They have handled my insurance with zero issues. I don't have the need to go to a doctor often, but when I do he is who I visit. The check in app has it way off Manchester for some reason and I have submitted an updated locations so hopefully that will get fixed.

They don't pack that office too tight - I wait 5 minutes in the waiting room, even less in the exam room, which also means if your issue is urgent they WILL get you in there. Dr Schnapp is a caring human being that doesn't try to upcharge you for bs, doesn't pass judgment, isn't a cold robot, and makes sure you leave knowing everything she knows about your situation. She also has a much gentler touch during pap smears than I have ever experienced. In addition, when I had a miscarriage 6 years ago, the 3 doctors of the practice took turns over the weekend calling me to make sure i was ok.
