Not surprisingly, I hurt my back while shoveling snow. The pain was so bad that I had difficulty standing up and moving around. Within a week of treatment, I was able to stand and move around freely and without pain. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I also like that I'm in and out with minimal wait time. Fantastic. I will readily admit I was very skeptical about chiropractic treatment before coming, but I got a pinched nerve that was killing me, and my doctor suggested I try. I came to Dr. Enos and he had me at 100% in just a few visits. Been coming ever since. The office is clean and comfortable, the staff is great, and Dr. Enos is a great guy. If I have a 10:00 appointment, I am being seen at 10:00. They always have appointments available, and are very flexible about changing them. Couldn't recommend the office any more. read more

I've been going to see Dr. Enos for over a year now, and I really do love it. I've had scoliosis since I was about 10 years old, and ended up having surgery for. Fast forward about 15 years later, I had never seen a chiropractor but wanted to see what kind of shape my spine was in since then. I sincerely in shock at what my x-rays showed in comparison to what my spine should have looked like. Dr. Enos worked with me to create a custom wellness plan to get me back on track, and I look forward to my visits. I feel great, and since meeting him, I have more flexibility, little to no pain, increased mobility, and I can run for an extended period of time. And for someone who has NEVER been athletic or able to run for even a few minutes without being tired or in pain, this is a big deal. The office is always very clean, the ladies at the front are awesome, and they are always super accomodating when I am running late or need to reschedule. A big thank you to Dr. Enos and his entire staff! I was visiting my family in Rhode Island and had terrible pain in my lower back. It was shooting down my leg and I could barely move or stand. Definitely the worst back pain I've ever experienced. I had about one week until I had to fly back to California. Dr. Enos helped me understand why I was having issues and the effects could be longterm if I didn't take action. He saw me through 4 appointments with a specialized treatment plan. With each appointment I felt better and better. The recovery was much faster than I anticipated was possible. I felt better than before by the time I left. Post my c-section delivery, i started having severe problems with my back, spine, muscle pain/stiffness/joint pain. I spent numerous nights unable to sleep, wasn't able to do any work, wasn't even able to hold my baby in my arms due to constant pain in my back and upper abdominal muscles. I used to cry and get up at night with stabbing achey pain in my back , used to feel all the bones of my rib cage is broken. My PCP, OBGYN wasn't able to help, until I saw Dr Enos.
