Every time I visit, someone is always available to help and offer advice with a smile. Their happiness is genuinely infectious. I recently got into D&D and was trying to find a place to play. I saw the store hosted weekly games and reached out to Bella for more information. She got back to me right away, helped me pick out a DM, and even quickly fixed a mistake I made when I accidentally paid twice during registration. We emailed back and forth several times, and her responses were always lightning-fast and incredibly helpful. When I arrived at the event, I met my DM, Matt. He was wonderful, funny, and creative, making me feel right at home instantly. I felt like I had been playing with the group for years. When it turned out I had made an error building my character, he was completely understanding and patient, never making me feel bad for being new to the game. I had so much fun and learned a ton. I have always loved this store, but I am now officially a customer for life. If I were independently wealthy, I would invest all my money with the owners. They truly know what they are doing!

Definitely recommend it if you want a place to eat then chill for a few hours gaming. There is a minimum spend per person for gaming time. Food is pretty good overall. Beef stroganoff - noodles are cooked well, nice mushroom-y sauce and decent amount of beef. I did find the beef on the tough side though. Hits the pasta spot but the beef could be more tender. Star dew salad - all the individual ingredients were fresh and worked well together. Great salad choice. Chicken quesadilla - solid quesadilla that's cheesy and meaty inside. The star of this dish is that house made salsa - so good. Burrata and stone fruit - nice appetizer with peaches and burrata as the main flavors. Price - you pay a bit more for decent food and the fun of hanging out and playing video and/or board games. Foods solid and gaming is fun if you're into that.

At our table, there was a game console built into the wall with about 20 games. We had fun playing, but we did fumble a bit with figuring out some of the games... although that might have more to dk with our age then the games. Food was the weak point. The bruschetta was the best dish, beyond that, everything else was kinda underwhelming. The poutine lacked flavor, the spinach and artichoke dip was bland, and the quesadilla and flatbread were just okay. It wasn't overpriced, but it wasn't a great value either. If someone asked me to go back, I'd do it for a chill game night and maybe a drink or two. But for the food, I'd choose somewhere else.

They have everything for SCALP price , i mean market and its for a reason( no one buys it) . Drove an hour for a card tournament just to be met with rude remarks instantly upon walking in and asking about the procedure for being the only person attending. Didn't get anything for even attending which im not too mad about since theres probably a good reason no one comes to this store for tournaments. I even tried purchasing something as i left to still support and got a whopping $20 off of something that is already double the regular price back home "for my gas" for traveling there for no reason. Out of all the stores ive been, this is the one id avoid the most .

It would be nice if there was a separate room for them to play or "hang" in the store. Not a lot of parking on a Saturday night either because of they share their lot with a very busy Olive Garden.

The layout is fantastic and it just feels like this shop gained a new level. They did though, it's now two floors... We grabbed some packs of trading cards to celebrate and cannot wait to come back and hang out here more. I may even have to work remotely from here once in a while just for the vibes alone.

Originally at the bar I filled a physical order space out and after they created the website i made one there as well. So not only are we all waiting for our codex preorders still, but one of the employees of their maple road store accidentally let it spill that he was able to pick up one for himself from Lockport. When I came to pick mine up the day they came in I was told about the surprise list order and to come back Sunday, so Sunday when I came in to get the only thing I ordered, I was met with "we can't find the last one we got sent idk where it is!!" I know where it is, your employees purchased it before your actual customers who preordered it. This whole situation has killed this store for me and its so sad that they don't care enough about there customers to get their shit together.... Don't worry though they have ton of aetherdrift and marvel and Spider-Man! Nonissues getting people preorders for that slop, shame on you

I enjoy looking at cards/memorabilia the old fashion way where I can hold and view the actual item I'm purchasing rather then going online and hoping for the best. That is one of the many reasons I am a frequent visitor here. It has a vast variety of unique sports cards/memorabilia no matter what sport, team, or player you are a fan of. Even more outstanding then the selection to choose from is the friendly service you will receive from the owner. John has gone out of his way numerous times for me in helping me find what I was looking for, or answering questions I had. He is more then fair on his prices and very trust worthy, so you never have to second guess whether you are getting a fair deal on what you are buying or selling. With the strong online presence of sports memorabilia, there are not many places like this that exist anymore. This only demonstrates what a outstanding job he does running a very successful and fun establishment.
