A few days prior to our trip, I realized our flight time was earlier, reached out to David to see if original pick up time would be okay and with his expertise, he recommend we leave a little earlier, which was much appreciated and he was able to quickly confirm change in pick up time. Day of, bright and early David was there just before our pick up time at 4:30am. He was personable, respectful and positive so early in the morning! Great conversation on the way there, spacious and super clean vehicle with plenty of room for just us two, but we know we can fit our family of six and luggage in his car for future trips. Highly recommend using Mr. nice guy for all your transportation needs

Our driver arrived early and made everyone in my group feel comfortable - we were celebrating our 30th birthdays and our driver assured us that she was there to make our day go as smoothly as possible - which it did! Also, the cost for our 4:00 rental period was completely reasonable. I called several other companies in the Twin Cities before making a reservation and Renee's offered the best prices and the most friendly staff - the decision was a no brainer!

Gus is an incredible human being. This review isn't about a requested service, but it speaks to the…read moreintegrity of the man who owns/runs this company. I have been in a tough season of life. Seems like everything that can go wrong finds me. After having the brakes go out on my truck & have the cost of that repair earlier in the week, I was looking forward to the 4th of July holiday weekend with my kids & grandkids. Hooked up the big 5th wheel rig and headed out from Shakopee. I made it 9 miles when I heard something was very wrong. I found my way off the highway onto a backroad in Eden Prairie. I parked, checked the rig and found it was the truck's serpentine belt fraying off. I had no one to call. Feeling defeated I sat in the truck with my dog and cried. I sat there for about 20 minutes. People, trucks and cars passed by when a courier type van was passing by stopped and asked if I was ok or needed help. Told him my situation and he said that his business is on the other side of this block if you want to walk over and let's see what we can do. I walked over and he was in his office. It was then I realized this was not an employee. It was the owner himself. He ordered the part. He had his mechanic; Viktor install the new belt and make sure I was on my way. It's the things people do when no one's watching that tell you the content of their character. And even better, when they have zero to gain but have the compassion to help others shows the content of their heart. I will forever be grateful to Gus & Viktor. These guys are the real deal and are simply amazing. I pray they are blessed abundantly in all they do. THANK YOU GUS!!!!
