After my initial rhinoplasty with him, I had to undergo two revision rhinoplasties, both performed by Dr. Ridenour himself, to correct issues from the first surgery. I was not seeking perfection -- I simply wanted a relatively symmetrical nose. I don't feel that is an unreasonable expectation after cosmetic surgery. Instead, I found myself undergoing additional procedures, additional anesthesia, additional recovery time -- only to still feel disappointed. Beyond the surgical outcome, I found his demeanor to be extremely arrogant and dismissive of my concerns, which made an already difficult experience even harder. This has been a physically, emotionally, and financially draining process.

His bedside manner was inexcusable and the outcome of my surgery was horrific. I chose to incur the cost of having another surgeon remove the implants rather than allowing him to perform the procedure. Later I learned Dr. Hart failed to recognize I suffer from a congenital defect called pectus excavatum, as well as tubular constriction of my breasts which had affected the height of one of my breast folds. The latter was extremely obvious and should not have been missed. Now that I'm older and more educated on the subject, I'm able to see just how negligent Dr. Hart was. I'm writing this review all these years later in the hopes of saving other woman from suffering the same misfortune.

I am more than pleased with the entire process from consultation, to procedure, to follow-ups. Dr. Hart and his staff are awesome. Very straight forward and to the point. The office located inside of Mercy Hospital is nice; equipped with plenty of brochures and infomercials to get your mind wrapped around other nip tuck possibilities. Dr. Hart left no question unanswered. He made me feel more than comfortable when making my decision on what, how and when I wanted my procedure completed. After being scolded for 15 minutes and attempting to explain my issues while having him talk over me and repeating that I am too young for any of my concerns. While revising me physically, Doctor was rough and clumsy. I was turn around with the same prescriptions and even to fight for one that I truly need to avoid an asthma attack under an allergic reaction. Waiting on Lab results to see if I am too young for any thyroid problems or anemia. Don't recommend this doctor at all! Tried to change to a different doctor in same medical group but he is not receiving new patients. With this said, I am taking my business somewhere else. Even though this, there are several other doctors in these medical group, I don't know there quality of care, but the overall office and staff are always friendly and very helpful.
