Showed up early to fill out the paper work then it was a waiting game. Finally after 2 hours, I said something - funny how once I complained it was my turn suddenly. After a 2 hr wait, the appointment took 5 min and I was informed that there had been an emergency the day before so those people were being prioritized into the schedule with the people who actually had set appointments. I recommend that if that happens again, you call and reschedule people instead of making them wait 2 hours. Needless to say I won't be back.

Finally after several hours in recovery he comes in the room and loudy says "do you abuse drugs" ha my husband doesn't even drink he was just in a lot of pain and knows what works as this was his THIRD surgery on his ear. We were embarrassed and had never been treated like that from anyone. We would never treat someone like that so was very upset to be treated this way. He handed him a rx for 10 pain pills and stated "I've done over 500 surgeries and never had to give anyone stronger pain meds" then he very cocky like walked out. Needless to say my husband will not even go back for his follow up he just has lived with the still continuing pain in his ear. (This is the first time I've ever left a review on yelp and hopefully the last negative one I just felt strongly about sharing this so others can do their homework better than my husband did I took several weeks before posting this so this isn't a fast out of anger review. He had viewed my CT scans online when I was in the ER, so he knew my case. He examined, then presented the options and his recommendation. And we were on our way. Today he fixed my orbital blowout (yeah, that's what they call it) at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Rosenblum came to see me prior to surgery, and not a lot of surgeons do that. A fabulous personal touch. He was friendly, yet all business and entirely professional. He came in saying, "You look great with your broken face," which was a helpful ice-"breaker"!! He reviewed all my pre-op tests results thoroughly along with my whole "chart," was upbeat, and inspired optimism and great trust in his skills. After surgery, he met and talked with my friend who escorted me to Missouri Baptist Medical Center (friend or family for the driving situation is required), and gave her all the particulars, spending a good piece of time to explain everything. Kudos for that!! All-around, a top-notch, first-class physician and surgeon!

After a brief office visit with Dr. Hardemann he ordered an MRI which was performed at Mercy Hospital. there were delays in getting the order to the hospital due to, "them not being in their network". After the MRI was finally done, I received the results from Mercy Hospital 2 days later. I don't understand all of the results and have been waiting for Dr. Hardeman or someone from his office to call me back to discuss them. I have called Gateway ENT a number of times but cannot get any information. Very poor followup.

The amount you will pay is ridiculous, they will charge you for a phone call, for a doctors note to your work or school, be inflexible with appointment changes...and they have your card on file so they will charge at will. Not to mention he doesn't listen to his patients very well or believe them. You'll notice him diagnosing the same things, over and over with no proof. Adrenal fatigue. Thyroid issues. Blah blah. Specifically, i used to see him but he only wanted to sell me supplements from his personal web store. He told me not to buy them anywhere else because his were "better". I found another doc. Fast forward several years, my wife kept going to see him. He ordered a "natural" med for a condition that her bloodwork said she didn't need. He insisted that she needed this med. They ordered it for her that day, without asking, and It was pricey. When she started taking the med she had a serious side effect that he denied was from the med. Every phone call he returned about the side effect, simple questions like "should I stop taking the med? Is this normal?" he charged $190. Each. For a quick phone call. We're about $1000 in and my wife's health got worse and needs other medical follow up, which we're looking for elsewhere. He reached out after she complained about the charges and threatened to leave, he said the charges were a mistake but I'm not confident that's true. I'm a holistic kind of guy, this doctor is not what he appears.
