    My family rented a car from this Enterprise location. The car was fine and the customer service was…read moregood.. Everything seemed to go good at first... However after we dropped the car off, because of covid, the workers refused to go and inspect the car with us to sigh off. They said they're going touch-less and therefore they will inspect the car 10 minutes after we leave, after they disinfect it.. Fine! The next morning we get a call saying there was a dent in the car and that the car will go into shop.. when we pulled up the store to figure out the incident, we saw ANOTHER FAMILY getting in that same car we rented and getting ready to leave.. We talked to the representative and he was polite about it.. before the family drove off he was able to point out the dent as they were pulling away but nether me or my dad could see what he was referring to.. So he invited us inside the store and showed us a picture of the dent that he was referring to... my dad then pointed out to me that the picture had two dates by it - the day we picked up the car and the day we dropped it off. Also the picture looked bright and sunny. And we dropped off the car in the afternoon and it was gloomy.. the guy we spoke to said he took a picture 10 minutes after we dropped it off.. We left the car parked outside in an open and shared parking lot.. I told the guy that I don't see convincing evidence saying we put those dents there. Or that they even exist and thus I said we would not be accepting responsibility for said dents. The representative was polite and said he understands and that he will contact his risk manager that overlooks cases like that and explain the situation to him and make sure that we do not get charged. So the issue got resolved. However we are concerned that maybe they will try to get money from the family that rented the car after us? I understand that covid is causing a lot of problems for everyone. But I am writing this review to warn people to be cautious and double check their vehicles for any hidden and hard to notice dents before they rent a car from this company. This whole situation seems sketchy to us. But they were polite about it and hopefully they won't charge us for this mysterious dent that we never even seen other than in a picture that could very easily be photoshopped. Or manipulated.. those "dents" could be shadows.. I don't know. Rant over. Make what you want of this story.. They're fine. Just be cautious.
