For over seven years, Kelli and her incredible team have loved Leif like he was one of their own. They have been by his side since he was just 18 months old, celebrating every milestone, every breakthrough, every challenge, and every victory. They never just treated him as a client they became part of our family. When Leif was diagnosed with autism, I had no idea what our future would look like. I worried if he would ever be able to tell me how he felt, make friends, or confidently navigate the world. Kelli gave my son something I can never fully repay her for she gave him a voice. Because of her patience, dedication, and unwavering belief in him, Leif has grown into the funny, smart, kind, and expressive little boy he is today. She helped him find words when he couldn't find them himself. She celebrated the victories that others may have overlooked and loved him through every setback. So much of who Leif is today has been shaped by the incredible work she and her team poured into him. There will never be enough words to thank Kelli and everyone at Playworks. Thank you for loving my boy so fiercely. Thank you for believing in him before he believed in himself. Thank you for every hour, every lesson, every high-five, every hug, and every ounce of encouragement you've given him over the years. Yes the wait time to get into a provider may take a little long. Yes they are busy but it is well worth it.

No SLP or teacher has ever mentioned it. But I also suspected something else was wrong besides the language delay. If it was not for Ms. Jovie bringing this up I would have not have further research into what else could be possibly hindering him from progressing. After pursuing more assessments with a neuropsychologist, I found out that he had dyslexia. I can't thank Ms. Jovie enough for bringing this to my attention! My second child is a current student and is progressing so much. I appreciate that I am active in helping her also at home since I am able to watch her sessions and implement work at home. This place is such a blessing to our family.

The team at Up and Movin', especially Ms. Cat and Ms. Bella, devoted incredible time, effort, patience, and compassion to helping my daughter. Their individualized exercises were exactly what she needed to build strength and coordination, and their guidance empowered me to continue her practice at home each day. Thanks to this combined dedication, my daughter began walking independently at 19 months and officially graduated from physical therapy by age two. I am deeply grateful to the entire Up and Movin' staff for their professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness during one of the most challenging periods of our lives. We have been with this office about 2 years now and they are wonderful. They are so helpful with my son's feeding concerns and physical therapy. My son has down syndrome and typically can be a bit stubborn and this team just does so well with him. Highly recommend Jackie and Ashley for OT and Nikki and Giselle for PT. The office is extremely clean, organized and I always feel so safe brining my son because I constantly see cleaning and sanitation. The office has a texting system so texting them instead of calling - should we need to do home hospital and do phone call that day is very simple! All the therapist are very solution oriented and give their honest feedback, we have built a great relationship with this office and I'm so grateful for how hard they work to address concerns with my son! This office has great equipment and all the staff is very friendly. I never feel worried if my son is having a bad day, they redirect and he does so well.
