Parking is usually available since it sits back off of Rockville Road (behind Burger King) in the strip center. The store is filled with a large amount of gift items or items you personally might enjoy. They have all the typical Hallmark holiday decor intermixed with other brands. Right now they are filled with Valentine and Easter items. I'm here for a sympathy card and they have a decent selection. It's always difficult selecting a sympathy card as what can you say to comfort your family or friend. Hopefully a card will let them know you're thinking of them. Items range from holiday items, stuffed animals, sports themed gifts, home decor, collectibles, gift bags, wrapping paper and so much more. I enjoy browsing the store for new arrivals. I find stocking stuffers, future birthday and anniversary cards and gifts often plus much more. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Stop in and browse the store.

There weren't any long lines, it was a set price for a car or mini van full so the price wasn't too bad if you pack in the family and friends. We got right in and waited in a short line to pay, after that you fall in line behind that car in front of you and slowly drive through the Brickyard while listening to Christmas music and looking and the many lights. It's great for parents with young children as you can stay warm and toasty in the car seats with out lugging the diaper bag and stroller. There are a wide variety of themes for the lighted displays. Some were easier to identify than others. The lights have a significant amount of spacing between them which for some of the displays made it hard to determine what it was. It's something unique that's fund to do at the holidays once, but once you've had the experience

My family and I got dinner in Speedway before at Dawson's on Main and got to the gate a little before 6 p.m. the night before Thanksgiving. There were just a few cars ahead of us. We paid our $25 and drove through for the next 30 min, admiring the 2.5 million lights at 5 mph. I didn't go last year (the inaugural year) but I heard this year the route is longer and there are more lights. It's clear they put a lot of work into this - there is no shortage of things to look at. Since this is a pricer holiday attraction, I recommend filling your car with friends + family to justify the $25 price/car (this is the rate Monday-Wednesday; Thursday-Sunday is $30). Visit on Monday night and $5 of your admission will be donated to United Way of Central Indiana. I recommend going earlier in the night rather than later as I heard wait times can be long.

Really enjoyed it, I drank the whole pot. We had reservations and they accommodated 10 of us. I had ordered the high tea when the reservation was made, they need to know this in advance. The high tea was $45 on this day. Our waitress did an excellent job of taking care of us. On this day the two cakes they had were a raspberry coconut and a chocolate bourbon. They both looked delicious. I did bring a slice of the raspberry coconut ($10) home for the hubby and he loved it. My high tea had 8 finger sandwiches on the first tier, a scone and clotted cream on the second tier, and 2 macarons, white petit cake, and raspberry shortcake on the third tier. Also while we waited for them to prep our table we shopped in the gift shop at the entrance. They also had a nice sale going on where the clothes on the porch were 50% off and some others inside as well. Nice spot, the only thing is construction going on near it and parking is a bit of bear. Although I did find a spot right out front.

There was plenty of parking, since in front, more to the side. The rennovated house is charming and you're greeted inside (also, maybe on the porch) with their boutique clothes and gifts. I was seated quickly as there were only 5 people in the main room. The second room was filled with a large group. Grace was my server and she did a lovely job, not rush me but being very attentive (until the end.) I tried the Paris tea which I cannot make at home. Theirs was delicious with a little cream. Yum. I drank an entire pot. I also ordered the pick two-chicken salad and lemon chicken soup. The soup came out tepid and it took me a while to get Grace's attention as she was also serving the large group but this was finally remedied. The soup was delicious and chock full of chicken and vegetables. I also loved the chicken salad, served on a lightly dressed bed of greens with candied pecans on top. It took far too long to get my bill but I'll blame that on the large group, maybe.

I've still never understood why they named it that. :-/ Someone in Massachusetts thought it up because that's where the store originated. This particular location is located in Greenwood across from the Greenwood Park Mall. If I'm looking for decorations for any holiday this is where I go. They go all out on holiday and seasonal items and the prices are great! They have so many cute and unique decorations that you can't find anywhere. I enjoy summer and know "pumpkin season" is getting earlier and earlier every year. So, I wasn't surprised when I saw a lot of fall items walking in. They had an assortment of football themed items gearing up for football parties and tailgates. They have other items as well. They sell Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville and Girl Scout K-cups! Different varieties of each! Thin Mints, Trefoil, and Five 'O Clock Somewhere Dark Roast to name a few. I wish they had more locations around central Indiana. Now, when Christmas comes around you will find Christmas trees there! :-)
