Outrageous costs for less than 20 minutes of his time. I was a broke college student at the time and asked if there could be a payment plan to my 20 minute $500+ bill. I was told absolutely not and it would be sent to collections if I didn't pay. Having zero flexibility and the receptionist with an IQ of 70 on a good day -I simply could not afford the ridiculous bill. I didn't mention I did have health insurance. The tips the doctor gave me to help my situation were ones found on the first page of a google search for vocal cord polyps treatment.
