I was not seeking perfection -- I simply wanted a relatively symmetrical nose. I don't feel that is an unreasonable expectation after cosmetic surgery. Instead, I found myself undergoing additional procedures, additional anesthesia, additional recovery time -- only to still feel disappointed. Beyond the surgical outcome, I found his demeanor to be extremely arrogant and dismissive of my concerns, which made an already difficult experience even harder. I wanted to simply make an appointment. I was told I had to give them my insurance information before they would book an appointment. I told them I have Medicare and my insurance should be in their records and it has not changed. I gave them my Supplement number. That wasn't good enough. She wanted my Medicare number. I have not received my new Medicare card so that meant giving them my Social Security number on the phone. I asked if I could bring it to my appointment. They refused. No number--- no appointment. What are they worried about? Its not like I haven't been there and given them this information before. Why couldn't they save it if it is so essential before booking appointments. I am now looking for another practice that will let me make an appointment. Too bad because I did like Dr. Blackwell. Maybe a nicer office that answers their phone in a timely manner will be a better fit for me anyway. I chose to incur the cost of having another surgeon remove the implants rather than allowing him to perform the procedure. Later I learned Dr. Hart failed to recognize I suffer from a congenital defect called pectus excavatum, as well as tubular constriction of my breasts which had affected the height of one of my breast folds. The latter was extremely obvious and should not have been missed. Now that I'm older and more educated on the subject, I'm able to see just how negligent Dr. Hart was. I have a way to go yet to see the final results but what I can see so far makes me very happy. the surgery is not pain free but it is also very tolerable and does not take all that long. I had three areas done and felt like the whole experience went by quickly. There is post op pain, swelling and bruising but that is what you can expect from this type of procedure. I put off getting my wisdom teeth removed for nearly a decade because every surgeon I saw told me I would be left with permanent nerve damage based on the positioning of my teeth. Dr. Morris got my wisdom teeth out with no lasting impact. I had a terrible experience with another surgeon preparing me for major orthognathic surgery (double jaw surgery). Dr. Morris took over and made sure I was informed every step of the way. He stayed with me through my recovery, often accommodating last minute appointments on a weekly basis. He even showed up to the hospital to check on me on a weekend when I was readmitted after my surgery (at no fault of his own- I'm immune compromised and had some persistent infection issues). The whole process was easy to navigate, including appointments, dealing with insurance, etc.. His team is awesome, and they always made me feel at home in the office. I truly felt like everyone there was celebrating my progress each week I came in during my recovery. I see some of these other reviews complaining about his bedside manner. If you want someone to coddle you and sugarcoat things, he's probably not your guy. If you want someone to actually support you, show you genuine respect, give you real medical advice, and deliver perfect surgical outcomes, you've found the right place. The medical procedures he did for me have changed my life, and I'm so glad I trusted him. Dr. Morris is the best of the best.

Waiting on Lab results to see if I am too young for any thyroid problems or anemia. Don't recommend this doctor at all! Tried to change to a different doctor in same medical group but he is not receiving new patients. With this said, I am taking my business somewhere else.
