My credit which is normally 770 was down to 614 on the Equifax report. Said I had a GMC claim on there that wasn't paid. I have now spoken to my 12th customer service rep since April and was promised a letter on Monday the 15th of June showing that I never owed anything. Never received it and called back. Was told the rep put the request in the wrong que and was assured I would have it in 1 to 3 hours. Waited 4 hours and never got anything. Called back and spoke to my 13th rep and she said those people have gone home for the day and promised I would get it tomorrow morning. In the meantime, my refi has been put on hold and there is no recourse for the failings of GM Financial. I wouldn't accept a free car from GMC if they offered it.
