In 25 years of driving, I have never written a bad review for a service center. I have never been…read morelied to nor experienced disrespect like I did here. Price Leblanc Toyota and specifically Brandi in the service department has changed that. As a first time Tacoma owner I was excited to be part of the Toyota team. I was also amazed how beautiful Price Leblanc is. There is even a restaurant on site. I dropped off my tacoma and met with Brandi to recalibrate my tire sensors and troubleshoot my door lock motion sensor not working. I informed Brandi that I added lights with two plug and play wire harnesses that can be unplugged if necessary and that I would reinstall the two wire harnesses after the troubleshooting. This should have been a very simple job. Over the next 6 and a half hours of my truck being there, I was told that the new wires could not be located, that permanent modifications had been made, I was hung up on by brandi, that 6.5 hours was not enough. When I realized I was going to be charged more, I quickly demanded that they stop so I can bring my truck elsewhere as I was already lied to about anything being permanently modified. Upon arrival, I was informed that they magically found a bad wire at the last second. I just wanted to pay my $200 troubleshooting fee and leave. This is where things took a nutty turn. Here is the email proof that I was lied to. The next day I emailed Brandi for the part number on MY Vehicle...after Paying for a Diagnostic. Can't make this up....She said MY part number was proprietary. Since then I brought my truck elsewhere and the bad wire was located in under an hour... for $140. I will never go back to Price Leblanc, not even for free service.

The entire process was extremely easy and seamless from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was professional, courteous, respectful, and efficient. You can genuinely tell that they value their customers and take pride in providing great service. A special thank you to Ms. Scaggs for her outstanding customer service. She made us feel welcomed, kept everything simple, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire visit. Five stars all around. Brian Harris BMW will definitely be our dealership for servicing our X5 going forward!

If I could give BMW of Baton Rouge zero stars, I would. The level of incompetence, lack of…read morecommunication, and complete disregard for customer service I have experienced from this dealership is truly astounding. And the worst part? I was simply trying to have a manufacturer recall addressed. On August 23rd, my 2020 BMW 330i notified me of a recall involving the starter. TWO days later, I contacted BMW of Baton Rouge and scheduled an appointment for September 14th, nearly THREE WEEKS in advance. Days before my appointment, I received a text informing me that they did not actually have the necessary part to perform the repair, but I was more than welcome to keep my appointment for other services. I was assured someone would contact me when the part became available. The day before my appointment, having received no updates, I logged into BMW's website to cancel it. To my surprise, I discovered that my appointment included approximately FIVE additional services I had NEVER requested, including oil changes, tire services, and fluid maintenance. I had scheduled a FREE recall repair, yet somehow my appointment was filled with services I had no intention of purchasing. Thankfully, I caught this before "missing" an appointment they couldn't even fulfill in the first place. Since then, I have made repeated attempts to contact this dealership, leaving voicemails, my phone number, and requests for someone to PLEASE return my calls. Nothing. Absolutely no follow-up, no updates, and no apparent concern whatsoever. Meanwhile, my vehicle has developed serious starting issues and now requires a jump-start every single time I need to use it. As a college student commuting from Baton Rouge to Hammond, having a reliable vehicle is not optional for me. The fact that I am dealing with these issues while receiving absolutely no communication from an authorized BMW service center is beyond frustrating. After getting nowhere with BMW of Baton Rouge, I finally contacted the BMW dealership in New Orleans. The difference in customer service is NIGHT AND DAY. They were courteous, helpful, and scheduled me for an appointment less than 48 hours after my call. They also expressed concern and embarrassment over how Baton Rouge had handled the situation, especially considering my vehicle was already experiencing starting issues. So now, instead of receiving service in my own city, I am driving approximately an hour out of my way because BMW of Baton Rouge apparently cannot manage to successfully schedule a recall repair, communicate with a customer, or return a phone call. To put this all into perspective, I am willingly driving toward a hurricane making landfall on Friday rather than continuing to deal with BMW of Baton Rouge. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about their service department. I have dreamed of owning a BMW for as long as I can remember. At 21 years old, after saving up my money, I was finally able to purchase the car I had always wanted. I worked hard for that car, and I have been incredibly proud to own it. It's disappointing that a brand I've admired my entire life is represented locally by a dealership that makes something as simple as addressing a manufacturer recall this unnecessarily difficult. I genuinely cannot understand how an authorized BMW dealership can operate with this egregious level of disregard for its customers (unless you're buying a vehicle from them, I'm sure). Owning a BMW should not mean having to beg an authorized service center to address a manufacturer recall. BMW is supposed to be "The Ultimate Driving Machine," but BMW of Baton Rouge has been nothing but the ultimate freaking headache. If you value your time, your vehicle, or even the most basic level of customer service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Service review for an oil change Dec 2023…read more Todays experience with Royal GMC service in Baton Rouge, LA was service number 4 and I will honestly say it will be the final time I ever use this dealership service for ANY reason at all. The service at this dealership is a complete disaster and a failure which is a direct indication of the lack of leadership from the service manager. Absolutely shameful that current problems have been consistently occurring for almost 12 months. Before I write my review on what went wrong today, I do have to give credit to Hannah (service front desk). Without her help and consistent apologies, this review would have been a zero stars. Hannah went above and beyond to help clean the mess that was left behind by the service technician. Absolutely nothing that occurred today was her fault, in fact she deserves all the praise and credit because she was the only employee who cared enough to provide a solid customer experience. The service technicians at this dealership DO NOT treat your car with respect. today was the second consecutive time in which grease and oil from the technicians hands were left all over the interior of the car. The seats, door panels and center arm rest was covered with oil and grease. Once I brought my concerns up to Hannah she sprinted into action attempting to make the situation better by cleaning up after the technicians. A complete disappointment with every level of management at this dealership. Customer be warned....until they start to address management changes, you need to take your car to another dealership
