The customer service sucks. My car was towed because I was in an accident and when I went to this Enterprise Rental location on 12th St. &Walton Way. I gave the info needed and was told to wait until he came to take me to a car. So, I waited for about 15 to 20 minutes while he waited on everyone else that was there. I stood up and the guy that waited on me and took the payment for the rental looked at me and said he had another person coming to give me a car and when the other employee came up to me he said, "Did you make a reservation?" I answered, No and he then said, Since you didn't make a reservation do you want me to cancel it?" I don't give a fuck cancel it if you want to." He said ok and walked away. SCAM here's what they do, they take the rate online and then they market up like way up. If you think you're booking one car for one day for $75, think again. They will call you saying that they want to talk about your rental and the day you scheduled it and then they will charge you an extra $300 for your car. And then charge you another $300 for a deposit on insurance and etc., so total your $75 just became $675. I have never experienced this before on any other enterprise location please beware, this place I would not recommend at all. read more

This is specifically for the Enterprise on Walton way in Augusta- it doesn't apply to other franchises (Especially the Augusta Airport Location- ugh). The walton way location has the most professional staff I've encountered at ANY rental car location of any brand. Enterprise should send staff members from their other locations to this one for training on basic customer service. I worked with two different staff members and a manager those two weeks when my car was in the shop, and there was not a single negative experience. i never felt like an inconvenience and my car was ready for my pickup on the date/time promised. drop off was easy and even when a person hit the vehicle - they helped me to handle that situation seamlessly. I work with the public and I have to provide customer service. I have a problem with them billing my credit card $1,500.00 over something that isn't right. I was told almost 2 weeks ago, the office manager would be calling me. Here we are today and still the office manager isn't in the office. I wouldn't recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car to anyone. Take your business else where and have a better chance at customer service. Make sure when you rent, ALL aspects of the contract you sign are explained, especially extra insurance. to begin- I RARELY leave reviews, but I could not ignore the fact that the staff at Enterprise (Walton Way) was very friendly and professional. Tyler, who booked my rental provided excellent customer service over the phone. He did not give me the run around like those at the Washington Rd and Gordon Hwy locations. Lake greeted me as I walked in to pick up my rental and had everything ready. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I do not remember the young lady's name who did the inspection before I got into the car, but she was also very professinal and friendly. Overall, my experience with this location was excellent. I have rented from enterprise lots of times especially in Miami, NEVER have I ever made a reservation told to come back after my reservation time which was noon and to come back at 5pm! By an employee called BLAKE. When I called there was no vehicle for me all sold out and then told by an employee who did not present herself that there was a Toyota Corolla for me and out in hold to be tossed to another employee who I don't know and told we are all sold out for today the Toyota just left and we have no more cars. Ms. Kelly and Dominique were SUPER SUPER SUPER HELPFUL!!! I initially visited the Gordon Hwy location to pick a reservation that was placed a week ago. I went through the whole process for pickup...car insurance, walk thru, everything only for the clerk to tell me my chip/card doesn't read. My frustration is this, the clerk SEEMED to be nonchalant in helping me with alternatives to get my rental. (I'll leave it at that). SO, I made the trip to the Walton Way location where Ms. Kelly and Dominique assisted me almost effortlessly! The were very down to earth and easy to talk to. I thought I was approaching a stressful and even pointless weekend ahead but Ms. Kelly made the situation all the better! Made a online reservation. Modified the reservation AND I called the local office and left a voice mail message to confirm it and say that I needed pick up at 9 am. Just called the local office and they don't have my reservation as a pick up. They will send someone out to get me. 30 minutes late. On 9-9-2020, I just received the worst customer service I have ever received. A friend of mine rented a vehicle last night to be picked up today at 1:30. When we got there, there was one other person in line. My friend's information was taken by a female, then nothing. 7 or 8 other people came in, got their cars and left. A male, said he just got back from lunch and didn't know what was going on, but jumped in to help, this was after my friend complained about the wait. The rental she was picking up had not been washed on the outside, so the male said it would be done within 30 to 45 minutes. So we left and came back exactly 45 minutes later at 3:00. The vehicle had not been touched. One person was waiting, her car was being washed, she got her vehicle and left. The car washer started washing another car. I asked him why wasn't he washing the vehicle my friend was getting, he shrugged his shoulders. The male that had said it would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes came out and said, don't talk to him, talk to me. I responded, I was just asking about the rental for my friend. He started overtalking me. I put my hand out front to get him to hold up and listen to me. He responded for me to move my f***ing hand out of his face (was not in his face), he was not a child. He stated that he was not afraid of me, why would a large man of at least 250 pounds be afraid of a 66 yr old 140 lb woman. This male used the f*** word at least 10 times in talking to me. He was very rude and condescending. I resent him talking to me like that at a place of business. This is one place everyone should steer clear of unless you like being treated badly! read more
