I felt judged by multiple staff members, because my ID wouldn't scan. I came one evening after just making an appointment maybe thirty minutes beforehand, and I was connected with Raphael. There were two cars that I was interested in, and while one of them wasn't available at the time, I was able to look at the other car I was interested in; the other was at another Enterprise location and not on site at the time. I would have liked an offer to test drive the car I saw, but I acknowledge I arrived here about fifteen minutes before the place closed, which is a little late perhaps. Raphael is a great conversationalist, and after the we met he followed up with me and even let me know when the other car I was interested in was available for viewing/test driving. I will say that he's not the best at remembering our conversations since he called me back more than once after I told him I would need a while before I got back to him, but he's overall friendly and professional. At this point though I had already seen another car in the area that was more competitively priced than Enterprise's, but I'll definitely keep Enterprise in mind for future business.

After 60 minutes and no progress was made, my spouse took the shuttle back to the airport (while I stood patiently in line at Budget trying to rent a cat that I had reserved), and he caught another shuttle to Alamo, where they had him in a car in less than 3 minutes. This Budget site is a joke. All the while that the line in the lobby continued to grow, the far girl at the desk was loudly talking about how when she gets off in an hour and just didn't care. Do yourselves a favor folks. Go to Alamo. This place is a disgruntled hot mess with no customer service in site.

I really think they understand the discombobulating situation people are in when they have to deal with them. Two of my vehicles were totaled, so that was a no-repair. But they were accommodating and gracious when we came to get the personal items out of the cars. Two were repaired. In short order, with extra accommodation to the non-body work that had to be done, by collaborating with the engine people. And it all got done in one fell swoop without too much of my intervention. They communicate well on what's going on, how the insurance claim is going and when the car will be delivered. When I walked in and they knew my name, I knew I was a frequent flyer!! Crap in a handbag!
