Well let me say... THANK YOU to Jacob for helping us complete our rental for the day. We enjoyed the car very much and it was really nice riding in a luxurious vehicle. This had 3 rows of seating and I fit the 3 babies IN CARSEATS & 3 pre-teen/teen girls along with us 2 mommies. We rode comfortably and the car was really smooth. I didn't feel any bumps or potholes like I usually do. The car was steady and easy to drive. I had to get use to the gears because the parking is off to the side rather than at the top. Then we had all this gadgets I needed to learn but didn't really need them. So I only learned the ones I needed. Connecting my blue tooth was simple but difficult. It didn't connect properly so I couldn't use that feature. After we completed the transaction to take the car, I left and tried to adjust the tuning for the radio station, I pressed something and it locked me out of the whole display settings and systems. Fortunately my husband Mike was able to help me unlock it. Otherwise we wouldn't have had radio and camera view. Anywho, I would rent this vehicle again HOWEVER, my BIGGEST CONCERN REGARDING THIS CAR IS... the EXITING OF THE VEHICLE! Meaning... the back row is so far in the back, there's not that much truck space. But I didn't know how to move or remove the head rest either. But if we drop the third row down flat, the headrest folds on its own to make more trunk space. However, my concern is, if the kids are trapped will they be able to escape the back row? The head rest doesn't budge, therefore they wouldn't be able to climb over the seat and out the truck. They can jump out unless the seat in front of them moves up. Which could delay their exit OF there is a car seat in it! Then you, if there was a car seat in the back, how could we get to it that easily and quickly. Other than THAT, I had no issues with it! Enterprise did and job. Thank you for the last minute help and sale. Oh and the BAD THING I didn't know about and I wish they told us over the phone...'I had to put down $200 EXTRA in the car because I paid with debit" so if you don't want that extra CHARGE,USE A CREDIT CARD!!! Or else you're ahit out of luck in the cash amount in your bank and you'll have to wait 2-5 business days. read more

I needed to rent a car after I shipped my car back home back on June 20. After renting the first week, I needed it for another week because my daughter wanted to go out. The prices were fair but they took out a $200 deposit. They return it to you after you return the car. I ended up returning the car today. They provide rides home or to the airport. I ended up back home. The guy giving me a ride home dropped off the lady first and then me last. He was super nice and I ended up having a conversation with him the whole ride home. I love the friendliness of the workers here. That's a plus. Highly recommend this place to rent cars. I didn't catch any names of anyone here but all of them were nice. I can only give it 3 stars because the guy told me that the car had just been cleaned. When I opened the door, I said it didn't look clean. When I got to my job, I decided to wipe it down for myself. I have rented a car from this location twice. Javon help me both times. It was a fast and easy process. he was so friendly, kind and helpful. The car was clean and the customer service was excellent. My only complaint was that they don't deliver the vehicles to you. I am a senior with a handicapped husband and I have to take public transportation to get to the location to pick the car up. I had to call them twice until someone picked up the phone but it was smooth sailing afterwards. I told them I needed a rental car for an estimated 3 days. They said they would meet me at the body shop with the car and then they answered all of my questions. The guy who met me at the place was nice. Originally he intended to give me a Nissan Versa, which was way too tiny to hold 2 infant car seats and a booster seat in the back. And then he offered the Camry, which I immediately accepted. The outside of the car was a bit grassy everywhere. It took some time for me to adjust driving a smaller car as I hit my head trying to get in lol. My car was finished the next day so I returned it to the body shop before my actual estimated time. The body shop notifies Enterprise electronically so I didn't have to call again. I just want to say how thankful I am for bringing the car there, me not having to figure out how to get there after dropping off my car, and not having to return it at Enterprise after picking up my car. There was also a Clorox wipe in there which was nice. I would rent with Enterprise again and recommend others to too. read more

Yesterday evening we noticed that the right break light seems to be out. We also experienced a infestation of German cockroaches in the vehicle. As I was driving I felt something fall on my leg once I put the air conditioning on higher and what do I see a healthy cockroach. I almost got into an accident jumping with fear. When I got home I put four large Combat Roach Killing Baits all over the vehicle. The German cockroaches started to come out of the car even more so I had to use a roach fogger last night to try to kill the roaches. You will find the attached pictures of the break light and also some of the roaches and some other insects that was found. I vacuumed most of it up. Asked if there was anyway that we could get a discount on this because this is just discussing. read more

Needed to rent a car while mine was being painted across the street, it happened to be a storm on Oahu rain for a few days I still had to go to work - there was mud under the wheel rims and mud on the floor mats, (no sand I didn't go to the beach as accused - who goes to the beach in a storm?) When I returned the car they wanted to charge me $150 to clean it? What? an extra 2 to 3 minutes with the pressure washer under the rims? I told him I would take it to car wash and bring it back they said no way! It's returned - we're charging your credit card $150. Really? Done deal - rude & ridiculous. I was told I wasn't going to be allowed to rent a car. Although in Chicago, I rented many times. When I inquired why he said because I don't have a local address. I am extremely dissatisfied with all the upcoming unknown charges and fees, they did not let me know any of this would have a extra charge to it. The 2020 car could not even go up the driveway. Transmission lost half the power and was slipping Halfway through our trip. One of the employees was racial profiling Saying " do you know what a push start is? have you ever driven one?" It was $1300 for a week for a Nissan Versa you could buy a car and have monthly payments out here for cheaper than that. Enterprise commercials are all about serving the customer. They even advertise going out of their way to pick customers up wherever they are! Well, after today's, experience, I feel this location has none of this. I rented a car yesterday from another Enterprise location. Today, before I left the house, a warning sign came on saying "Shipping mode on. Push storage fuse." I immediately knew something must be wrong. I called the location I originally got my car at asking if they knew what the message meant and if they knew how to turn it off. No one at the branch knew what was wrong. Since I didn't want to drive the car on the freeway, I asked if I could switch out my car at this location. First off, when I called to explain the situation, the Assistant Manager Veronica said not to come in until after 4pm and refused to tell me which full size cars she had in stock. This occurred at 2pm and I needed to run errands. I thought, "guess I can't do anything till I switch out my car!" I wasn't about to drive a car with a warning sign no one has ever heard of. I also tried Googling and YouTubing what the warning meant. Couldn't find anything. That was STRIKE ONE. Fast forward to 4:30pm, I decided to bring my dad with me because I already had a feeling Veronica would give me a hard time. Sure enough, right when we got there, I was asking another associate what kinds of full size cars they had available. She didn't know and decided to ask Veronica who was helping another customer. She informed my dad and I that they only had a Challenger and a mini van available. Knowing these were both too big for me to drive, we asked what else was on the lot for rent. Veronica responded saying another option was a Charger. If not, I can take my (unsafe) car back home and try to swap it out tomorrow to see if anything else comes in.. STRIKE TWO! She wanted me to drive an unsafe car another day!? WTH!? Next, my dad asked if Veronica would be able to get me the same car as the one I was currently renting. She responded with she only carried Ford & Dodge cars and my car was another make, so no. We then asked if they could call another Enterprise to see if they had the car I wanted in stock. Kristie, the other worker, was nice enough to call Mapunapuna branch to see if they had the car in stock. She informed us they did have one in! My dad asked if the car could be sent over to this location and Veronica steps in saying "They aren't going to do that. The only way they will do that is if we request 5 or more cars to be sent here". STRIKE THREE! Omg!! Seriously!? She didn't even let Kristie ask if the request could be made before forcing her to hang up the phone. Next argument: My dad asks Veronica to call the branch manager at the original branch I got my car at to ask if the car I want can be sent over tomorrow. She refuses to call saying she has other customers to help and she would call at a later time. SERIOUSLY!? STRIKE FOUR!! This pissed my dad and I off soooo much!! My dad asked her if the other customers were more important than us. She said WE needed to respect her and her store and we were being selfish customers for taking up so much of her time. Omg... ARE.YOU.KIDDING.ME!?!? STRIKE FIVE!!! SIDE NOTE: Veronica is still "helping" the customer she was tending to BEFORE we even got there the WHOLE time the above events are happening. The customer also gets irritated and actually makes a comment saying he still hadn't gotten his receipt from his transaction. Veronica tells him it was emailed to him. The customer said he wanted it printed but she obviously was preoccupied... STRIKE SIX!!! Finally, we settle on just getting a car they had on the lot and swapping it out again tomorrow. Kristi wrote up the paper work and we went to look at the car. I again told her the Challenger is WAYYYY too big for me to drive. I then pointed out a Ford Focus on the lot that I said I'd take for the next day. Wait didn't Veronica say she only had a Challenger, Charger or a mini van!? I (the customer) needed to go in the lot and look for my own car!? STRIKE SEVEN!!! Kristie and I then needed to go back inside the store to get new paperwork for the Focus... Omg. This is getting ridiculous!! While we are back inside, my dad asks if Veronica has called the other branch manager yet. She says no but FINALLY calls and what do you know! They will be sending over the exact car I want tomorrow morning. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!! Veronica could have avoided all of this by making ONE simple phone call lasting all of 2 minutes! Instead, the whole ordeal lasted ONE HOUR and made me late to an event I needed to attend tonight. All I came in for was to switch out my car for SAFETY reasons. It should've taken less than 10 minutes. I even gave them a call ahead of time to give them a heads up about my situation! Revived a car because our truck is in the shop. First day o notice a small bug, thought nothing of it, until later that night. My family and I went out for dinner, when we came back to the car that were roaches everywhere!!!!! I have a 3yr old grand daughter and they were in her car seat! We took the car back the next day and they gave us another one cleaner and updated, so we thought it was safe. NOT!!!!! MORE ROACHES!! I will not drive in this car. I'm afraid to even take anything on it with me for fear of bring them into my home. My daughter and grand daughter are here for a visit and we can't go anywhere, because they will get in my grand daughter's carseat, and we can't drive with her not in her seat!!! This Aiea location is convenient to my residence in the event I need to rent a car. Reservations made online have always been in order when I arrived and the staff is friendly. Better "eye-level" signage is needed though for customer parking, rental return and directions to office from parking lot. The office entrance is next to a preschool. read more

He was extremely nice and made everything so simple. He provided awsome customer service. The process was easy from reserving my car to picking up my car. Fast and friendly service. As of the car itself it isn't what I'm used to getting at other rental agencies....nice, clean, scuff n dent free! Rather this rental has many scuff n dent marks. On the other hand, my insurance is paying for the rental and I'm not on vacation nor am I trying to make a fashion statement so it really doesn't bother me. They'd get a 5 star rating for service but I decided to give them a four since the rental car itself wasn't in top shape condition! "Stranded" in Pearl City with only TheBus at our disposal, my friend S and I consigned ourselves to renting an expensive car for four days on Oahu. We were so pleasantly surprised to find that Enterprise was willing to rent us a car for an average of $18/day after taxes/fees. Even better, they drove over to pick us up from our friend's house and would later drive us back when we went to drop off the car. The staff here were so amazing -- after we got stuck with a stinky mini-van on our first day, they exchanged our car for a sporty black 2008 VW Rabbit the very next morning. (We LOVED this car.) Cutter works with Enterprise for loaners when your vehicle has recalls. I had to come here on two occasions and both were excellent. A shuttle picks you up then takes you to their location which is in Aiea. The process of getting the loaner was so fast, they just asked for a deposit and drivers license. Took me to my loaner, which is across the street in a large parking lot and I was good to go. When returning the vehicle they shuttle you back to where you need to go. So convenient. read more

It took us 6 cars to find one and then it had a mechanical problem and the salesmen kept apologizing to us for the cars. Car 1: Dried vomit back seat Car 2: carpets not cleaned and car had minor dent Car3: Bald Tires food in back seat Car 4; Nail in front tire smelled of smoke Car 5: bald tires, car not cleaned Car 6: Driveable - Until it started stalling on speed bumps into Ko Olina. When we exited the property, the security guard gave us a card as we asked to speak to the manager. She said to call them. I could not believe there was no one to talk to on the property as their vehicles are bald and it was raining when we drove off! We returned our car after checking in. We called their Roadside Emergency Assistance line twice with no response, no voice mail. The car kept stalling so they did not charge us for the 2 hour rental. Meanwhile, my husband noted he had left his Black golf jacket in one of the cars we had tried to rent earlier, which meant it was on the property as each of the cars we rejected was driven off by an Enterprise Employee. We also left several messages for the manager. They called us at home but not on the cell number we left. One of them was there when we dropped off the car and we reported the lost jacket and the fact that their "contracted" roadside assistance was no good. He just apologized and offered us another car. To date no returned Jacket nor written apology from Enterprise after I called Corporate to complain. We rented from hertz who gave us a brand new car. The Enterprise shuttle driver who drove us to hertz was the nicest person there and he told us to call the owner, but then they would not provide us a means to contact her. read more

I am extremely displeased with the customer service of this location. My car is being serviced at Honda and they could not finish in time. They arranged for Enterprise to rent me a car. Enterprise would not let me rent a car because my driver license would have expired April 21. Because of covid19, licenses have been extended three months and they were further extended to Sept 30. She did not believe me. I told her I would email proof of this. I did exactly that in a email with a link to the official govt page. Despite my proof, it took an obstinate amount of time to approve my renting and by the time it was okay, it was close to closing time and I am left without a car. I work early in the morning and I am extremely stressed about not being able to go to work. I suggest the entire company and its workers to update themselves on the newest covid19 guidlines especially while covid19 is still going on so they don't unnecessary to the next person who still has a valid driver license. Saw the low reviews on here & went with this location anyway because of the proximity to the repair shop my truck was being fixed at. Wish I chose differently. I had made a reservation 2 days in advance. When I went to pick up vehicle I was told (after waiting 30 min) they were all out of vehicles. Ended up being driven to airport location to pick up my rental. Took approx 1 1/2-2 hours to get my rental. I did contact customer care, trying to resolve this. They were very helpful in fowarding my concerns to the area manager. The area manager seemed nice. He informed me of all the reasons that I received the bad service. He also told me that I was not the only one....that there were several others like me who receiced bad service that day. Yay us! And then he asked if I had suggestions on how they can do better? Alot of fast talk. I have worked in retail before and would never ask a customer that ?. I would/should know already. I did ask if I could change the return time - 1030am. He agreed..1pm..and I felt compensated at the time. Well I returned my rental by 1pm...didn't really matter..cause I was charged by calendar cycle.
