    I sent the following Customer Feedback message on the company's "Contact Us" web page, on…read more08/19/2024, and have yet to receive a response: ------------------- Hello I had three areas cleaned in my home (LR carpet, hallway, BR tile) on Tuesday 8/6. The team was pleasant, quick, and everything looked great when they were done. The next morning, I noticed a strong unpleasant odor coming from the LR carpet. I contacted customer service on Thursday, 8/8, and was immediately scheduled for a follow-up cleaning on 8/9. This was perfect since the plan had been to have the carpet cleaned while my family was up north for the week so we didn't have to deal with toddlers on damp carpet. The second team arrived on time Friday morning and were pleasant, quickly recleaned the LR carpet, and were gone before I knew it. I made sure air was circulating before heading up north to pick up my family. Upon returning home on Sunday afternoon (8/11), both my wife and I noticed the unpleasant odor was clearly still present. She suggested that the carpet may not be fully dry yet, so we waited to see if the smell would dissipate. It did not. I became extremely frustrated on Saturday 8/17 while sitting on the carpet with my kids, smelling a stink that did not exist prior to our initial steam cleaning on 8/6. I decided to use our own residential carpet cleaner to see if I could eliminate the smell with a few more passes. Here is the most frustrating and disgusting part of this experience: My residential carpet cleaner picked up a truly massive amount of dirt and grime from my TWICE professionally steam cleaned living room carpet. I did not take a picture of the first waste water tank that was filled with black/gray water, but I did take a picture of the next TEN full tanks with similar results. As you can imagine, I am pretty upset with this whole experience and would like to speak with someone about what can be done. Thank you -------------------- My carpet still smells worse now than it did before it was cleaned. Absolutely frustrating that I paid for this service.
