I saw Dr Page and had a nice visit overall. Reception had my referral, (I checked), the nurse patiently went over all my medication except I didn't get her name. Dr Page diagnosed me within 15 minutes and set up treatment. No negative experience. read more

Been going there for years and have seen it grow into one big money pit. i.e., Poke a scope in throat for 4 seconds and charge $400 and didn't even go in there for that. The older one very distant, always in a hurry and appears to be burned out. Not much follow up with any diagnosis, etc. I heard their allegy dept is totally overpriced. Cha ching cha ching. Heard one person while sitting that say they seem to think they are the only ENT doctors in town. Won't go back. read more

Dr. Matt Conoyer and his team are great. fantastic "bedside manner" from all staff. They listen to you and try to problem solve with you there! It is an actual conversation with a doctor. They are very up to date on the current medical info and are open to options that utilize it. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointments which is wonderful given I have a drive to get to the office. they are also super responsive on the patient portal portion/messaging of their website. read more

This organization is very cavalier about patient care. When I arrived for my last appointment I was told that I had cancelled the appointment! I had not. Later the office administrator contacted me and admitted that a staff employee had "hit the wrong button" to cancel my properly scheduled appointment. This is one of the worst experiences I've had in my life with a healthcare provider. If they cannot be relied upon to properly safeguard a patient's appointments why should one rely upon them for their health care needs. The flippant attitude of the office administrator when she justified the customer breakdown was: "people make mistakes". Well Ms. Office Administrator I don't want you making "mistakes" with my health care!! read more

Dr. Page was unprofessional, rude, and had a horrible bedside manner in front of my seven-year-old daughter. There were several communication failures on his part, and when my concerns were brought up, he was dismissive and informed me he was a part owner, so it was useless to try to address my concerns. I really wanted to like this place. However, the office was poorly run and unprofessional. I went in and waited for a hearing test since I had issues hearing after an illness. I was told the hearing test wasn't needed after waiting, so I went to see the doctor. I waited for a while, nurse came in- chatted, then left. Overheard her say she's "too busy for this *#*+" She never came back. Dr. comes in, calls me by a different name. When I communicated to him that he had the wrong person, he said "well, who are you then?" Wasn't even examined and was told to come back in a week. Will not ever go back and do not recommend to anyone looking for actual help. read more

I wish I could give them more then 5 stars! I have been to 3 different ENT's in 3 different states. First being in NV, which I had surgery and still was having problems. Second was in FL and he never was able to fix my sinus issue. Now I'm free and clear with the excellent care by DR. Matt Conoyer! He is the BEST ENT in the business! You can tell as soon as he enters the room, he loves his job! His excitement, and passion for what he does is contagious! His office is not just another patient mill, trying to get as many people though as possible. His STAFF is excellent! If you go anywhere else your wasting your time! First time being a patient at this practice and was totally impressed. The ducks kind of scared me at first but then the receptionist explained so now I think the ducks are a great piece of ambiance. The doctor was informative, explained and listened as well as had a sense of humor. I already have another appointment and am looking forward to it verses dreading it!! The checkin process is fast and efficient. Large waiting room. Staff was friendly. The numerous stuffed animals that decorated that place struck me as odd(I'm pro gun ownership FYI), but hey it's not my office. Just gave me the willies! The doctor was professional. My one gripe was the time the entire appointment took, almost two hours, lots of waiting. They did have tons of testing/diagnostic options right there. read more

No bedside manner. After it being very obvious that I deal with bad health anxiety, made me wait to give me my biopsy results even though they had it a few days before. Did the exact same thing with my ultra sound. During the biopsy I had the hospital tell me it was pointless to have the biopsy in the first place. I appreciate being thorough, but be thorough the whole way through. I ended up having to call and get my results from someone other than my doctor or nurse because they repeatedly forgot or neglected to call me and inform me. Dr Karen Boone is a very compassionate person. After that there's nothing good to say about Midwest ENT Centre. I was overcharged. Paperwork submitted by staff into insurance incomplete and filed wrong . Staff is arrogant,rude, slow and unhelpful. When bringing it to the attention Dr. Matthew Conoyer , president of Midwest ENT Centre, he could not have been less concerned. Midwest ENT Centre has become too big to concern themselves with customer service.I Would rather deal with allergies than go to Midwest ENT Centre. read more

Dr. Boone is AMAZING! She is brilliant AND has that extra sense of what might be going on with your sinuses that doesn't necessarily show up on the test. She listens to YOU & treats you like an intelligent person & doesn't assume that she knows what is wrong with you before she walks in the room. Last year she did a sinuplasty on me & it has changed my life. I was afraid to do it, and it wasn't bad at all, not painful, just a weird sensation & now my nose isn't just an ornament on my face. I was able to make a next day appointment for a sore under my tongue. All the other ENT's were only able to give me appointments about a month out. Dr. Page did a biopsy on the spot and sent it out to the lab for diagnosis. I was so thankful to be able to get in fast and that Dr. Page did the biopsy so that I could move forward with getting, what ended up as fast growing tongue cancer, removed. read more

My husband and I really like this place. Dr. Matthew Conoyer is sweet and an awesome doctor. The people here are always friendly to us.

Although most of the nurses/technicians in the allergy department are nice, I encountered a snipy one shortly after my son began shots there a year and a half ago. He's older so he goes to the office by himself when he has to, rarely do I go there now. He gives himself shots, but needed to do the escalation shots, which are only done in the office. Being away at college makes this very hard. He wasn't able to do it last year since he was working very long & varied hours. This year he was working in his college town & we went on vacation. My point is: the allergy department's hours stink. It would be helpful if they could hire a technician (or two?) to open a little earlier, offer Saturday hours once a month or stay open to 5:30 everyday...wish there was another choice of a place nearby to go, but he's too far into it now to change. read more

I got in about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The front desk office staff was very nice. I wasn't impressed with the nurse. However, Dr. Karen Boone was very good. She is very straight forward. Explains everything to you to make sure you take the right approach to get where you want to be. I am excited to go back and see how it progresses. Dr. Matt Conoyer, was great. He took a great approach to testing and offering solutions for my chronic sinus infections. After ruling out allergies, and recognizing my extremely deviated septum, I agreed for the surgery. There was, of course, a bit of discomfort, but he prepared me for that, and walked me through the recovery process very well. It has only been a few days since the stints were removed and I can already tell a huge difference in my breathing. He is very thorough, and has a very positive attitude. read more

My daughter had an appointment today at Midwest ENT. This was her first visit. The Receptionist was very welcoming. Dr. Conoyer was knowledgeable and sympathetic to her issue. BUT the nurse who escorted us to our room needs to work on her social skills. Throughout her questioning and recording of information, she was unfriendly and condescending. We would return to this facility again, but would rather not have the dark haired nurse with the perfectly applied lipstick (she never told us her name). read more
