First of all, I want to say thank you to the Enterprise Team, especially TJ for making my experience perfect! I got a great rate through my employer program and arrived on a busy Memorial Day weekend to pick up a vehicle. The staff was very busy but treated everybody, even the impatient ones complaining about the wait time, with the utmost respect. They explained the process, that they were working on the order people arrived and made a point to let us know when our time was coming. I did not have to wait that long to be honest, maybe 15 - 20 min, but at the end of the day, they put me into a beautiful brand new Nissan Murano when technically I could have been put into a smaller vehicle based on my agreement. When I returned the vehicle, TJ who also set me up in the first place, was very kind, professional and checked me in almost instantly (even with a Hawk manager giving him the eagle eye LOL). I always rent my cars from this location, it is convenient, but the staff makes it all the better, as you couldn't find a better group of people to rent a car from. Kudos Enterprise team! read more

I have rented from this location in the past and service was 5 star then. This time they actually exceeded my expectations. They picked me up when the rental was scheduled and also brought me home when I asked for a ride because my ride fell through. The rental process was quick and painless, took less than 5 min from the time I got waited on to the time I drove off. Thank you Sophia! Returning was just as easy. There were several people returning cars at the same time so it was busy but they got to me promptly and greeted me cheerfully and professionally. Thank you Hannah! The only negative which isn't really a negative is that every time I need a rental, there is someone new working there but each successor seems to up their game so it's actually a positive. I know not everyone will have the same experience but this was mine and just telling it as it happened. I've had nothing but a positive experience at this Enterprise location. It's small, but convenient to the part of town I used to live in. Any time I had a repair that required my insurance to cover a rental, Enterprise as my go-to. My only complaint is the hard sell on expensive insurance coverage. But, this is common among all rental companies, so hard to ding them about it specifically. The cars are clean. I've never had a mechanical problem, and wait time is competitive among large rental chains. If you need a rental in south Arlington, Enterprise is recommended! read more

Had a reservation and when I arrived the car was not ready. They took it to go get an oil change and I had to wait and extra hour for the car to return and didn't even get that car due to it also needing a tire. Then I received a vehicle that was damaged on the exterior and interior. A customer should not be embarrassed to drive a rental car nor asked if I would like to provide extra insurance coverage on a vehicle that they clearly did not get fixed from whomever damaged it. I hate renting from rental car agencies that aren't at the airport with a passion. While the location is somewhat convenient, I would almost rather drive across town to rent from the airport. This location is ridiculously busy and a poster child for inefficiency. They don't accept after hours returns for "security reasons" which is a huge inconvenience with their limited hours. They also insist on walking you out to the car, looking it over, badgering you about insurance coverages that no one needs. It's no wonder that the lines are 5 people deep at any given time. If you are returning a car, plan on spending half an hour there at least as well. It shouldn't take this long to get and return a car. Whatever you do don't go towards closing time or opening time. It will be 30 - 45 minutes of your life that you will never get back. Next time, I'll probably just drive to the airport. read more

worst experience ever! i had booked my reservation about a week to two weeks before pick up. i reserved a dodge durango or similar with 3rd row seat. they called me a day before to confirm my reservation. they said i would need a debit or credit card with a matching id and i agreed. the next day a couple hours before pick up time they called my husband to let him know they didnt have it available they only had little compact suvs. they were trying to put us in a jeep compass. we are a family of 5 including a baby. they also knew we would be traveling to a different state. we let them know we really needed the bigger size vehicle for babys stroller, babys car seat and all of our luggage. after an hour of waiting they were able to get a toyota highlander from a different location. mind you they had called me the day before to confirm and said i would need either a debit or credit card for my rental with matching id. they asked for a credit card refused to take our debit card when employee spoke to management they didnt take into consideration our time and the troubles of not having my vehicle ready when they had called me the day before to confirm they still denied our debit card . we were not prepared with a credit card as we have rented so many times and ive used my debit for all of those vehicles and im also well aware that a credit card is required for full size suvs like tahoes, cadillac escalades, 12/15 passanger vans and some trucks. at the end they ended up putting us in the jeep compass which put us in a very inconvenient position. read more

As a business traveler, I mostly rent vehicles at airports across the country. When I have a business meeting in Texas or Oklahoma, I always rent a car at a non-airport location. I have rented numerous vehicles at Budget at the Parks Mall, but this time I tried this location. Booking on line was easy, the price was right for my three day rental, received numerous e mail reminders about my upcoming rental, and the day before, received a courtesy call (Wow, nice touch). Check out was smooth, check in was efficient, and the only issue that I had was halfway down to Houston, I got the annoying ding that the windshield wiper fluid was low. Every 20 minutes I had to hear the ding. On my next restroom break, I added some wiper fluid, and in reality it was not that much of an inconvenience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. From now on, no more Budget/Avis for me on my local trips. read more

You also need to read your rental agreement very carefully because I was charged $120 for insurance I very specifically said I did not want. I would leave a zero if possible. I had booked a car rental and received a confirmation number. We were packed and ready for our vacation, only to arrive at the rental location to be told they didn't have a vehicle for us. I was td they tried to call me once in the morning. I never received a call from them. I was told by the supervisor on site that it had to do with the chip shortage. She also went on to tell me she had put several complaints in with their district manager and he doesn't care. So in turn, my vacation was ruined with a lot of pre-booked out of pocket expenses that I had to eat. They did nothing to try to make their error right. Such a shame. I will never return to Enterprise again and especially not this location. They are thieves I was in a car accident and the insurance arranged and paid for me to get a rental through this location. When I picked up the car they were busy and barely had stock of cars, we waited patiently for over 2 hours. When the car that THEY chose to give us was ready, all the lady said was there would be toll fees if I decided to get on the toll and that's it. Fast forward to dropping the car off, they are telling me I owe money because it was a premium car. I told the manager the issue, she stated she would handle it, we were good to go. So I thought, fast forward again to now, they have taken the money out of my account without being authorized to do so, I never signed for it. When I called them at the location, they are saying see if the insurance will pay for it. Beware, if you do decide to get a car from them, make sure you know everything! read more

Enterprise had my car towed after I was told I could park on their lot as I was renting a vehicle with them, as I always have done. The car towing company is the one who informed me they had my car. I never even knew it was stolen off the lot! I've paid over $2k so far for rentals this year...Here is their response: Thank you for the additional details, Ms. Mata. Made a reservation and my uber driver was one of the slowest drivers ever. I called and informed them I was running a few minutes late and would be there shortly after closing if that was ok. Was told no problem l. Arrived at 2:10 and was told sorry there was nothing they could do for me and the only reason they were assisting a lady into a car was because she called. I told him I called too and the reply was yeah but my manager already locked up the keys. All I heard from them is that there is nothing that they can or willing to do for me and that i was not getting a car. They would not check another Enterprise. I have to give it to this location. I went in on a busy afternoon before a Thanksgiving holiday. I was not surprised to find a good number of people in the lobby but I was surprised on how quickly and efficiently they took care of me. The gentleman took care of my rental car needs and was friendly thru all the chaos of the pre thanksgiving rush. He had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. We have rented vehicles in the past from OTHER places, BUT this experience with Enterprise at the Cooper St location was the BEST EVER. The salesclerk were friendly & professional even with a Thunderstorm & torrential downpour of rain outside and a rush of customers at opening. He got us a better deal on a small SUV than we had budgeted for. Looking at a small car for the week, he made the SUV an affordable option and we were thankful for it. The car gave us now problems & was ready to go. The return was easier than making ice. Friendly & courteous. They seemed pleased to serve us & didn't try to nickel and dime us for anything. Amazing service. This reads like a commercial... Had a fighter going to a weigh in 3 hours away in Louisiana Friday night for a Saturday fight. He had a rent a car deal setup with another company and everything started going wrong. Called me for help. I hit the local enterprise up online at 1:30pm and was picking up a car at 2pm. The car was a full size vs. an economy and the price was nearly half the other major rental company. Made the weigh-in's only minutes late but everything was ok. Fight was on! The lady who helped me had the nicest prettiest smile, was super friendly, and just finished sealing the 5 star deal. read more

I had filled everything out when I made my reservation so when they got around to me it was a quick process, there was an issue where I booked the luxury car but I wasn't eligible because of my age,unfortunate but it was a very fast fix and I was out the door. June '14 to November '14, I rented seven cars from this location. The customer service is hit-or-miss but mostly a hit. The drivers who pick you up are always friendly. I never had a dirty car. Most of my rentals were intermediate to full size and very comfortable to drive. Overall I've been satisfied with Enterprise and will be back when I need another car. read more

I had to rent a car last minute to attend a funeral out of state because I was worried my car wouldn't make it. I chose Enterprise because their motto is "we'll pick you up." I was already scrambling to have people cover my shift at work, so someone being able to pick me up and drop me off at my house would have been helpful because I wouldn't need to arrange for a ride as well. The office called to confirm my reservation the day before and tell me that no one would be available to pick me up because they were too busy. So again I scramble to make more arrangements to have someone drop me off. When I check in the next day I am filling out the rental agreement and some other guy comes in to drop his rental off and I hear "Just a minute and we'll have someone give you a ride home." I was furious! I guess their motto only applies to a select few! read more

After getting in a car wreck our insurance set up a rental car for my family and I to use while our car was in the shop. When speaking to a gentleman named Cory, I had asked if he could arrange a pick up for me and my two young children at our home, he groaned on the phone then replied "I guess", after feeling like I was a burden to them to pick us up I found my own ride, when I called back I spoke to a girl who was nothing but RUDE RUDE RUDE, I asked if I would be driving to the building located at on Cooper St., not knowing there were two locations on Cooper Street, her response was "mhm". When trying to find the right place we were told by three different people to go to THREE different locations to try and find our reservation. When we were finally able to get the correct address the GPS said we were to show up at 1:02, two minutes past closing, we called and told them the situation and we would be two minutes late, they put us on hold twice to ask if someone would stay late with us. After being on hold for 10 minutes they would hang up on us. When called back to see if someone could stay late we were told that no one wanted to stay late and we would have to come back another day. The girl on the phone had continued to sigh and groan and said "well we just have other plans for after work and don't want to stay, sorry" I will NEVER go back and work with them again. They are the rudest people I have ever encountered with in my life. read more

Great place to rent a car. They made it easy and fast to get in and out. They picked me up at the body shop and gave me a ride back when I turned the car in. I've used this Enterprise 4-5 times and had a decent experience 2 of those times. The other times have been awful. Each time they don't seem to have the car I reserved. This last time was the last straw. I made a reservation online in the morning around 9:30 for that day at noon. Went in around noon and they said they didn't have a car for me. I asked if there was another car option. I'm not being picky, just want something with 4 doors. They had no cars available at all. So they asked if I could come back at 5 p.m. to "see if they had one then." I talked with two representatives and they both said the same thing. Then they explained that a reservation online can't be relied on. But I'm pretty sure every other company in the U.S. would stand by their online registration confirmation.
