They seem to have a larger focus on trading cards and accessories than board games and puzzles, the latter of which I'm most interested in. If I wanted a specific game, I'd likely go to their website first to check stock or order ahead rather than visiting in-store. Regardless, I'm glad to have a local business to support for puzzle and board/card game purchases!

Moon Shot Games in Noblesville feels like a well run Rebel base for tabletop gamers and TCG fans…read more Great selection of games, an impressive wall of singles, and a space that clearly exists for people who actually love the hobby. I came in for the Magic the Gathering Lorwyn Eclipse prerelease playing Two Headed Giant with a friend, and the entire event ran smoother than a hyperspace jump. From registration to the final round, everything was organized, on time, and genuinely fun. No chaos, no dark side rulings, just solid event management. The Magic community here is strong. Friendly players, good vibes, and a welcoming atmosphere whether you're a veteran Jedi or still figuring out which lands to tap. It's the kind of shop where you feel comfortable coming back even if you don't know everyone yet. Moon Shot Games has earned a repeat visit. Great staff, great events, and a community worth supporting. The Force is strong here, and I'll definitely be back for future missions.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location today regarding a clear pricing error and,…read moremore importantly, the way I was treated by management. I found a large painting that had two separate price tags for $4. Every other painting in that same rack was also marked $4. When I got to the register, I was told it was a mistake and the price was actually $14. When I spoke with the manager to ask if they would honor the price, given that it was marked twice and the entire rack was consistent, and she refused. Instead of taking responsibility for a clear clerical error, she told me that "customers switch tags" and insisted on full price. It is one thing to have a pricing mistake, but it is another to imply that the customer is being dishonest. To be accused of switching tags when the evidence of a store-wide marking error was right in front of them was insulting. I've always enjoyed shopping here for my home projects, but I won't be back after being treated like a scammer over a $10 difference.

I emailed them Tuesday morning to begin the exchange process. They returned my email and resolved the situation within the hour! They have great customer service: they were efficient, honest, courteous, and found a solution that was cost-effective for me. They shipped the correct item that same Tuesday. Overall, my experience from start to finish has been wonderful! They have a great selection of Thomas the Tank Engine products, and stellar customer service. I love that you can have craft time without the cleanup! I had just discovered Hammer and Stain on…read moreFacebook after some girlfriends were discussing making craft events part of our get together this year. The best part is there is no clean up after or even before having a girls night! We had all gone to another place and while we had fun Hammer and Stain is a lot more affordable and they have a lot of craft variety. I love they have different projects from door mats to all sizes of signs. And they are priced accordingly. While I love my larger projects it is also nice to have some smaller things to do. I won this class on Facebook, but we had just been talking about picking a night to come. Before leaving we checked out the future projects room and there was some fun stuff! I know I want to do some smaller items for my 3 tier tray and my friend saw a cool football she wants to do. The location is perfect! They have their own parking lot. There were 3 large tables and our projects were there waiting for us. You sign up online and pick a project that they will have for the different classes. I have such a hard time deciding, but love the sign I chose! I went with paint instead of stain and love that I can get help even though I have done it before. It's nice to have someone there to help with color choices. I am bad about using too much paint so it was good Mansa was there to guide us! I am always the one who ends up with paint on me. Of course it washed off, or I would have teal fingers today. I love seeing the other projects and really like the paint wall so you can choose colors and stains. They have a website and a Facebook you can follow! I always recommend connecting on FB so you can keep up with all their classes and events. They have a fun Valentines day class where you make a tray and decorate cookies! Our plan is to do a St. Patrick's day class with friends. I can't wait to see all the upcoming classes. It's fun to actually make decor for your house or give as gifts and I am really glad we found Hammer & Stain!
