In general, framing is currently quite expensive because of supply chain issues, but I was glad to be able to support a local shop rather than settling for a pre-made plastic frame from a store. At this time, the shop is not accepting credit cards, but they did take a check.

Virginia has always had an excellent eye for picking out a few that work so you can make a final selection. If you have experience framing large paintings and prints you're probably familiar with the quality and price variance in this niche market. Take my word I have shopped around several times and I always wind up right back here where I started at Galaxy. I just dropped off a very large, fully crew signed Star Trek the Next-Generation print as can be seen in the photographs I posted. The previous owner had it framed in a black Plastic, modern frame that had warped over the last 10 years and cracked in a few places. I will post a photo of my new, beautiful gold and black frame that is being installed at the end of the week once the job is completed for a before and after comparison. When I get home I will post a couple of the Oil paintings I have had framed here in the past. Take a look at how they complement the art.
