After 15 minutes he told me what was wrong and what needed to be done. I unfortunately also bought the wrong headlights but he was able to find some to replace them with in the shop. I decided to walk over to the lovely restaurants nearby while I waited and I was luckily able to get my car fixed within hours. His prices are very reasonable and he was very kind. Without hesitation, he informed me of what he thought the problem was. Sure enough, his pre-diagnosis over the phone was correct. However, I had some free time a few days later and without hesitation he agreed to meet me that same day I asked if we could move the appointment to an earlier date. I requested a quote and this was through the Yelp feature that 4 additional businesses responded to the request. Tisdell was one of them and had beat the other quotes. Red Flag 1: The spokesperson(or maybe the owner) Andre first asked me to communicate via text since her was not active on Yelp. During this verbal agreement, he left out one of the services in the quote and when I asked for it he added another $100 to the cost!
