EnjoyCPR IS A SCAM! DO NOT TAKE CLASSES FROM THEM! I signed up for BLS, and on EnjoyCPR's website under the first FAQ they said that their American Red Cross training was the same as American Heart Association. Quote "I need an AHA class, is Red Cross the same? Don't worry, your certification is valid and is the same. AHA and the Red Cross put out an equvilency letter regarding their classes Click Here." I guess I should have worried, because it is NOT the same AT ALL. They would not give me a refund of my $79. Completely USELESS. Customer service rep pretty much said tough luck and it was my employer's fault. EnjoyCPR has since removed this "FAQ," but don't be fooled. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS, or it will cost you dearly. read more

Both the online video and the live zoom module were a very efficient use of my time. The video was well organized and all points were presented and reinforced effectively. I've been attending CPR classes for over 40 years - and I felt I learned more from how this video presented the material. The instructor for my zoom module was very knowledgeable and organized in her presentation and provided additional details that enhanced what was learned from the video. I was also able to obtain my recertification more readily than in the past. Thank you. read more

SCAM!!! Do NOT train at EnjoyCPR. First of all, they trick you into thinking your certification is AHA approved (even their website lies to you and says it is). They charge you $79 for a worthless certificate. When you try to ask for your money back, they pretty much say screw you we have your money. This certificate WILL NOT WORK or satisfy your work requirements. They will lie just to make $79 off of you. Maybe they can use my $79 to pay Yelp to delete my negative comments about their scam crap. Seriously, these people are horrible. read more

I completed the online portion and showed up to the class for the hands on portion 15 minutes ahead of time as per instructions. The instructor was nearly an hour late and came very unprepared. I was supposed run through the different scenarios, but only had time for one. Fine for someone who just wants to go through the motions, but certainly not for anyone who really want to practice some important skills. I was told I passed, but was never issued a card and still have yet to receive one by mail. read more

I've used this company several times in the past and never had a problem, but this time I showed up to the class and it was cancelled without notification and the hotel staff had no further information. I had even checked their website and Facebook page the night before to make sure there was no change. I immediately called from the parking lot and of course they were closed so I emailed them from my phone. It's been 4 days now with no response. read more

Avoid this company! They will take your payment, cancel your class numerous times, and ignore your requests for a refund. Their customer rep., Taja, nice though she seems, is the only person with whom you can get in touch, and she says it's out of her hands. She said she notifies a supervisor of the issue -- by email only -- and gets no response. Taja can't provide a name, number, or location for whomever is in charge. They need to be sued! read more

I am a RN recerting for NP school/work. As for this program, the video was informative to multiple scenarios and not monotonous like many others I've experienced before. The check-off instructor was extremely experienced with many years of training, and she still made the session enjoyable and engaging. She provided relevant information and was encouraging to those who seemed nervous or less experienced. I would definitely recommend EnjoyCPR. read more

The training was great, very interactive and easy to follow! All of us have been able to practice with training devices, and good explanation have been provided beforehand. I would have preferred to have more materials, either in the form of handbook or videos, but online materials have been provided before the beginning of the class. i strongly recommend this class, you learn a lot in half a day, so it really worth the price! read more

The class was quick and easy. I feel confident enough to provide CPR, use an AED, and provide choking assistance to adults, children, and infants. The first aid topics beyond that were covered very quickly and as I took the class for employment reasons I was fine with this. If you want a class that covers burns, stroke, seizures, hyper/hypothermia, wounds, bleeding, and breaks you may want to take a more inclusive class. read more

Lakeisha was our conference instructor and she was spectacular. Very professional and thorough in going over the curriculum. She quizzed us with the CPR/AED information to make sure we knew the what, when, and how to conduct ourselves if we needed to act. Wow! I'm surprised by some feedback. I thought it was inclusive on new methods of CPR , felt instructor was thorough with the information and spent a good bit of time with 1st time takers. Took class at Carlsbad, CA. The teacher had great knowledge about CPR very condensed and very knowledgeable in basic to advanced CPR techniques. I loved this class, it went really fast because of class size. But still covered and repeated the basics over and over which helped the class being engaged and help to remembered the basics of CPR. read more
