. Alex offered a Dodge Journey which there was no room for 6 adults and luggage....our vacation was ruined! read more

I approached this location with a bit of a biased nature, only because my mom and stepdad did not have a a good experience with location. They felt they were accused, and held accountable, for marks on their rental that they did NOT have on their rental. Admittedly, I was nervous coming here. I'll also be honest, not trying to play the race card, but when I deal with some business just outside of the city, I become uncomfortable with how I may possibly be treated or the service provided, simply because a lot of people providing the service are uncomfortable with interacting with African Americans, if it's not apart of their daily experiences. Just my experience. Service:I was treated very well by the young lady at the counter.. I believe her name was Stephanie. She was very cordial and displayed complete professionalism and was cordial. I was offered my option in 2 SUV's and when noticed that the vehicle I selected hadn't been cleaned, she immediately switched me to another vehicle. She assisted me in connecting my bluetooth with my car. The rental is a 2018 and mine is a 2015 and the changes were a little different already. Even when I ran a little late for my initial pick-up, i received awesome service from the gentleman, Darren I believe, who assisted me in pushing my pick up time back a half an hour. Ambiance: The GPS gave different street names for the directions, but for those familiar with the area, you can turn in where the old Dave's Autobody was located and then go down 2 buildings to the Enterprise, just pass the Gale's Auto body. Tidy location. Once i return the car, I will update my review, if the completion of my service changes. However, I expect it to be okay. read more

Enterprise - 10600 Central Ave, Blaine MN 55434. Had everything set up through the 3rd party insurance company and collision shop. Received confirmation call that the rental car would be there as needed and I would be obligated to pay $50 deposit for gas, etc.. When I arrived the rep from Enterprise stated that they still were waiting for confirmation from insurance company so he proceeded to charge me $602. When I got home they received confirmation from insurance company and reversed the charge, but said this could take up to 30 days. They deflected and said it's out of their hands now and to call the credit card company if I had concerns. I get how credit card companies work but from a customer service standpoint this should have been clear up front. What was interesting is the pending charge could be removed sooner if I return the rental car sooner than expected. Hmm? Odd that they do maintain some control. I am so grateful for companies in this industry that take the worry out of the hands of those in an accident that they were not responsible for and work with the insurance companies. Unfortunately, this enterprise location was more worried about their bottom line and not the customers. read more

We were told to come at 12:30 to pick up a car. As we arrived at 12:20 we got a message there was no car. We get a huge song and dance about how sorry they were and their job was to get us in a car blah blah blah. They tell us to check at the SLP enterprise down the road . We get the same song and dance. It seems they have a car and let you know to pick it up but if someone comes in the mean time they rent it to who is right there. Best advice if you want a car from this enterprise is to bring a sleeping bag and camp out until a car is available! read more
