This store filed a $2500 claim against our insurance carrier for hail damage. The car was in the garage during the hail storm with NO hail damage. We have photos to prove it. Be wary of renting from this location. Either leadership here is 'shifty' or the whole organization is bad. read more

I can't believe the level of service received by Emily, the Branch Rental Manager at this location. We went to pick up a car on reservation from an insurance company and we didn't understand the process fully. Big mistake, Emily made sure we knew what we did wrong and made it clear she wasn't going to do anything at all to assist. When we thought she finally would we called back to verify our reservation was set for the next day and she totally dismissed us. She said to us, and I quote, "why don't yall just go somewhere else?" I wasn't sure if she was just trying to refuse us service initially but it felt like it. This conversation confirmed it. I will still go there and pick up the vehicle this afternoon because the other insurance company is providing it and I want to make sure that we can leave feedback for our experience. After she suggested we go somewhere else we said no, we'll take the end of the day reservation you offered us and we expect to receive the same service anyone else would...crickets. She said nothing and 90 seconds later she came back and said sorry someone was here. We asked did you really just get off the phone in the middle of our question without acknowledging this?...crickets. She did it again. It's clear she doesn't want to help us. read more

I went there to pick up a reserved car due to damage to my vehicle and it was an insurance claim. It should have been covered 100% and I would not have to pay anything out of pocket but the person who helped me coerced me into buying their damage waiver policy ($15/day). I repeated said no because I have insurance but he kept on insisting that the weathers bad and hail is going to mess my rental up so might as well be safe. It doesn't matter to me- if I have to pay my deductible I will pay it but don't force me to pay $15/day to cover something that might not even going to happen. I'm going to call to cancel the coverage because this is ridiculous. If you're going to provide me service - stop when someone says no and don't pressure them to buy something they didn't want in the first place. read more

I've rented from this Enterprise location several times now and they do a great job. The location is not well known and they are usually empty when I go there. The service is always prompt and very professional. The manager (Ali) will get you out in a flash and will do an upgrade without question if the car you requested is not ready. The return is always quick and they will drop you off back at work in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this location and consider them a hidden gem in the usually hectic car rental business. read more

i wish i could give this location a negative 5 stars. Emily and K are the worst representatives but to have them as the faces interacting with customers day in and day out is a terrible decision and should be corrected immediately. they are very incompetent and don't even know or care to practice the appropriate steps to ensure they are following policies and protocols. they accused me of damage to a vehicle knowing it was previously damaged. they did not document any of the damage i brought to K's attention about the car even though i pointed out multiple things to K when we walked around the car. K admitted he did not document the things i pointed out to him but Emily still lied and changed her story multiple times to fit a narrative that would make me responsible for damage i did not do. She also admitted the reason they do not document what they "consider to be minor damage" on cars is because it depreciates the value of the car in which they can not charge a customer a certain amount each day for renting it. in the photo below please tell me how that is not to be considered as damage to the car that should be fixed before placing anyone in the car?? but it was not fixed nor was it marked on their diagram that Emily kept showing me of hail damage that was fixed prior to me renting it. they also are supposed to apply the hold that they put on your card when you first pick up the car to your ending balance when you return the car off there is a balance or release the hold but they somehow failed to do that. needless to say the customer service is absolutely terrible the representatives that work there are terrible and simply put...they are not fit to be the front line of any one's company. read more

Horrible service! I received the worst customer service in my life at Enterprise by their manager Emily. When we went to pick up our rental van on a Monday, Emily rudely said it wasn't ready. When we asked for some compensation for having to wait, she said she emailed me on Friday but there wasn't really any email. When we said we would contact Enterprise about how we were treated if she couldn't make it right, Emily refused to rent to us and said we would have to go through our travel company if we didn't like it. My husband asked her if she really wanted to rent to us instead of having us contact her company, she said FU (with the full F word) with the door open where all the employees could hear it. I have read another review where there was no car without notice AND another where Emily tried to refuse service. She is completely unprofessional and needs to go! She should never manage anyone or anything and I hope Enterprise is starting to see a pattern here. Luckily, we left and another company gave us the same vehicle for half price. Thank you to Avis and God for taking care of us when Emily wouldn't. read more

I had dropped off my car to be repaired at Caliber Collision next door to Enterprise and walked over to see if I could get a rental until my car could be serviced. It was a busy day as there were 6 people in the lobby waiting to get their rental car and only one person working the computer. Although it was busy, April was very calm and collected and answered every person's questions thoroughly. I didn't realize that they prefer you make a reservation before coming in (mistake on my behalf) but April confirmed my rental policy through my insurance and explained everything to me in detail on how to proceed. In short, she was able to give me an SUV to borrow for a few days as I wasn't sure how long mine would be in the shop. The car itself was in pristine condition both inside and out. April answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. Renting a car isn't usually a fun situation but April's humor and knowledge made it to be quite enjoyable. The price was extremely reasonable with my rental policy and I will gladly go here in the future should I require another rental. read more
