When he diagnosed me with Stage 4 throat cancer, he went out of their way to answer my questions and concerns. Dr. Bailey treated me for a deviated septum on May 30, 2019, and he was a consummate professional in every regard: listening, surgery experience, results. I am almost healed now, and my life has changed due to now being able to breathe freely out of both sides of my nose. Don't get me wrong I really do like Dr Bailey he is a really good ENT doctor minus the overstepping wife/ assistant. My only issue is this , That once he walks out of the room and you wish to ask him a question His wife Nadeen steps in and rushes you out the door barking about medications he originally had ordered for you months prior Without allowing the Dr to answer any questions for himself that the patient might have .It was a very simple request & question could I take Gaviscon or an Antacid with the ppi he had ordered that was not correcting the original problem alone But she steps in like she is head of the Gestapo or something over a question about and antacid and rushes me out the door without any answers of course .I am pretty certain she is not a Licensed Physician . Please don't misunderstand I think Nadeen is a likeable person just not the best suited when it comes to addressing her husbands patient concerns and medical care/needs in my personal opinion . I feel there is a conflict of interest here and one least benefiting to the patient Seriously In the future I will do my best to avoid any husband &wife medical teams to much BS. . read more

I had the worst experience ever with this doctor. He was not concerned about my well being at all. Multiple scripts and tests were messed up due to not ordering them which prolonged treatment even further. When CAT came back he talked it over with another doctor in the room with me but didn't go over it with me it was almost as if I wasn't even in the room. Then turns to me and said well CAT Scan is normal, I don't know what is going on probably Acid Reflux. This was 3 months ago and today my throat is still swelling up, and all that happened was I ended with a bunch of doctor bills and no answers or treatment. read more

Dr Bailey has that unique balance of great passion for medicine and great passion for people. I've seen him many times and always feel cared for and significantly helped. I went to see Dr. Bailey on May 22, 2020 for nosebleeds. He took care of the problem and I was to have a follow up visit in 3 weeks. This was in the Lindbergh office. Receptionist was in a mask as were other staff members, but the one that took me back to the room did not have a mask on and I questioned her about it. In a very rude manner she replied she didn't need one since she was socially distancing from me. Close call, don't know if it was 6 feet or not. I made the follow up visit in his St. Clare office a month later. Going into the medical building I was screened and went to his office. Receptionist did NOT have a mask on as did another staff member. I told her I did not feel safe and would not be keeping the appointment. I then sent a note to the hospital admin and received a call back the next day. Policy is SSM employees have to wear a mask but he's leases the office from St. Clare and is exempt. His office manager called me the next day and said they screen their employees, blah, blah, blah. I would not recommend this doctor if you are in the high risk category as I am. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Bailey's for many years. The first time was for a sinus problem another doctor tried twice to fix, but couldn't. Dr. Bailey performed surgery on my sinus' and fixed the problem. Over the years Dr. Bailey has treated me for sinus, ear, allergy and other problems and he performed another surgery.
