They will all come and say hello when I'm there and it really feels like I've become "friends" with them! I enjoy every visit. My OB is Dr. Jain and she is an absolute GODSEND!! She reminds me of my best friend-very direct, but kind. I've never had a Dr. just take their time to answer all billion of my questions. I feel like my baby couldn't be in better hands!

She attempted to invite my grandson , who is 4 years old, into the room by himself to take his blood pressure. I had too advise her that I'm coming in there with him, at that point she slammed a drawer or two. That was very inappropriate my 4 year goes nowhere alone! Upon leaving I asked the other Medical Assistant that was sitting at the front desk in the Pediatric's department for the name of the lady that took my grandson's vitals, she advised me of her name, Que, and asked if I wanted to speak with her, I said yes, she went to the back and came back up front and stated she's with a patient, she then asked if everything was ok, at that point I asked for the number to HR, she then advised me that there was a HR supervisor there on the floor and if I wanted to speak with her, I replied yes, so a lady came from the back to speak we me, who was not HR, but attempted to pose as such, Theresa, was of no help at all. The Pediatrician medical assistants that was on duty 03/29/21 at the Delmar location was absolutely disgusting, they are very misleading and disrespectful. However, the nurse that administered my grandson's shots was amazing, Thank you April.

That is pretty rare to experience at a doctor appointment. I think they even started my appointment 5 minutes before it was scheduled, so there was zero waiting time. Dr. Boutwell genuinely wants to get to know her patients, and even asked about my hobbies and general life, because she said she "likes to tie things together." I can say without a doubt no doctor has ever inquired about my general life ever before. She was very thorough in her questions, and offered explanations for every question I asked. She was very knowledgable and even threw out a few jokes - I have 100 bug bites currently after a recent trip, and she said "Apply this cream twice a day, and when you get to the 100th bite the first time, you'll probably be ready for round two." I don't know, I really appreciated that she seemed like a real person instead of someone just trying to get me out the door. I should also say, she spent 45 minutes talking with me. My previous doctor took about 7-10 minutes after I had waited over 35 minutes on average to see him.

Now, there is no one can prescribe my daily Thyroid medications. Last time I saw my doctor was in May 2023. Then he left the facility and I immediately made an appointment with a new doctor. The closest option was March 2024, so I picked that date. Now, I ran out my daily meds already, and they refuse to prescribe them before seeing a new doctor. I have to take my Thyroid meds every day and they supposed to prescribe it until my annual check up. They do no care about patient care. I do not recommend this place.

I asked for confirmation and she only repeated my first name, which still did not sound correct. Upon being taken back to get my labs done she asked which arm I preferred. I wasn't sure and took about 5 seconds or less to think and she told me to "hurry up and pick one - there are people waiting to get their labs done in the waiting room". I was taken aback and so surprised by the rudeness I could only stare back and was barely able to get out "the right arm". She was wearing a mask and it was hard to understand her without seeing her face, but I could tell she never smiled with her eyes. The taking of the labs which is usually no big deal was replaced by a very painful experience. I've never hurt that badly before when taking labs. My arm is very sore and bruised. The first letter of my last name on the vial was covered up, so when trying to confirm it was correct I had to confirm but pointed out that part of my name was covered up and unreadable. I left feeling disappointed and saddened that someone would treat a patient this way. It may seem like a small thing, but for whatever reason it made me feel bad and makes me not want to return for fear of having the same person with the same experience.
