They cancelled installation multiple times and gave the run around to our elderly parents. Finally, they were told that Costco cancelled their agreement and they sent the refund to Costco. Costco said that was not the case and there were multiple claims. Franchise parent for Generator Super Center said there were multiple similar claims against the business and has moved to cancel the franchise agreement with Brad, the owner, for multiple locations. My parents are out $6500 and will need to pursue arbitration to even have a chance to get it back. Big red flags and warnings to stay away from this company.

Shortly after the quote was done, we decided that we would like to put the generator in a slightly different spot (about 6 ft from where we originally thought we wanted it installed). My husband called Jason to let him know. At no point did Jason advise us that we needed to do anything else to get the install location moved. The generator was not installed in the correct place. We would have been happy to pay the difference in cost between the two locations (if there was one), but Generator Supercenter is now demanding an additional $1800--the entire cost of moving the generator--to correct their breakdown in communication. Natalie in Generator Supercenter's office is telling us that it's our fault the generator was not installed in the first place. Again, Jason made it seem like the new install location would be taken care of and did not tell us to call the main office, notify the install team, nothing. I trusted that this company was reputable and professional. Don't make the same mistake I did. I would have rather paid an honest company who stands by their work and fixes their own mistakes.

This company installed a new furnace and a/c unit in May, 2021. As of Jan, 2025, I HAD TO HAVE THE…read moreFURNACE REPLACED DUE TO A CRACKED AND LEAKING HEAT EXCHANGER!!! After only 31/2 years!!!! This company NEVER CAME OUT TO SERVICE THE FURNACE IN THAT TIME PERIOD. When I called them to come out and clean my furnace, I was told that I only had 1 year service. I spent over $10,000 on this "deal", as at that time they were offering a "FREE" a/c unit with the purchase of a new furnace!!! When my furnace only lasted 3 1/2 years, I didn't bother calling them for service. In 2023, I needed the A coil cleaned. One company would NOT service my furnace because it was specifically listed FOR A MOBILE HOME!!!! They sold me a death trap and wouldn't even come out to see what the problem was!!! With a cracked and leaking heat exchanger, ( that had been leaking for awhile since the floor around the furnace was wet, the insulation was wet, and where the water had leaked were white spots where the water had dried and RUST!!!) When they called me, I was told that their service man would have to come out to check it. Told them I didn't need their serviceman to come and check it as two other heating and cooling companies had already told me the heat exchanger was cracked and leaking. Found out later the heat exchanger had a 20 year warranty. THAT'S THE ONLY REASON THEY WANTED TO COME OUT WAS SO THEY COULD TAKE THE HEAT EXCHANGER AND GET THE REFUND ON IT!!! Didn't matter that I could have died from carbon monoxide due to the inferior furnace. ALL THEY CARED ABOUT WAS GETTING THE MONEY BACK FOR THE DEFECTIVE HEAT EXCHANGER!!!! DON'T give this company permission to do any type of heating in your home. They sell these Miller brand furnaces for a reason!!! They know they won't last and they will have to come back to your house for service or to replace it!!! Great job security!!

We were having problems with our furnace, but we still had heat. Hollands tech, Roger, came out and…read moremessed with the wiring in the panel box for over 6 hours. He had no idea what he was doing. When he was done I pleaded with him not to leave, because now we had no heat. He refused to go back to the furnace, left and said he was never coming back. I paid Holland $406 for the poor service. Roger said I needed to replace the panel box, and a damper that he took and threw in his bucket (I had to ask for it back). The repair that he said I needed would have been around $2000. That included $475 to replace the broken damper. Which I still need to do. I called Warren Heating out and they fixed my furnace with a $75 part in a 1/2 hour.
