We rented a specific car, but when we arrived at the location, I was given a completely different car without any prior notification. To make matters worse, they "upgraded" me to a vehicle that was damaged and we had no knowledge of this. We always record our rental cars interior and exterior for insurance and safety, then we were told by ZACK HOLLIS that there was no need to record because it was "new" vehicle. When we returned the car, nothing was told to us and to our surprise, we received an email asking us to pay for a damaged part???? Even though it was given to us in this state. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to acknowledge the problem or offer a suitable solution, when asked about it. The branch manager, David was absolutely useless and told us he was call and follow up and never did. I don't understand how we even got to this position. Note, my husband is 6'4" and cannot easily fit in most cars. Their issue ended up making him several hours late when getting into Ohio which makes him miss all of tonight's meetings where we are getting a new company car. He was so frustrated, and late, that he ended up forgetting to swing back home to pick up his medications (he's diabetic.) Isabella, who does the social media on Facebook, is claiming that she can't talk to people even when they are authorized and they have the confirmation. Hint Isabella, *my company, that I own paid for the car* Also for a company whose slogan literally is "Enterprise, we'll pick you up" why are they not picking people up? They told my husband to walk (1.6 miles) even BEFORE we had the reservation cancelled. If we had another car rental place nearby that alone would have caused us to switch. My company will not be doing business with Enterprise again, which is a shame as someone who does a lot of business travel.
