Booked an ATV adventure for my boyfriends birthday. We originally booked Santa Monica but due last mon to construction in the area , we then got relocated to the Angeles Forest area . Then the brush fire happened and got relocated to Hungry Valley. Understandable . Both times that they relocated us , Kelly was very accommodating and communicative through text. She made sure that we keep the same day , same time slot no matter what or offer a full refund. When we got to the location in the day of , Silvia and girl (I forgot her name ) who checked us in were very helpful and nice and wanted to make sure we were prepared . During these COVID times , they took our temperature , made sure we sanitized our hands , and put a sanitary head and mouth covering on before putting the sanitized helmet on . We got there an hour early because we had to commute from an hour away and wanted to be on time . They let us ride early as soon as we got there and Sylvia was a fantastic guide . She took amazing pictures of us and made sure we were okay throughout the ride The trail was beautiful and the scenery was captivating . We were in Santa Barbara with a few of our friends and their families. I had never driven an ATV before in my life and took a chance and booked with Enjoy The Mtn. It turned out to be a fantastic experience! I started the ride with some trepidation since none of the teenagers we were travelling with had any driving experience. But our guide made the ride fun and enjoyable. The views were great. And the ride was exciting from start to end. I would not recommend it for younger kids. The climb is steep in some places and the vehicles take some strength to control. But anyone older I would highly recommend. I would do it again. read more

My party and I had a great time! Our tour guide was very nice and took a lot of pictures of us throughout the ride. You can't take your phones, they ask you leave it in your car. You have to follow your guide and ride spaced out with your party or risk your ride being ended early. I did wish we drove a little bit faster. On your way to the meetup spot, the last two miles are in the dirt and going around a mountain. It is definitely a bumpy ride. We took our Impala and it was fine but definitely bumpy and lots of dips that you'll need to drive through slow or risk effin up your car. A truck is definitely better for the terrain. Your car will get dirty and you will get dirty so be prepared. Service sucks in that area as well. We didn't see any wild life. Overall great experience and would do it again. read more

This company is top notch! I booked a one-hour ride at the LA / Hungry Valley location for me and my husband. It was a surprise experiential gift for his birthday and he absolutely had a blast. So pleasantly surprised that you could have an incredible outdoor experience like this 1.5 hours outside of the city. Really appreciate that the company provides very detailed instructions leading up to (and even on the day of) the ride - their Facebook messenger service is also incredibly helpful (they reply minutes after you send in a question). They also sent a text reminder the morning of our ride. Our two guides were helpful, attentive, and in tune with our speed and comfort level during the entire one hour ride. There was one particular passage that involved going down a steep hill and they made sure to check in with me beforehand to make sure I was comfortable (I was a bit hesitant but decided to go for it - so happy that I did!). True professionals but at the same time easy going, relaxed, and fun! Definitely recommend following ALL instructions they send - ie filling out waiver before you arrive, getting there 20min (at least) before the ride, following exact GPS coordinates to find the location, etc. We got to the location 30min before start time and we were glad to have had the extra time to use the restroom, layer up, and hydrate. read more

If you're looking for a fun adventure this is the place!!!! It's a little hard to find & maps on iPhone gives wrong directions so I would suggest calling when you're close by! Also plan to get pretty dirty so wear comfy clothes you wouldn't mind dirtying. They give you shoes & helmet so that's cool. Bring water for the trip if you're doing a 2 hour ride we went on a 2 hour ATV ride and JEFF was our tour guide and he was AMAZING!!! he took us on the coolest trails! We love speed and thrill so we did a lot of bumpy, uphill, downhill trails which was SO much fun. To celebrate my two brother's birthdays my family decided to go ATVing. We did a few internet searches and landed on Enojy the Mountain. Orginally the date we wanted was booked, however we joined the waitlist and thankfully they were able to accomodate our large party. From our first virtual interaction with this company, to the moment we left Hungry Valley we felt taken care of. The booking process was simple and the instructions were clear. For a couple of us, this was our first time riding and we were not sure what to expect. Enjoy the Mountain insured any question we had was answered and that we were comfortable at all times. I love ATV tour quad but sometimes it gets boring when you end up with people that never done it. I booked a tour hours trip for my boyfriend and I on a weekday at 1 pm. It was only him and me, and our guide tour, Jorge was the best. It was literally the best tour ever. This place have so many different type of ground levels and its like being in a different place every time. We had the best time ever, haven't stop once in 2 hours. We got speed, adrenaline, crazy roads, beautiful landscape and lots of laugh and fun. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a good ATV tour. I wanted to surprise my friend with an adventurous day out and came across ATV riding on Amazon Local. I originally scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and found out the day before that my job rejected my time-off request. I called Enjoy the Mountain immediately and was told that they didn't normally reschedule or refund but they made an exception for me and gave me Saturday at 11a.m. Now...I live in Hawthorne, which is about an hour and 15 minutes south of Lebec. My friend and I set out a little early to avoid traffic...about an hour into our trip, my rear tire busted on the 5 freeway! I called AAA and then called Enjoy the Mountain, not really expecting to get any sympathy lol granted, we still had about 30 minutes before our scheduled reservation and the possibility of making it on time. When I called I was told that if I made it there by at least 11:30, I would still be able to do our hour tour without a problem but if I got there later than 11:45 then they could only take us out for a short time. It took 30 minutes for the tow truck to come, as luck would have it lol we were AN HOUR late for our reservation, as we also got lost after using Siri to direct us. ( side note, use the website's directions, not the Maps app on iPhone because it takes you off course) When we got there Jorge and his family were absolutely welcoming and understanding! They were helpful and friendly and they made us feel comfortable immediately. Jorge was the best instructor we could have asked for, for our first time riding. We were still able to go out for an hour, without a single problem and I was so grateful because we were such an inconvenience from the very beginning lol I just really wanted to thank the family here at the Lebec location. Enjoy the Mountain was a remarkable adventure!! It's unforgettable, memorable & fun!! The online reservation process is simple, organized, & provides extensive information. The tour was phenomenal, educational & in a picturesque environment. I really, really enjoyed this & plan to do it many more times. My first interaction with company was positive. I reached out via email & Facebook. The replies were immediate. I asked a gazillion questions & responses were communicated thoroughly & with what seems like patience. I was already impressed cause I know I can be a huge pain in the a**!!! I scheduled a Single Rider Quad tour in the Santa Clarita. I received a confirmation email with driving directions & another that had a waiver. I read & signed the waiver from the comfort of my couch using my phone. I also found the FAQs helpful. From the second I met my tour guide, JP I adored him. He was the person behind the emails & Facebook replies. He's got an immediate likable personality. He told me I would be the only one on the tour. What? I was excited! I didn't realize that when you sign up your party is the only one that tours. So, since I signed up alone it was just me. I believe they allow up to 6 per party. So if you only have 2 people then the tour is only with the 2 of you. They don't add strangers to 6 people total. This was a huge perk I loved & made me feel less nervous knowing that I wasn't going to be with a bunch of strangers. After JP checked me in he provided a helmet, goggles & gloves. He explained how each should fit & made sure they were perfect & I was comfortable. He then had me sit on the quad & went through some other instructions such as the braking system, throttle, turns, etc. I followed him around the campsite so he could teach me turns & how to stop. Once I got the hang of it we went into the trails. I was nervous at first because I'm not a spring chicken. JP makes sure you're safe & comfortable before moving to any next steps. With practice & following JP's exact instructions, I felt more confident. He builds your confidence without you realizing it. JP focused on me the entire time!! The guy basically operates a quad blind because he watches you the entire time. He told me he would but I thought it would be far too difficult to watch & ride, but he proved it wasn't. He's a pro!! By watching me he was able to critique then guide me. Knowing I was on my way to Glamis, he worked on certain techniques & gave me a ton of information & suggestions. He even stopped to take pictures which he sent me via email at the end of the day. I had no idea how enormous that park was. Watching the video on Enjoy the Mountain's website doesn't even touch on the size of the place. It's beautiful with rolling hills. People aren't all over the place either so there's tons of room for you to be on your own riding. JP made my tour a memorable experience. He makes learning very easy & fun. I give all due credit to him!! JP is organized so reserving a tour, checking in & even sending pictures was orderly & quick. JP has excellent verbal communication skills. He explains well but also listens & responds quickly to questions. JP is phenomenal in his teaching ability, mannerism, & personality. I asked if he was from the south because he has such a gentleman type way about him that southerners tend to have. He's respectful, courteous, & patient. His teaching skills are quality. He's young enough to be my son but that man has tons of experience, knowledge & a true passion. You're guaranteed to have a good time with him. He never even admitted to me driving him crazy nor did he act like I did either! The improvements I would love to see on these tours are headsets. JP used hand signals & spoke loudly but it would have been easier to communicate with headsets. I asked JP if he was using a work phone & he wasn't. After a couple direct questions I learned that he was given a work phone but couldn't utilize it efficiently because it didn't have features he needed. I would love to see JP using a phone provided by his company with the capability he needs, & with some sort of waterproof cover to prevent damages. JP is obviously very organized & having the features needed will make his job easier. Of course, I would encourage a salary increase too!! That man is a value to this company!! Lastly, I would love to see an expansion to other areas of California, and to be extremely successful. Experts will benefit from JP's tours as well. He can accommodate all levels. He knows the areas he rides well so depending what you're looking for he can guide you. JP does tours in Lake Arrowhead too...I asked ;) He mentioned other staff gives tours & they are excellent but I can't bring myself to find out because I am very happy with my experience & outcome. I'm in the process of coordinating another tour with some girlfriends in Lake Arrowhead with JP. read more

Great concept and exceptional service!! Booked a private ATV tour (all tours are private unless they specify public) for my husband as a surprise and we loved our experience with ETM. Little did we know this ride venue/area is tucked away off the 5 freeway in Lebec. We met the guys with ETM at a public recreational vehicle park (Hungry Valley) where we would start our guided tour. They have plenty of ATVs already there in the park area for riders to choose what's most comfortable for them in regards to size of the vehicle. Helmets and protective gear is offered at no extra charge (including sanitary hair covers for the helmets). We had an hour long ride with Matt and he was awesome....professional and courteous to us, always making sure we were comfortable with his speed and trails we were on. Jonathan was also one of the other guys at the park assisting those waiting for their guided tour. Plenty of trails and wide open area for dirt bikes, ATVs and sand rails....families can be seen here camping and riding their own personal off roads. All in all, this service is well worth the price we paid and I hope they stay extra busy all year round because this is a great activity for anyone (family, couples, kids) who wish to take a break from the city life to get a taste of the outdoors on a fun recreational vehicle. :) read more

I hadn't ridden an ATV in 8 years, but I had a free day and really wanted to give it a go again! Jorge was an incredible guide. He watches out for your safety and cross-traffic, caters the tour to what sort of trails you'd like to ride, and shows you a great time. You can tell he's passionate about the park. There's 130 miles of scenic trails in Hungry Valley! I got the 2-hour ride and I had fun every single minute. Make sure you're ready to get dusty and muddy! It's part of the fun. When you drive into the park, make sure you park in the near their "Enjoy The Ride" trailer. They're located in a dirt lot / picnic area and I believe you need a parking pass to park in the other spots. read more

Awesome time with our guide Matt. We got there a bit early, but ATVs were already unloaded from trailer, and ready to go. They also hook you up with Helmet, Goggles, and Gloves. We got some quick instructions, and were ready to go. Trail starts easy and flat, then gets more hilly later. We were aged from 12, 29, and 56, and we all had a great time. SOOOOO much fun! This was a bday gift to me and I loved it. Private tour is the way to go! Our guide was Chaz and he was very friendly and accommodating. We started off with 3 newbies and 1 experienced rider but everyone was doing so good when we asked to go faster he was happy to oblige. The scenery is cool but I'll be honest I was focused on the trail! The directions to their location is not joke (follow them!) and I'd suggest long sleeves even in hot weather - DUSTY is how you will end a visit. Worth every penny!
